We had a great time at the riad. The location is great, quiet and 2 steps from Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Communication before and during the stay was more than perfect. The team is super responsive, attentive to requests, always reachable. Thank you Hannah and Hamid you were perfect! The riad matches the photos and is very well-equipped. I recommend this address without hesitation

Who would have known at the end of the alley there would be this beautiful, peaceful, luxury haven inside. We were so well looked after by Cristina, Dida and her family. No request was too much. The video directions were of great help.

Had a great time at this riad in Marrakech! The place is true to the photos, very clean and nicely decorated. A big thank you to Fatima and Simo who were lovely, very welcoming and always available to help – their kindness really made the difference! Note that the owner Karine was not present on site, so no direct contact with her. Small downside: the additional services offered (such as transfers or meals) are significantly more expensive than the usual rates in Marrakech, so keep that in mind. Another important point: the riad extends over 3 floors, which can be tiring for some people. In summary, a very nice riad, perfect for discovering the medina in good conditions!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, even better in real life. It's very beautiful, pleasant and cozy. This house has a lot of charm. My friends and I felt like we were in a different world. I celebrated my birthday there, we had unforgettable moments. Really a big thank you to Fatiha, who was exceptional throughout our stay and very kind. Super fluid communication, very helpful and very good advice. She did everything she could to make our stay a success. And all this only in writing. Exceptional. We enjoyed staying at Riad Bab 19. Ideally located in the heart of the souks, this place combines charm, elegance and functionality, making it a perfect place for a stay with friends. Aisha, our housekeeper, delighted us with the quality of her cuisine and the delicacy of her attention to detail. Very nice place. I was unlucky with the weather. It was very cold and couldn’t use the pool and sunbathing area. Gym there is missing another dumbbell or new onces which are not filled with sand but they have TRX bands and bike I could use for my workout

very great place and worth the value, felt very safe

Me and my family stayed in this accommodation for around 6 days. It was a lovely experience! It was located in the Golf course area, and it was a private residence so the area was quiet. Additionally, the flat was extremely well maintained and clean as well as beautifully decorated (same as the pictures provided). The kitchen was fully equipped with lots of utensils as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Mr Amine was a very helpful and responsive host. Overall, my family and I loved the accommodation and would definitely consider coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Y located in the Akhdar estate, just 20 minutes from Marrakech. A big thank you to Yann for his smooth and responsive communication before our arrival, which made the organization very simple. A huge thank you also to Myriam for her warm welcome, availability and especially for the exceptional quality of breakfasts and meals. We highly recommend this property for a peaceful and unforgettable stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. As a family of family with 5 kids we needed somewhere spacious as this place did not disappoint. The pictures do not do the place justice. It was clean and well kept and everything we needed was to hand. Loufia welcomed us personally and gave us clear instructions as well as spa treatments which were available on site. We took full advantage of this and the girls who came to do the treatments were lovely. I personally had a massage and it left me feeling very relaxed. The booking also came with breakfast included was a huge bonus and it was delicious, Loufia as a host was very responsive. She would respond very quickly to any queries or issues we had. The onsite caretaker was also lovely and always available for handy jobs. From start to finish we had a wonderful stay and I cannot find a fault. Thank you very much Loufia.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning villa in Marrakech, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and attentive staff that made us feel immediately at home. The villa itself was a beautiful blend of traditional Moroccan architecture and modern luxury, offering an oasis of calm and comfort in the heart of the city. The spacious layout of the villa provided plenty of room for relaxation, with a large living area, private garden, and inviting pool that became our go-to spot during the hot afternoons. Each room was elegantly furnished with intricate Moroccan details, including plush cushions, colorful rugs, and stunning tile work. The master suite, in particular, was a highlight, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains.

Everything about it is excellent We had a great time in this beautiful quiet villa. I thank Nicolas and Jennyfer for their hospitality, kindness, responsiveness and for being able to respond to all our requests. Thanks to Mohamed the caretaker who was very helpful and extremely kind as well as his team who cleaned every day. Thanks to the cleaning ladies who maintained the house very well. I thank Said the driver for his availability, his kindness and his great driving and a huge thank you to Bouchra the cook who was able to delight us throughout our stay. I recommend this wonderful house 1000%.

Mohamed took very good care of us. From the first contact before booking until our departure, everything was perfect. He provides us with a driver, cook, cleaning lady, gardener.
