Susana’s place is in the perfect location! Steps to the beach and close to lots of activities. Although there were some weather related issues, Susana was extremely responsive and had someone out right away to fix the problem. The house is older but has an old beach vibe. I felt right at home!

Our stay was overall great! We were only in town for such a short time, but the place was exactly what we needed! We enjoyed the stay a lot! Thanks again!

Charming house, excellent location, great fenced in and private back yard for our dog, driveway for convenience, house has everything you'll need during your stay. Jacuzzi was a nice bonus. The host was a pleasure to work with... responds quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Great place - VERY close to the beach with all the things you would need to go have fun at the beach available. Well stocked kitchen with all the pans/pots, dishes, utensils you could possibly need. There were paper towels, toilet paper, and basic kitchen supplies like trash bags which was much appreciated. Gina responded quickly when we reached out. It's a wonderful place to stay - highly recommend it!

The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped to feel like home. It was a great location, a few steps from the beach and restaurants so there was no hassle to drive and find parking, as everything was nearby. We loved it! Chris is an amazing host. He was very helpful and responded to all our questions quickly. We liked the location of the driveway, as it was infront of the door so our car could be parked away from the street. In the kitchen, we found everything we needed. We were feeling very lucky finding this place! Thanks Chris!

Our family had a great time over the 4th of July weekend! Everything was as described. Debbie was very accommodating and responsive. An added bonus was that we were able to see the fireworks from Riverside Park from the driveway. Would definitely recommend and would rent this property again next time we're in town.

I had one a wonderful experience at Susan and Al's place. The location was perfect! It was just a short walk to the town with plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions nearby and made exploring the area by foot so convenient! The property felt very safe and secure, which was important to me and the added bonus of included parking was a huge help, especially with the busier Street outside. While the street stays relatively busy day and night, it didn't impact my stay much but it is something I'd like others to know. Overall I had a comfortable and pleasant day. I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking for a wall located spot with great amenities.

Tom’s Airbnb was perfect. Very clean and roomy . Tom shared detailed instructions prior to check in, making it such an easy stay from check in to check out. If ever back in the area, would 10/10 stay with Tom again.

This was our second stay with Claudia. We stayed in another of her listings last year. Just like their other home, we were extremely pleased with our accommodations. Claudia and Jose sent very helpful check-in and check-out information prior to us arriving. The house is super cute and very cozy. Decor is very fun, colorful and inviting, house was very clean, nice little screened porch to sit and enjoy the nice weather and very conveniently located to the shops, restaurants and bars. Only a very short walk from the home, yet the music and noise from the nearby entertainment could not be heard from inside the house. We would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend Claudia and Jose’s listings to others looking for a place to stay in the downtown Sanford area! Wonderful hosts!!!

We had a great early Christmas stay at Camellia Cottage! Host was responsive & thoughtful...there was even a live, decorated Christmas tree in place which made celebrating even sweeter. It's a cute Craftsman cottage, well decorated & comfortable, with a cute front porch, in a peaceful neighborhood, & fairly walkable to the downtown area. The house is about a block off of Woodland, very close to Stetson, which is a plus. Comfortable beds & good bathroom were a positive! Kitchen is definitely on the smaller side, but functional, with upgraded fridge & small appliances, & equipped with most everything you need to cook with. No dishwasher, which is understandable with the age of the house, but on demand water heater allows for plenty of hot water for hand washing. Host provided coffee and creamers which is always appreciated. If you're light sensitive, there's a safety light on overnight, so that may detract. Overall, I'd definitely recommend the cottage for a cute stay in DeLand!
