Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Österåker Municipality

We felt welcome and at home in Spersbodahusen, nice days with hot baths, excursions, reading and game nights. Dark and rough in December but cozy with crackling fire in the evenings. The water in the tap is checked and quite ok but does not taste like in town, so a tip is to bring bottled water to drink if you are a little picky. Hans was very helpful, questions were answered quickly and kindly with great tips. We went to atmospheric Wira Bruk and had homemade food. We would be glad to come back!

This place is truly stunning and we felt right at home. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming and also rented us a motorboat and provided us maps... We could even harvest some cherries in their garden and also profited from the blueberries on the island... We'll come back.

We had a wonderful time at Harry's place! The views are spectacular and the pictures don't match the real experience. The house is very cozy and all amenities one could need are there. In particular, our children loved the place and the location on the island. There are numerous spots to hide and to explore, several toys for the sea etc etc. Harry was a very responsive and generous host who helped us with all the little issues that we did come up with. We would certainly love to come back!

This house is just beautiful! We had a weekend like a Swedish dream, thank you to Mia & Jens who really took good care of the house and made sure we will be comfortable. All the equipment is modern and in excellent condition, it is warm and welcoming. Thank you, and see you again!

Not only is Amalia’s flat a stunning and peaceful place to stay while visiting Stockholm, but she is an extremely helpful and responsive host who made our stay easy and enjoyable! Cannot recommend enough.

The Airbnb is in a great location and the apartment itself is also beautiful. Julius is very communicative as well. Great stay.

We stayed at the apartment for three months as a family of three. Adam was super helpful, and the apartment was ideally equipped and situated for the trip. The area is close to the metro and does not have many tourists. The apartment and building are new, well-kept and quiet. Adam helped us when we arrived and responded very quickly to questions. A superb stay at a great place with a wonderful host!

The location in Södermalm was perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karolina was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm! Makes your stay worth it!!

Anna's apartment was super super nice, we felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Also, you only had to walk a few minutes to the subway and you could get to the city quickly. Anna was super quick to reach :) we will be happy to come back. We just wish we could have shared basic food like coffee or butter. Now we spent a lot of money for 2 days and then left everything there, although there was a lot there. We will be happy to come back :)

Great location. A 3-minute walk from the Red Line station Karlaplan. There's a big shopping mall Fältöversten with two big supermarkets inside. Is in a walking distance of many restaurants. The apartment is well-equipped for longer stays. There's plenty of space for two people. One of my favorite apartments in Stockholm so far.

My second time staying here, I love this air bnb. Great location away from the craziness of Stockholm but you can be there in 15 minutes. The upstairs neighbour had quite a lead foot this time which was frustrating but that's nothing to do with the apartment, however something to note if you're sensitive to that. It's got everything you need, very clean and the hosts are very kind. Thanks again :)

This is a really special find. The flat is roomy with a high ceiling (if anything the photos underplay the space). It’s a stylish, creative place, cleverly furnished and the kitchen very well kitted-out. The outside area is leafy and green, great for kids and meals in warm weather - or just sitting and reading. The garden is accessible from the kitchen and opens out to the middle of a courtyard with a nice area connected to the flat as well as an added communal space with a big table, treehouse and slide which in a week we saw no-one else use. The location is the best we’ve ever stayed in in Stockholm, near Centrum as well as lots of parks and was an excellent first time introduction to the city for our 6 year old daughter. It’s Katja’s living space (which is where Airbnb is best) and everything is well tucked away with a decent amount of storage for guests. Two bedrooms tucked away on one side and another bedroom connected to the living area and its huge(!) sofa. Very much recommend.

we had a fantastic time. The cottage is cozy and pleasant. The sauna is also very nice. Reception was very warm and on departure we received a bag of dried own apples, very sweet. In short: recommended!

We were warmly welcomed by Peter and his gentle dog, the room is clean, the decoration is neat, and we've got everything we need in the kitchen. Peter is very generous and friendly - he offered us a lot of local information and even allowed us to check in early. The surrounding environment is also very beautiful and quiet. Eliad was a perfect host! Communication was smooth, instructions given were clear! The accommodation was wonderful, right next to transport and the bedding was incredible. I would recommend!

The spacious, private, exceptionally clean apartment (upper floor) of Vera's 1873 home is truly special. We (3 adults) greatly appreciated the warmth of the holiday decorations of the house and the view of the lake and forest across and enjoyed being in this quiet residential area in nature after exploring the sights of Stockholm which are an easy ride away on public transportation. Vera is a super-responsive host, immediately sharing great recommendations in response to our questions.

We loved this place and would highly recommend. the apartment is in beautiful location with great views. The place is immaculate and smells great. You can also access the 25th floor rooftop for even better views and even have a picnic. Good restaurants within a minute or two walk. When did activities usually just had a $10-12 10 minute uber ride.

Stefan's place is fantastic, such a great location with great cafes, bars and resteraunts in the local neighbourhood for when you don't fancy travelling across the city. But if you do want to travel then good transport links for the underground (tunnelbana) as well as buses and the Flygbussarna coach stop the airpot is a 5 minute walk away. The aprartment was clean, unclutted and comfortable, with great art and interesting books all around. The small balcony is a bonus, it gets the sun and so is a lovely spot for morning coffee (or evening beer). Stephan was friendly and was around to let me in on arrival and explain how everything worked, but his description and instructions in the listing were perfect anyway. Had a great stay and hope to stay again if I get the chance.
