I was in the Canary Paradise again, this time with my son, and again it was an impeccable experience. The house is spacious, clean, pleasant, a real 'home' in the hectic of Dakar. It is located in a quiet alley, close to the BRT stop, supermarkets etc. We like the ecological sensitivity that is promoted here. Thanks to Marie-Louise and her team for hosting and your 5-star hospitality!

René's place was perfect for our short stay in Dakar. It's located in a quiet area but still close to everything you need. The room is clean and the A/C is so nice after a day out in the heat. René is a gracious host and we really appreciate how much he cares for his guests. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Mariane’s home. She was very flexible and responsive to our questions and travel changes. The house was quiet and well-maintained. Ndeye was a lovely housekeeper who was thoughtful, kind and kept the place in beautiful condition. Ouakam is also a nice area - a safe neighborhood where we felt right at home.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Indigo House. The property was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood felt safe and house was convenient to a main road, but was far enough away to be quiet.

Very good stay in a clean, quiet and peaceful accommodation but also well secured with the presence of a security guard + the main access door always locked… the location is perfect because very close to the Almadies… Marc is very responsive and available I would highly recommend it ❤️❤️❤️

Great location in Plateau. Walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Alain was kind enough to share his list of recommendations, we tried almost all of them and they were good. The apartment is very clean. Although it’s in a busy neighborhood of Dakar, once windows are closed it’s very quiet (though a bit dark). We would recommend to anyone visiting Dakar for a few days and would gladly come again.

Ich hab in den letzten Jahren sehr viel gereist aber so eine tolle und coole Wohnung hab ich noch nie gesehen, waw . So eine freundlichen Rezeptionist… Elars and Amidou the best… they are so hardworking and dedicated to there job, the y always make sure that we are comfortable. It was a nice place to stay. All services are similar with hotel but it is best of AB&B. I am going to stay again if I have travel again.

Sylvia was absolutely wonderful—so kind and transparent about her place from the start. The apartment was easy to find and in a local neighborhood, away from the touristy areas (about 20+ minutes by taxi). There’s a grocery store and mobile payment (Wave and Orange Money) kiosks nearby, and taxis are easy to access on the main road just two short blocks away. Also, it's easy for ride sharing apps to find find the Sylvia's place, thanks to the restaurant next door. The apartment itself was lovely—tastefully decorated with a nice terrace. While the water wasn’t always very warm, and the restaurant next door has salsa dancing and karaoke on weekends, Sylvia was upfront about the potential noise before I even checked in. I always travel with earplugs, so it wasn’t a problem, and from Sunday to Thursday, it was perfectly quiet. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Sylvia’s kindness and openness made me feel right at home!

The apparment was very spacious and well equiped. For us the location was convenient. It was easy to get taxis. all the places we wanted to visit were within 30 min. away but mostly closer. Hedi was a great host. Very generous, welcoming and responsive.

The place was perfect for our stay in Dakar. Location is okay - The hotel right in front of the apartment was our go to spot for a breakfast and dinner. The apartment is great to stay with two people. The apartment is equipped with the essentials, not more not less. Biggest plus was that Emma helped us a lot to have a safe car and driver for a fair price. This way we were able to explore the car. Would come back in the future!

we stayed at Beatrice's apartment for five nights. we would absolutely return. it's a large floorplan, lovely art throughout, and very comfortable. restaurants/bars on the coast are a 10min walk. a few nice cafes and high end restaurants are within 3-5min walk. the point of Almadies (western most point of Africa) is 20min walk. 24 security guard (never did we feel insecure anywhere, but it's a nice perk) taxis and driver's have a hard time finding the location orienting without gps... but it's in Google Maps. Using Yango (Senegalese Uber) is incredibly easy and inexpensive and you can drop a pin so the problem goes away for the most part. so, basically it's convenient, nicely appointed, and comfortable. a great find.

I had an excellent stay in this suite. Ania was very helpful and responsive. The place was clean when I arrived, and was very thoroughly cleaned once during my 4-night stay The building has a secured entrance, and the staff is friendly and glad to help with any questions you have. The Mermoz neighborhood is quiet, with quality restaurants and shops within walking distance; and the main tourist attractions are around 10 minutes away by taxi.
