Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Orvieto

Simona is an amazing host. The place was exactly what we wanted, felt right at home. Cooked amazing meals in that kitchen!! One of us works remotely so seeing the WiFi was super strong (186mbps) we had no trouble at all. She gave us loads of recommendations and the town is perfectly in the middle to enjoy a lot of the surrounding areas in just a short drive. Highly recommend it and we will be back for sure. Thanks again Simona!!!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

We stayed at the property for the 2nd time! We enjoyed the wonderful surroundings and the apartment in the old Tuscan farmhouse again. This time we were 7 people - with a small bathroom including toilet a small challenge, but possible with good will! Thank you Mirko for letting us be your guests again!

I traveled with my three adult daughters to this incredibly beautiful and peaceful villa situated in the Tuscan countryside. It is an ideal location to use as a base when exploring to surrounding area. Filippo and Maria Teresa were welcoming hosts and treated us like family . We hope to return in the future.

This was our second time at Vrinda’s house, which means we were happy to come back and have a great time again! We definitely recommend it if you want a cozy place to feel at home and in the middle of the nature of Umbria.

The house and garden are very nice, the description and photos don't do it justice. We were there for work, it was a shame not to be able to enjoy the property more. Stefania was very responsive and helpful 🤗 Recommended!

Catia's place is very comfortable, clean and centrally located but on a small, very well-kept street The accommodation is equipped with everything you need and the kitchen is equipped in such a way as to allow the possibility of eating at home. Highly recommended.

Place is great..... Waking up in the morning and enjoying that view is priceless. There was everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. I think it is strategically located 20/30 from all the main attractions in the area.

Truly a wonderful retreat amidst olive trees and fantastic scenery. The path over winding paths and gravel is worthwhile, because the place impresses with its fantastic tranquility. A huge pool with views over the valley, numerous birds, flowers... just beautiful.

Very welcoming location, breathtaking view, Susi's exquisite availability and courtesy. Apartment with all the necessary amenities, also equipped with a small functional kitchenette. Recommended for couples who want romantic intimacy and carefree immersion in Umbrian nature. To be repeated!

The only downside of this part of the trip is we should have stayed longer. Unbelievable views and short drive to wineries and restaurants. Simone was a great host. We will be back.

Very nice and cozy home in the hilly / mountainous Umbria, which is completely private with long distance to neighbors, so you can enjoy the holiday with your loved ones. Communication with hosts is easy and easy - and checkout is flexible. The pool is not heated of course. We brought wetsuits for the youngest, so they could benefit more from the pool in the month of October. The garden can be used to play football and other ball games and generally the outdoor facilities are top notch. Rooms and bathrooms are in great condition and the kitchen is well-stocked. The only downside is that it is +15 minutes to the first real city, where you can buy ice cream, pizza, pasta and the possibility of larger purchases. So all trips away from the house must be by car, but you can easily get the day to walk in and around the house on warm sunny days. Too bad there is no room for 8 people, because the facilities of the house (except the bedrooms) can easily accommodate 8 people. We'd love to come back.

Idyllic Tuscan villa on a family operated vineyard made our family vacation memorable. The hostess and all of the staff were amazing, responsive and so helpful. The chef Anna recommended for our pasta making experience was fantastic. We had him back later in the week to prepare a full Tuscan dinner that was incredible. The location in the rolling hills near Siena was perfect. A short drive to the market or parking for our many days waking in Siena helped make this one of the best vacations ever for my family. The wine and olive oil produced on this estate are something special. Make sure you take the tour! We shipped many cases back to the US!

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Our stay at Terra Antica was a dream. The location is perfect and the property and villa are exceptional. We were close enough to town to get to restaurants and shopping and then come back for some quiet relaxing time. There are numerous wineries to visit in the area. Day trips to other local towns are easy to do as well. The private jacuzzi was an extra bonus & we used it several times during our stay. We will be back again!

Lovely modern home in a beautiful, quiet town in southern Tuscany. We had a wonderful 8 days there with our 6 year old son.
