Great place! Not directly in the water but just a short walk to the bayou at the back of the property! Great trees and serene surroundings. The cottage is very roomy, and Phil is great!

Beautiful home that matched pictures/description. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Nice, private back yard and a screened in patio. Home is located in a quiet area across from the river (can take an evening stroll along the river). Home is close to all things in West Monroe and Monroe. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying at this location and was thoroughly pleased with everything. Great house to have my entire family and their families under one roof and share in quality family time.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The kitchen table was great for game night. The boys loved the air hockey table. Very spacious and clean. I’m glad we found this one and will use it in the future.

I’m from Monroe but live out of state. I can’t say enough about how pleased and thankful I am to find this home away from home! I unexpectedly needed long-term accommodations after my initial Christmas visit due to my mother’s quickly declining health. Being able to have a perfect place to call home while going through such a traumatic experience is a gift. Everything we could possibly need was there. We walked into a beautifully decorated home. Presented with a yummy LARGE snack basket and beautiful fruit bowl stock with fresh fruit. Fully stocked kitchen and (my obsession) full arrangement of coffee needs! Perfect office space for remote work. Even pet supplies! There’s a full set of outdoor patio furniture and grill in a huge backyard. Plenty of towels and linens. Plenty of books and games. Kristy’s communication was prompt, friendly and very helpful. This will be my go-to home away from home anytime I’m back in Monroe.

This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway! Check in/check out was super smooth. The space was very clean and had everything we needed! We will definitely be back! Sarah was very friendly and available for questions throughout our stay.

I travel frequently and have experienced many types of homes. Michelle's home will be top of my list when we return to visit our son. She was very pro-active to make sure our stay would be good when I explained my allergies. The home was just blocks from our son and we were able to walk to and from his place without any issues. You'll find it exactly as pictured with plenty of room for an entire family. The bed was great. It can be difficult when traveling finding good beds. I had no problem sleeping. In fact, I overslept, when I should have been getting ready for my flight home. :) It is very clean with plenty of supplies for preparing your own meals. We did go to the Warehouse No 1 for dinner. I highly recommend the Warehouse (great atmosphere, amazing food, and the piano player was an added bonus) Michelle responded to my questions promptly and was a great host. Zach was amazing, always answered any questions we had. It was perfect for what we needed, our kids absolutely loved it! It was very peaceful and quiet. Not a far drive from town. The cabins had more than everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, had whatever we needed in the kitchens for cooking. We will definitely be back and stay longer!

This lake house was perfect for our family weekend getaway. It was very peaceful and the gazebo sitting area was perfect for looking out onto the lake and talking. There were a couple of issues that were quickly resolved and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and hanging out. The large game room downstairs would be perfect for kids. The home is located adjacent to an RV park, but it was quiet and we did not have any issues. The internet is satellite, so not as fast as traditional broadband, but cellular service with AT&T was fine. Would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful weekend!!
