It was such amazing time and we would love to repeat again we feel so much at home and enjoy the area around ,thank you so much

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Were delighted with the apartment. You could see the mountains from all the windows. Good starting point for great hike. Everything very clean. Very nice landlords.

The accommodation met all the expectations we had of it; the very good ratio of quality, comfort, equipment, and price.

This was our second stay at Jen's place and everything was once again outstanding. Jens is a really responsive host, answering to messages very quickly. The apartment is as expected and more. Super clean with everything you need for an easy self catering stay. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen being so close to the train station and within easy walking distance from all local amenities. We'd definitely go back another time and would highly recommend.

The first time driving, you almost let your heart stand. Curvy narrow mountain road with fantastic views. You get used to driving quickly. The warm welcome also included a super tasty bottle of its own apple juice in the fridge.... The apartment is under the owners' apartment.... and agreements worked quickly and simply at all times. The apartment has two bedrooms and is more than sufficient for a family with one or two children. Indoor bathroom with tub is also spacious. Only you have to leave the light on for some time after showering or bathing so that the trigger gets the moisture away. Kitchen has everything you need in an apartment.... Even a dishwasher!! (There is no microwave.... but do you need that? We didn't miss it.) There is life in the house, at night you can hear maximum the village cats or the rippling of the rain and the roaring of the thunder. Tours can also start directly at the house.

We stayed at this property for the 2nd time and it was all great again. It is cuddly warm, immaculately clean, pictures correspond exactly to reality. Tanya and her husband are very likeable hosts. And we got raisin bread baked, very delicious! You can quickly walk to the Rofangebirge, a few minutes by car to the Pertisau ski and hiking area or Achenkirch. We like the central location. - I'm sure we'll be back! -

We were there with 9 people and had a great weekend. Both for skiing and as a starting point for hiking a great location. Landlords are super nice! Highly recommended for larger groups. Thanks

A wonderful stay in Garmisch! We’ve had an amazing time in the apartment. The communication was very friendly from the beginning till the end. Gabriele gave us clear instructions how to find the place and how to check-in. The apartment is spacious, clean and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable with enough blankets. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower. The kitchen is well-equipped as well; everything you need is in there. The apartment is located good in Garmisch. It’s about 25 minutes walking, but the skibus brings you in just a few minutes to the centre. The busstop is right in front of the apartment, so you do not have to walk. The bus, which is free with the GaPa tourism card, drives daily from 08 until 21. For skiing, the apartment is located perfect. By car or bus, it’s just a few minutes to the Kreuzeckbahn. We prefer this, because the Hausbergbahn is quite busy. Overall, we’ve had an amazing stay which is priced very friendly! Big recommendation to anyone!

Just as promised, great location!

The communication with Jürgen was great! When we entered the accommodation, we felt right at home and the layout was great for our group consisting of two families. The location of the apartment and the view were just beautiful. There are also plenty of parking spaces available. The apartment and Jürgen as providers are definitely recommended.

Good equipped small apartment. Comfortable location as you can reach all the most popular locations in Dolomites in 1 - 1,5h by car.

It was super nice again! Everything clean, high quality and super nice! We will be back - definitely !!!

Very spacious apartment for large families, a somewhat separate guest room with its own small bathroom is ideal to invite another "attachment". The furnishings are great, everything is available, incl. Fondue-Rechaud and raclette oven. You can tell that the hosts themselves are often in the apartment. The location is very good, just below the dream slope. Very clean and generously equipped with terry towels and sheets. The master bathroom with jacuzzi tub is very nice, also the terraces and the fireplace, which may be used, upgrade the apartment. We didn't try the pizza oven, but in the summer it would certainly also be a highlight! Two cars are easy to accommodate, another one would have to be placed in the "lower underground car park", which is really very tight. Even the manager advised us not to use it unless we had a small car. We didn't try. :-)

We had a great time in Telfs with a lot of exercise and afterwards wonderful relaxation in the sauna and a quiet environment. The coffee from the Nespresso machine is very tasty, as is the products from Martha 's farm shop, which you can buy 24/7. Thomas was easily contactable at all times and also asked on his own if everything was right. In general, the communication was always very friendly. We will be happy to come back.

This Airbnb was perfect! The apartment had stunning views, a relaxing sauna, and a private hot tub—pure bliss after hockey and skiing. The host was extremely helpful and thoughtful, and everything was spotless and well-equipped. We loved the peaceful setting while still being close to trails and town. A dreamy getaway—we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

This place is great! The hot tub really made our vacation - it’s totally private. A little hard to get to this airbnb via public transit. The bus comes once an hour and you have to change buses before you go into Innsbruck. Very doable though. Uber was very easy and good option. Gorgeous scenery. Host stays above you in the house, which was no problem. Very attentive in case you have questions. 10/10 would stay here again - the scenery and the tranquility were great! Very good value for what you pay.

This place was absolutely amazing! The views, the private sauna and private hot tub, the comfortable bed, the nice clean bathroom, even the decor. Everything was very well done and nicely put together. You will want to spend more time in this apartment than out of it with all of its amenities. Only negative is that the parking was difficult to find, and the instructions could be more helpful and specific. Hint: there is a restaurant on the left right before the entrance to the parking, which is up a small side street. Look closely for a sign on a tree (or post or building?) that says Inn Above. Also, this is a good place if you have a car, As it is a bit of a hike from downtown-- totally worth it for the amazing views you get. We can't wait to come back- one weekend wasn't long enough!
