The place was as described. Georgia was a great hostess, super polite, responsive and eager to help in whatever we needed.

excellent place well suited for even three couples, for a family of three (like in our case) was very comfortable all together. excellent quality of construction with a very good layou. pool could be bigger but sufficient size... garden and tarace and parking area amazing. one point (friendly recommendation) to address is the privacy between the outdoor spaces of the villas...this could be better so to contain noice and for guests to feel more secluded this could be done with some extra fencing etc BUT not a big issue altogether. we did not get to know in person Nicolas (the owner/host), but he provided all the necessary information on time for our trip through messages. The caretakers of the property (4villas) Nikos and Eva such amazing people...!!! Very professional, polite, attentive and willing to assist us with everything, shared insights from the Skyros island were to visit, eat etc. Thank you Nikos and Eva hope to see you again. Overall recommend for accomodation.

The amenities of the house make you feel at home, in the house there was from coffee to goodies to make breakfast. The host is thoughtful and helpful. The only sure thing is that I will visit it again. Nice house and nice hosts!!!!

Me and a good friend came for a five day vacation. Maria and her husband were lovely and accommodating. We were pampered with a cake for my gf's birthday. Answered all questions patiently. We had the hot tub warmed up for the time we wanted, and gave a recommendation for an amazing beach nearby. Wholeheartedly recommend.

We had a wonderful week at this place! The house it’s equipped with everything you might need. It’s a perfect place to stay if you want quiet and peace or if you want to explore Evia and it’s natural beauty! Aikaterini it’s an excelent host, allways ready to help with tips about the place or things to do. Near the place you can enjoy 2 or 3 local taverns with the most amazing local food, Akrogiali beeing one of these. It was a 5 star experience for us!

Great views! Tranquility, quiet and gaze at the endless sea! Fully functional and manned home! The property is the same as the photos and was spotless!!! Mr. Giannis and his wife were friendly and discreet! Thank you so much for hosting!

The place was exactly like the pictures. The view is enchanting. The hosts had lots of helpful tips for the area and good recommendations for restaurants! We will be happy to come back!

Perfect environment for our extended family of 12 people from 3 to 79 years old. The house spacious, well equipped, functional and very beautiful and tasteful. The plot large and beautiful with lovely sun areas, plenty of lounge chairs, large grass areas for the children, barbecue corner. Small beach, which in practice was our own, with its own canoes. Olympia is a very efficient and nice host who quickly responds to inquiries and solves emerging (small) issues. Small minus: A lot of traffic behind the house, may disturb the night sleep of sensitive people, as well as at night barking dogs nearby. Barely any walking opportunities without taking a car. Overall, an amazing property that is highly recommended.

Great stay, great host, totally worth it

Everything was amazing, but if I had to be special, that's the cleanliness! The owner has an excellent space, great decor, spotless, wonderful linens, with these mattresses we made perfect sleep, feather pillows. The spot is quiet, we had our own parking space and table with chairs in the courtyard. The chickens and the trees were perfect brushes. We were given a cot for the infant and generally the apartment has all the appliances and comforts, as if we were home. The communication with the host is excellent, the instructions to find the place right. Very close to the beach.

Very pleasant stay, in the center of the Chora. You will find lively restaurants and streets very close! The house is perfect for two people and the two balconies are perfect for any time of day!

We had a great time. Peace we were looking for, beach right under our noses… Friendly hosts… No complaints what so ever. Thanks Michael and Polina!
