The best experience we’ve ever had with an Airbnb host. Knut was totally exceptional in every way! Incredibly helpful before the trip with local recommendations and information on arrivals. He offered to meet and help us with our bags on arrival - he helped us with knowledge of the local public transport, which was very easy to use to get into Bergen city centre within an hour - and he was always on hand to answer any questions and to give suggestions with incredibly quick responses. The cabin itself is totally stunning. Even better than the pictures! The views are exquisite and the cabin is fully stocked with all you’ll need to cook your own breakfast / lunch / dinner. He even left us a bar of delicious local chocolate. Knut - we really appreciate you and all you have done to help us have one of our best trips yet. It was a celebration trip for my wife’s 30th birthday and we’ll never forget it! Thank you! The bedroom next to the lake is stunning and such an amazing way to wake up

Had a great stay. To have that view every day was just lovely. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and the “secret room” was a bonus with the kids. The hosts were excellent and I would definitely recommend it to others …. Peaceful, relaxing space, with all amenities and close enough to drive to Bergen to see the sites

Beautiful place, perfect for relaxing, everything as advertised, and the live house looked even more beautiful. The host was very kind, lent us a sled, and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend

We were Siren’s first Airbnb guests and we had a wonderful stay. Very scenic and peaceful farm, removed from the city and without any neighbours. The cottage is comfortable and clean, though missing a few basic amenities (kitchenware, etc). Very kind and helpful host, who has done a wonderful job at renovating this lovely firehouse. We greatly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cozy stay in the Bergen countryside.

Again a lovely weekend stay at this beautiful property. We have been here before and have really enjoyed. Lovely surroundings. Cozy house with everything needed. Tidy and clean. Plenty of towels and bed linen. Very nice with a wood-fired hot tub. We enjoyed the sea and bathed both in the sea and in the stomp. Fishing off the dock, and kayaked. We will definitely come again and would highly recommend the place. Thank you for this time.

Lovely views and surroundings. Hardanger fjord is beautiful regardless of weather. Helene was super responsive and her parents made a special trip out to us for the boat. Kids loved the space and the hot tub Would recommend the rib boat experience. Also trips to plentiful waterfalls and a trip to Voss and Flam Would be good to have linen included in cost Access is steep up to the cabin, recommend a 4 wheel drive car

Had a super great stay at Bjarne's place! The place had a lot to offer, especially the view, fireplace and hot tub were the hamma! You will stay right in the first row on the fjord. The place was very clean and everything you need was there. Only 40 minutes from Bergen and about 3 hours by car from the ski resort in Voss - everything is great to reach. Our highlight was the sighting of the northern lights directly from the house! We highly recommend the property and Bjarne as hosts!

Such an amazing find. The cabin is beautifully designed and has everything you need. You do need to be slightly tech savvy though! It was so comfortable, the views were amazing. The walk was no joke, but doable, and made the G&T taste all the better at the top. Monica and Morten were always on hand and answered all our questions quickly and with plenty of info.

Maria’s place feels like home - it is very cozy and charming. The view is spectacular. The hostess is so welcoming and responsive it made our stay so easy and painless. Highly recommend for anyone seeking escape into nature!

Great home and location. Nearby supermarket had a good selection of many items. Fuel station next door is a straight forward self service. About 1 hours easy drive to Bergen. Nearest decent restaurants and takeaways about 30 mins away in an area which had a shopping centre. Very cosy and fantastic communications throughout Thank you.

Small cozy cabin in lovely place, short walk up the hill from parking place, but nothing terrible. a lot of skiing opportunities around. Kim-Roger was extremely kind and helpful. We could arrive and stay even outside check-in/out hours, since there was no other tenant straight after us. We will for sure return soon.

Really enjoyed at Monica's place! The kids had a great time with a trampoline and playhouse, the dog warmed in front of the fireplace after long walks in the forest around, and we adults enjoyed the tranquility and silence. It was nice to also get to know the bush trolls ☺️

A small piece of jewelry. We felt totally comfortable when we arrived, which was also due to the fact that a fire was already prepared in the fireplace. It is very cozy and everything you need is there that you need. The view of the fjord is wonderful...there is always something to see and you can take great pictures. For hiking and bathing, you have to drive about 10-15 minutes, but fishing on site by boat is good. We also used the boat to go to the small island of Sild. Otherwise, as always, the communication with Laila was great and we can highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back.

We had a great stay here, host was very helpful and responsive. Clear instructions and very friendly and welcoming. The small cottage is quite charming with unmatched views. Very accessible by public transport. Great peaceful getaway, would highly recommend!

The weather was not the best, but we had a good time. We warm ourselves in the sauna and cooled off outside in the snow. A day was a trip to Øystese Badeland. The alpine resort was due to rain and little snow not in full operation. But was used to the fullest when it was open. Otherwise, it was a trip to Mødalsætra. In the evening the whole extended family was gathered about various games. The cabin was practical with long tables and plenty of space in the "sofa nook". Thank you for us! We would love to come again!

The hosts were very friendly and greeted us on arrival to point us in the right direction of the cabin. We found it easily, and the cabin itself was very clean. We had everything we needed, and check-out was also very simple. The views were stunning, and we were only a short walk away from the river. We had an amazing time! Thank you Hanne!

It was a very nice house. On top of mountain so you will definitely feel peaceful and quiet and really good place if you want to escape the world 😍. The host was very welcoming he wanted to be there when we arrived, he showed us the house and explained everything you need so thank you very much sturla. Everything about this house is good, but the view from the terrace was exceptional and host provided blankets and outdoor heater so you can enjoy it in any weather

We had a wonderful trip and stay. The house is an absolute dream and just as beautiful as in the pictures. We felt very comfortable, like at home. The location is perfect, quiet and beautiful. Our host Linda is very attentive and friendly, we will be back very soon. That was my best Norway experience so far :)
