This was the perfect addition to my wedding weekend! Julie made it extra special with a welcome sign and bottle of champagne to great my guests and I! The place is absolutely stunning, so warm, cozy and just what we needed for a wedding stay with the bridal party. It surpassed my expectations and Julie and her partner were wonderful - we even had a tour and learned some history on the place. Can’t wait to come back !

Eddy’s house was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, serving utensils, small appliances, etc. which made cooking a breeze. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we had more than enough towels and linens for our stay. This spacious home and quiet neighbourhood was perfect for our family’s relaxing stay. I highly recommend this property!!

Our family complely enjoyed Erin's generously sized house. The indoor pool was one of the amenities that really drew us, and it didnt disappoint! Beautiful, warm, clean and the entire pool area was welcoming and comfortable. Besides that there are so many other activites; these are shown accurately in the photos. The adults enjoyed the pool table area very much in the evenings. Though we never got to using the home theatre, it was a very unique and appealing space. In general all was in good repair in this home. We loved the comfy beds and pristine linen. The kitchen was well thought out and very organized, with plenty of pots, dishes, glasses soap etc. This was a great locating to bring the family together. We would love to return again!

Emily’s house was a dream and is highly recommended. Our family of 5 (with 3 kids under 10) spent a week at Emily’s house while in Ottawa to help out a family member. We were so grateful for Emily’s hospitality. As we were there during yet another wave of the pandemic, coupled with virtual school, we were basically in lockdown at the house - it could have been a very unpleasant week. Instead, it was truly wonderful to have Emily’s beautiful home to feel grounded in. The house was clean, comfortable, exactly as represented in the pictures, and we were struck by the attention to detail. The communication with Emily was perfect. After a week in the house, we joked about staying a week longer! There is no doubt that we will return.

The place was decorated for Christmas and was the perfect location for our family. It is large and easily accommodated a large group of people for Christmas dinner. Being on the water was an added bonus with great views and skating on the river.

The place was perfect for us and the hosts were ideal. Exactly the right amount and tone of communication. I rate the hosts right at the top.

We had a great stay at Sean’s property! The neighbourhood was very quiet and has an amazing paved trail system right behind the house for us to walk our dogs. We especially loved that the property is pet friendly, it gave us peace of mind knowing our pups were able to join us. The home itself is quite large and spacious, perfect for large families or couples. We had a lot of fun in the games room, there are many games to keep you busy and laughing! Kitchen had everything you need to cook. There is a grocery store and Walmart very close by to pickup groceries and essentials, super convenient for us to get to the Canadian Tire Centre for the world juniors (maybe 10 min drive). If you have little ones there is a playpen, and I loved there was a bookcase set up with lots of stories for little ones. Excellent response time when I had any questions, definitely recommend this property, not far from Ottawa either. Access to laundry facilities was also appreciated. Thanks for a great stay Sean!

Aweome place! Immaculate and way better than pictures posted! Great if you want to spend time on the canal as short walk away. Short convenient train ride to Parliament buildings and Rideau Centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our time in this location. Paul was also accommodating to a slightly later check out. Would highly recommend this place.

We needed accommodations near the EY center and allowed us to make meals as our daughter is celiac. The place was bigger than expected. Great for getting 2 daughters ready for their event. Safe & Quiet neighbourhood. Mohammed was helpful, kind and welcoming! we hope to return next year!

Booked this house for a weekend with friends for my 40th. The kitchen and hot tub were winners! Plenty of space, cosy seating areas and quiet enough for our bub to blissfully sleep upstairs.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was so clean and the house is beautiful. We were a large group and we never felt cramped. The view was amazing and everyone enjoyed the spa and the sauna. The host was very quick to respond anytime we had questions. We would definitely love to go back.

The Ottawa River was nearby and it was a peaceful atmosphere. There was also a swimming pool in the house, and I thought it would have been nice to be able to enjoy it in the summer. The house was spacious, the facilities were very nice, and the host responded quickly and kindly. It was a good experience

Pierre’s home is lovely and well appointed. It was exactly as the photos depict. The home was spotless upon arrival and Pierre was easily reached to answer any questions. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. It was nice to be near nature but also near amenities and a short drive to downtown Ottawa.

This was our fifth time renting the house and we had a wonderful family Christmas there. We appreciate the character, layout and charm of the house. The views are spectacular and we are really comfortable there. Thanks again for a wonderful family getaway.

Absolutely an amazing space. It was like coming onto the movie set of a Christmas film. The place is very clean and organized. I cooked in the kitchen and found it was equipped when everything necessary (pots, pans, spatula, turners, plates, spices, forks and spoons). The hot tub was very relax and functioning. The host was very responsive and kind. They responded within 5 to 10 minutes of I had any questions. Definitely would come back in the summer for the added activities like the pool and large backyard.

Highlights of the stay were a really great backyard with pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and place was very well equipped. Host was accommodating and responsive.

Overall great stay. Everything is as pictured. The various seating areas allows everyone a bit of privacy if you need it and the office was important to us as many were working from home. The office includes two screens with HDMI cables to plug in. The mattresses in 3 of the bedrooms were amazing and the linens were crispy. The guidebook has a lot of details and great instructional videos if you need it. The pool was good, with a few tiles missing, and the hot tub was nice. We barbecued a lot and they have a gas hook up so no tanks to change or fill. We would recommend that the patio pillows be put away each night as they were quite soggy when we arrived. The kitchen items were basic but they had lots of plates and just enough cutlery but I would recommend that you bring your own chef's knife if you cook a lot. A note that the house has split levels so lots of stairs to keep in mind if you have elderly guests or with very young children. Overall really nice stay.
