What a lovely, comfortable house! The neighborhood is centrally located and Chandler is an excellent host. Definitely my very first choice when I visit Monroe.

Great place! Not directly in the water but just a short walk to the bayou at the back of the property! Great trees and serene surroundings. The cottage is very roomy, and Phil is great!

This was our second time staying at this location and was thoroughly pleased with everything. Great house to have my entire family and their families under one roof and share in quality family time.

This was our first Airbnb experience. After staying in hotels for years had no idea what to expect. We left so impressed with the property and with the entire experience. This is a great property. Spacious with everything you need and close to shopping, food, and the community. Stay here!

The house has been remodeled on the inside and is very nice. There is a lot of cabinet space. The kitchen was beautiful and had all the cooking utensils you need. The house is on the corner and the driveway is off a busy street. However, it did not bother us at all. We sleep with a fan and sound machine and didn't even notice the traffic. The kids had a sound machine too, so it didn't bother them at all. The kids were able to ride their scooters in the driveway and the street that is on the side. Sandy was quick to respond. There were nice added touches like shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, TP, and even laundry soap available. Made the stay a little bit easier. We would stay here again.

We thank Kristy for her extraordinary hospitality. The house was beautifully arranged and had many touches in all the rooms, from the fruit basket, water, and coffee for us, to the toys, treats, and basket for our dogs, to chocolates on the bed pillows. Kristy really thought of everything that we may need. She provided great suggestions for restaurants! The house made us feel very comfortable immediately. The location is great; it is în a quiet neighborhood, but also close to many great restaurants.

I travel frequently and have experienced many types of homes. Michelle's home will be top of my list when we return to visit our son. She was very pro-active to make sure our stay would be good when I explained my allergies. The home was just blocks from our son and we were able to walk to and from his place without any issues. You'll find it exactly as pictured with plenty of room for an entire family. The bed was great. It can be difficult when traveling finding good beds. I had no problem sleeping. In fact, I overslept, when I should have been getting ready for my flight home. :) It is very clean with plenty of supplies for preparing your own meals. We did go to the Warehouse No 1 for dinner. I highly recommend the Warehouse (great atmosphere, amazing food, and the piano player was an added bonus) Michelle responded to my questions promptly and was a great host. Zach was amazing, always answered any questions we had. It was perfect for what we needed, our kids absolutely loved it! It was very peaceful and quiet. Not a far drive from town. The cabins had more than everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, had whatever we needed in the kitchens for cooking. We will definitely be back and stay longer!

The house is beautiful. The host very responsive and respectful. There is a local grocery store in the area. I would recommend if you ever come to Monroe to get this place. It's exactly like the photos.
