Vacation rentals with a patio in Ormond-by-the-Sea

There was an issue when we checked in, the unit we booked was not cleaned. It took a bit for the host to respond. But when she did, she offered the next unit, which was much nicer and she refunded the cleaning fee. We feel this was good host etiquette and customer service. We are overall happy with our stay. The trains do get loud at night, however, so just be aware you may benefit from earplugs

My stay was perfect. David is an outstanding host who goes above and beyond. The view from the room is beautiful and the location is perfect. 10/10 recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place. Our group was comfortable and felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable. We were right off of the main highway, but didn’t feel it, with the trees surrounding us. The access to the beach was key. Thank you Ashley, we will definitely consider your place when visiting Florida again.

the host was very responsive and communicated very well. they accommodate our needs multiple times. very nice people and their place was perfect size for our family of 5 and dog. I definitely would recommend hosting with them again in the future. thanks for everything hopefully we will get to rent from them again.

Loved the area. Walking paths right down the street. Quiet safe neighborhood. The house was perfect for 2 couples. Had everything we needed.

Very quiet neighborhood, tucked away between US1, 430 and 5A for quick access anywhere. House was very clean, nice furniture, appliances and showers. Beds were a little hard but we managed. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for the Daytona 500 race. It was a comfortable and peaceful stay. I loved how all the amenities we needed were provided. Each room was comfortable for my family. Loved relaxing on the back patio too. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

This was probably the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! We come to the New Smyrna Beach area often and we’ve never had a better stay! Danielle’s communication, accommodation and customer service was immaculate! The house is beautiful and more than enough space for our family. Pool and hot tub were perfect, the couches and beds were very comfortable, everything was great! Not a single complaint. These accommodations are a rare find. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for 7 days. Great stay. Unit was easy to access and serves as a great starting point to tour Daytona Beach, catch a rocket launch and offers quick access to the surrounding city. The locals raved about the private pool, hot tub, and Tiki Bar. The pool is one of the deepest in the area, according to the gentleman who services it. On a critical note, we were teased by more updated, larger units that were being cleaned as we walked through the halls to and from our room. There is an ocean view from the balcony only, as the window faces north towards the neighboring building. Would have been even more value to have the ocean view by just looking out of the window; it was particularly cold the first three days so a view of the ocean without stepping outside would have been nice! Continental breakfast is not included, as good as it looks! We thank Frida and Denver for opening their doors to us and hope they continue to keep their doors open to all!

Place was well stocked with appliances and items needed for the stay. Would absolutely book again.

The view here was amazing! waking up to a sunrise and also getting to see the sunset from the balcony of the condo was such a perk! The view at night was also so great!

What a find this place was!! The location was perfect. Walkable to many restaurants, the pier and boardwalk. Has two balconies, it was nice sitting out in the morning with coffee. We saw dolphins several times from the balcony. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Krista and Jeff for sharing your get away with us. 😀

Beautiful view, great living space to hang out, watch TV or play games. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious with plenty of room to have multiple people prepping for meals. Loved the quick beach access and plenty of great restaurants that were close. I would encourage replacing the king mattress, it has seen it's better days along with the pillows which could be standard or queen but the towels were plentiful and the primary bathroom was very roomy along with private, thanks to the pocket door. We really enjoyed opening the sliding glass doors for the fresh air and soothing ocean waves. Thanks for helping our family make a wonderful holiday memory Marissa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. Abby’s condo was well equipped with anything and everything we could possibly need.

It's right on the beach and that is what we were looking for. Also you could enjoy the view from the balcony as well.
