The proximity to nature with the nature reserve Fyledalen a mile away with an amazing nature and a rich wildlife.

The house is only min walk away from the from the 18 hole Beddinge golf course, making it an excellent stay for golfers.

Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance.
