I've only been to this apartment one day but the experience was unbeatable. Carlos, the owner, was very close and friendly, we had an easy and comfortable entrance to the home. As for the apartment, it is as it appears in the listing, with a good cleanliness and a great location. For me, it was a 10 and if I go back in the area I would repeat my stay again.

A really great place - big and comfortable house with a huge green backyard and an amazing view to the ocean, Santander, lighthouses and sunsets. Feels very private and peaceful and only a couple of minutes of walking to the center of Somo and couple minutes more to the beach. Very well stocked house. The design inside might seem a little old-school, but still very clean, everything works, very comfortable. We were three people and we rented only the first floor and as a result we had lots and lots of space to our selves. David was very helpful and responsive. Great place.

Going out of the house for a few days of peace, is what we want many. In Patricia's house I felt right at home, with another atmosphere and fireplace. She was very responsive and helpful. The little house and had it all. If it was summer that porch would have been my hours to read. It has been a pleasure for the 5 and my b***h. I take care of as much as we do. Which is usually not common.

Miren is a great host! She is very friendly, she wants to help you at all times. We g Had a great time in the appartment. The view is very nice.

Beautiful, clean and modern beach apartment with fantastic views of the sea and the sunset. The two of us were allowed to spend a week in the stylish apartment. Most rooms are separated by curtains and there are a lot of large windows. Private parking and in general a quiet residential area. We would come back.

Very comfortable apartment, quiet with sublime views! We felt at home. Close to Laredo for shops. Beautiful walks to do both by the sea and inland. We highly recommend José's place.
