Vacation rentals with breakfast in Oropi

We had a lovely stay and would certainly stay again if we were back in the area. Everything was spot on, the icing on the cake was a lovely 30 minute walk along the sea front to a wonderful Indian restaurant called Great Spice.

A few years ago my partner and I went to Rotorua and stayed with Graham and Sarndra, we loved it so much we made a point to come back and stay with them again. Graham and Sarndra are amazing hosts, they’re friendly, kind and extremely caring. They go the extra mile for their guests and are happy to share their knowledge of amazing places to go and see. We have always felt right at home coming to their place and love spending time with their very much loved animals. We could not recommend more highly coming to stay. Their guest house is always extremely clean, quiet and a short drive from many amazing things to do and see. You’ll always will have what you need coming to their guest house and won’t go without. Highly recommend staying, we know we will be back again and won’t be booking anywhere else to stay when we visit.

Second stay here and it was 100% great again. Thank you Peter for the spotless, very well appointed and equipped apartment. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

I've been here with my son for more than a month. We spent comfortable, pleasant days here. The accommodation was very beautiful and clean. And we had a kitchen, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, and so on, so we could make and eat simple meals, so we got along really well. The bedding was comfortable, and the sofa was wide, so it was easy to stay. It's fantastic to sit at your desk at the end of the day and look out the window. We got better in Tauranga thanks to our stay here. Thank you for everything.

Wow, what a beautiful home and loads of extras provided by Cherie, like locally made sourdough bread, to make your stay special. It has everything you could possibly need, and more. Definately an above average airbnb experience. An easy 10 minute drive to the water front and restaurants makes it the perfect location. Lovely and quiet for a peaceful nights sleep. Thanks, Cherie!! Would highly recommend to other guests.

This place is a real gem. Just mins by car from the centre of town. Lovely, private and peaceful surroundings. Very well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. Great communication :-).

The view is very good, Lake Rotorua is right outside the window; the Host's wife is very friendly and provided a lot of daily necessities, recommended

Thank you to these kind and generous hosts, they both were so easy to talk with and so helpful. It was a perfect place to have a break at, I just wish that I could have stayed for longer. Immense gratitude to them both, I wish them continued success in their hosting lives and thank them for the privilege of being able to stay in their home.

The place is awesome and perfect if you like a very quiet and close to nature ambiance. The host was very lovely too and accommodating with their adorable dog. They even prepared complimentary foods for the guests. All in all we highly recommend this place.👌

Alison is a very nice host to communicate with. The place we stayed is very spacious with beautiful rural view. And it's close to everywhere. We had a relaxed Easter break there. We'll come back next time when we come down this way.

Such a lovely stay. The rooms were perfectly clean, comfortable and stylish. The hosts were very welcoming and thoughtful. We enjoyed Michael's archery session and Mia's amazing breakfast. The freshly baked bread was fabulous. And the lovely dog Hunter showed me around their beautiful garden!! We had a great time and it is actually the most pleasant accommodation we have ever stayed at in NZ.

Linda's bnb was adorable. Very comfortable, clean, full of delightful little extras. Linda came over to have a chat and make sure everything was to our liking. She gave us a run down on the local area and further afield. A very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend

Kellie & Jon are awesome friendly hosts who put a lot of effort in to make it a wonderful BnB. Home away from home, quiet & peaceful, private & spotlessly clean. The extra details & treats add something special to your stay. This will be my go to place to stay when I’m visiting the area.

We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay and Ginie and Bob’s place. It really was originally a boat house, converted into a studio stand-alone apartment. A lot of thought went into making this small place suitable for guests. We adored all the breakfasts items Ginie provided for our three night stay. The banana bread and frittatas were standouts, but also lots of cereal, fruit, fresh dairy products and more. Outside, we enjoyed sitting by the lake after long days of exploring the area. So peaceful! Even duck food was provided for having fun with the ducks on the lake. There is a new spa that they welcome guests to enjoy. Our busy schedule didn’t permit us to take advantage of it, but I would prefer it to sitting in a sulfur-smelling spa in town. Ginie and Bob are genuinely kind and personable, if you have the opportunity to say hi.

Rose and Roger were very responsive and helpful. They welcomed me when I arrived showing me how everything works. The place was spotless clean to perfection. The kitchen was super clean with everything I needed. The continental breakfast was amazing with so much food and coffee, water , milk and juice left for me. I never seen so much care for the guests ! The bed is super comfortable and the place is beautifully decorated inside and outside with a lovely garden and the spa was so big and nice ! Plenty of towels left for me! The outside garden is private and I couldn’t hear noises so peaceful and so close to the mount! Rose was super helpful to offer suggestions for possible local walks and I felt like at home. Rose and Roger went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay! Lovely people ! I had a very nice break and I will be definitely coming back. This is so far one the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had. Thanks Rose and Roger for the lovely stay!

A very pleasant stay experience, the bedroom is slightly crowded but the bathroom is spacious. The host's room is separate from the guest’s, strong privacy. I am happy to recommend it to others!

The best Airbnb we ever stayed at in New Zealand! We had the best service from Yvonne and Matthew 🙏🏼 If you are hesitating to stay there I swear this place won’t disappoint you. Not only the owners are very friendly but they cook you breakfast. Yvonne’s salmon eggs Benedict are the best 😮‍💨 They really looked after us from start to beginning! 😍 I would recommend this Airbnb to everyone that wants to stay in Tauranga. Their house is amazing and the view is immaculate 🤩 Their neighborhood is very quiet and they have a pool and a spa pool that you can use whenever you want to. Thank you again to Yvonne and Matthew we appreciate you both! Next time we are in Tauranga we will gladly stay with you again.
