Perfect accommodation for a large group, equipped with space and bathrooms for everyone. We had kids and they had a great time. The farmhouse is rustic but furnished and complete with everything you need. The location is quiet and perfect for visiting by train to Venice. Dario was super courteous and available. Really perfect, highly recommended!

Lovely view, loved watching the activity on the canal each morning. Access was easy when we arrived by boat from the airport. Good location and a close walk to many shops. A modern bathroom with a good shower.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

Perfect place in a perfect area for us. It’s close to the airport transfer and the vaporetti at Fondamente Nove. We stayed 9 nights in January and enjoyed it immensely. Having a bakery (open from 7 every day except Sunday) right across the small square didn’t hurt. Climbing the stairs to the top floor DID hurt a little, after long days of walking around in Venice, but it wasn’t really a problem. The entrance door is on the opposite side of the building compared to the windows with a view over the square (and bakery) — a little confusing at first but a very Venice arrangement. The fish shop is open 5 mornings a week (Tuesday to Saturday) but don’t eat the fugu on display! No problem at all with the heating in general, but bring a pair of slippers if you arrive in January, as the terrazzo floor, though soothing for feet swollen from walking all day, can be a little chilling. Elisabetta was very helpful and flexible with both check-in and check-out times.

Paola was very nice and very helpful with us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time since the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a beautiful New Year's Eve with friends and we'd love to come back. Thank you Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Highly recommended!

The host was very helpful. My flight was early and Andrea met me at the ferry and help to store my bags until apartment will be ready. Highly recommended!

Massimo was an amazing host. He was very responsive and helpful with lots of detailed suggestions that made our stay more memorable. The flat had everything needed for our stay and it was in a quiet yet central and vibrant area.

Very kind and helpful person, very nice house with everything you need, also very quiet and isolated area, even for our dog. Thank you to all of you for enduring it even when she cried for our absence. Very convenient place to where we had to go and close to other very interesting ones, which maybe we could visit in the near future. So, pulling the sums, great stay, to repeat!

A wonderful host who had great communications. Information was clear and concise. I only wished I had the contract 3 days before arriving, as I was extremely busy with work, so I had to sign it on the morning of travel which was a little stressful. But we must live & learn. The place was cosy with very large bedrooms and a small kitchen with a table to eat at. It didn't have a living room area, but this didn't matter for us, as we spent most of the time out exploring Venice and attending the Venice Art Biennale until 9pm most evenings. Bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. The location was brilliant, lots of places to eat and drink, including bars with books. Thanks for a great place to stay 😃

Very nice spacious property with beautiful old trees, quiet location, the pool is great and the perfect cooling off in as hot weather as we had during our stay. In addition, a fenced garden area where you can play ball, swing, boules or table tennis. Fabienne and Giulio are very friendly and helpful and give very good tips for restaurants and excursions in the area. There is parking on the property and it is very well located to explore the surroundings with Venice, Padua, etc.

My family and parents stayed in Villa Gina for the last three nights of a two week trip to Italy. We were all a bit worn out and the space was perfect for us to recuperate. The large living room and kitchen are separated from the bedrooms by a hallway. This was a wonderful set-up to give everyone a little space from each other. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Gina has thought of every detail. You can feel how purposeful she is in how she cares and arranges everything. She was also very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Villa Gina truly felt like a home away from home!

I stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. It is in a very quiet area and to reach Venice just walk 10 minutes to reach the bus stop. The host was always helpful and respectful and very welcoming, I was also offered a free cleaning after the first week. I found everything I needed and much more. Surely if I have to return to Venice, I would like to return to this airbnb.

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!

We had a lovely stay, the house is very peaceful, pleasant to live in and well equipped. The pool area is great! Maria welcomed us and was always available and responsive.

A nice and spacious apartment! Nice pool! Quietly located, right next to it is a horse farm, which of course the children enjoyed very much. The kitchen is very well-equipped, nothing is missing. Silvia and her husband welcomed us very kindly. Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights, due to the location, excursions to Treviso, Bassano or Marostica are possible without problems in a short time. We will be happy to come back!
