Monica e Marco are very friendly and polite hosts. The appartment was clean and cozy, freshly renovated and stylishly furnished. The location itself its very quiet and peaceful. The pool is the icing on the cake. We had a very great stay at Limpidu.

It was a wonderful stay in a very nice, clean, cozy and well equipped, two-story apartment. We enjoyed the quiet evenings on the terrace with the small palm tree. From the 2nd floor you have a beautiful view of the sea. A private parking space is right behind the apartment. San Teodoro and Spiaggia La Cinta as well as the nearest supermarket are just 6 minutes away by car. Pamela and Karim, thank you! They were super helpful hosts, and we would love to come back❤️

If you are looking for a peaceful spot in Sardinia, this is the absolute best. The house is brand new and in the middle of the vineyard. Beds are very comfortable. The bathroom are perfect. And the kitchen is fully furnished. Stefano made some great restaurant recommendations. We especially enjoyed Lollovers.

Sandro is a fantastic host . Reliable , trustworthy , very kind and generous . He gave us amazing tips about the best beaches in the area , places to visit , restaurants and locations for nightlife. We loved the house which has got nice thick walls that help keeping cool indoor during hot days and very spacious with all the comforts . Sandro ‘s house is in a strategic position that allows you to reach any places from supermarkets to crystal waters beaches in a few minutes and it’s the perfect choice for those who want to have a genuine experience of Sardinia with not only the coast with stunning locations but also its beautiful inland areas . Everything was perfect. The hosts are kind and helpful, the house exactly as described, clean, equipped with everything you need. We could not have found better, if we were to return to this area, this house will surely be my first choice.

Were guests during the low season. Therefore, the beautiful, nearby beach was almost deserted. The surroundings invite you to take extensive hikes. The place is highly recommended for families.

Great place, very well-maintained grounds. You can spend a lot of time at/around the house. There is a table and a sofa, both with plenty of shade. Furthermore, there is an artificial lawn on the sunbed and again a sofa and a hammock are available. We also loved the fly screens, even on the sliding door to the terrace. The property is very private and not or hardly visible to neighbors. The beach, which can be reached in 5 minutes by car, is very large and not overcrowded. The beach is shallow and great for children. The place is very remote and there are only 2 supermarkets but we found everything. There is one restaurant within walking distance and others accessible by car. The hosts are super nice and always available for questions. There was fruit and pastries to welcome us. We can fully recommend the accommodation for a very quiet beach stay.
