Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

The accommodation is in the center of Bomarzo a few meters from the fantastic village. We used it as a base to see the fantastic villages nearby such as Civita di Bagnoregio, Viterbo, Bosco Sacro, Tarquinia, Villa Lante. Cristiano is very helpful and proactive in his advice on what to see and where to eat. Super Recommended.

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

This was our third time staying here . We absolutely love the town, the location and her beautiful accommodation. Lisa Jane is a great host! Cannot wait to come back again!

Vrinda’s place has all the amenities that you need because it is a real house very comfortable. The cost benefit of this property is five stars. It is a small Italian mediaeval borgo, very quiet and close to the immaculate umbrian nature, and also very close to Gualdo Tadino and Nocera Umbra. The hosts are just incredible and amazing because they are very responsive and helpful all the time. We definitely recommend Vrindas house!

Place is great..... Waking up in the morning and enjoying that view is priceless. There was everything in the house, especially in the kitchen. I think it is strategically located 20/30 from all the main attractions in the area.

Truly a wonderful retreat amidst olive trees and fantastic scenery. The path over winding paths and gravel is worthwhile, because the place impresses with its fantastic tranquility. A huge pool with views over the valley, numerous birds, flowers... just beautiful.

Cristina is an ideal host: kind and helpful. The house, very spacious, is tastefully furnished but at the same time it turns out to be practical and comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable. It is in the center but you can park nearby and it is also very quiet. Highly recommended !

Simone’s place was fantastic - so absolutely beautiful. Clean, spacious, with lots of things provided for us, thank you so much! The view from the apartment’s balcony was breathtaking. Simone is also extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. We will definitely love to stay here again when we have a chance, and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Very nice and cozy home in the hilly / mountainous Umbria, which is completely private with long distance to neighbors, so you can enjoy the holiday with your loved ones. Communication with hosts is easy and easy - and checkout is flexible. The pool is not heated of course. We brought wetsuits for the youngest, so they could benefit more from the pool in the month of October. The garden can be used to play football and other ball games and generally the outdoor facilities are top notch. Rooms and bathrooms are in great condition and the kitchen is well-stocked. The only downside is that it is +15 minutes to the first real city, where you can buy ice cream, pizza, pasta and the possibility of larger purchases. So all trips away from the house must be by car, but you can easily get the day to walk in and around the house on warm sunny days. Too bad there is no room for 8 people, because the facilities of the house (except the bedrooms) can easily accommodate 8 people. We'd love to come back.

We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. Carla was always reachable via phone and Airbnb messaging for any questions. Through this way I would like to thank Carla for this unforgettable holiday and the nice communication. Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

We loved this Tuscan paradise! Perfect location to get to Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, etc very easily (within 30 mins). A beautiful private and quiet retreat in the heart of southern Tuscany. The villa itself is stunning with a true antique and lived-in feel. The grounds were gorgeous and provided a new spot for us to enjoy our morning tea and coffee each day. The pool is only cleaned once in two weeks, but luckily the maintenance crew were scheduled for the 2nd day of our arrival. Walking around the olive groves and hillside were a treat! A deeper cleaning of the house and cobwebs would be appreciated, but it is a large country villa and we know that can be hard. Important thing to note, there are two ACs, one in the master bedroom and one in the bedroom with two single beds. We were there in September and the weather was extremely pleasant so we did not need more than this.
