Very friendly host, fast replies & easy access to the apartment. There’s everything you’d need for a short or long-term stay. Bed was clean and very comfy! I personally missed a window and natural light, felt a bit like a cellar to me, but a cozy one though. Still a 5-star stay & would come again.

We had a wonderful stay at Silvia’s home! We travelled with our 3 month old for the first time and we were a bit nervous but Silvia was able to provide a crib and everything went smoothly. The house is super cosy, perfect if you like to cook, fully equipped and great appliances. Silvia was very kind and friendly and hope we can visit again sometime in the future!

Very nice and comfortable apartment, easy check in, quiet neighbourhood, walk to Vatican about 25 minutes, also busses around and a 15 minute walk to metro. All really great, would definitely stay again.

If you are visiting Rome, look no further. The apartment is 5 stars in every aspect. Great location, peaceful, spacious, sylish, well equipped etc etc. Hosts are helpful and very responsive. Can't wait to return.

This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

The location is ideal, with a nearby supermarket and another open 24/7, as well as easy access to a train and subway station. Our experience was definitely fantastic. We stayed at the property for 8 days at the end of September. Federica, the location, the house, the complex around the house were unique and very nice! We felt very comfortable from the first day. A supermarket and several restaurants are easily accessible by car. Frederica is a great host and problems solved her and her husband quickly. We had brief problems with the toilet flush, hot water supply and heating - all topics were resolved in a timely manner. Close to the property is the train station Orte, from there there is a train to Rome several times, I can only recommend that. Cheap, on time (not like the DB) and Rome is a force! Accommodation is recommended and we would book again in case we get back to the region.

Valério and Simona were very helpful, the place is great and well located, just a short walk from St. Peter's Basilica. The apartment has very spacious rooms, very comfy and easy to access. The apartment was very well equipped, ready to welcome guests. We were with family in 6, we were very well accommodated.

I had an amazing stay at Silvia's apartment! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was ideal—close to attractions but peaceful at night. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like snacks and local tips. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!
