The place is awesome. We love everything about it. House was very clean and well organized and decorated. We had a pleasant stay. Close to downtown and the zoo. We go to Granby every year and will look to rent it again.

Our stay was more than perfect! The place was spotless!! The host welcomed us super warmly and everything was up to my expectations. The fireplace was even gone when we arrived, nice attention ☺️

We had a great time! Super close to Jay Peak! Awesome wood stove to warm up to after a day of riding! The pool table and dart board kept the kids entertained! We had a blast sledding down the driveway. Thanks so much for allowing us to use your awesome space! Can’t wait to come back!

This farm house was very rustic and spacious. It is very close to Jay Peak and was perfect for our group.

We love Prouty house. We’ve stayed there a few times for the winter swim festival and I’ll be there this summer for a long swim. The house is large and can easily accommodate a family or group. The table is a perfect place to gather for meals. The beds and couches are comfy. Andi is friendly and responsive. It’s a great place to stay. 🩵

Great place where we had a superb stay. Close to owl head mountain and had lots of kitchen supplies to use. Place was a cozy cottage that fits lots of people and is great for a ski weekend. There is a lovely bakery around the corner!

Perfect spot to reconnect with yourself, your partner and nature. It’s remote, isolated, but at the same you have all the amenities you need to have the perfect stay. Me and my husband went in winter, everything was white and covered with snow, just beautiful! My dog had a blast playing with the snow, and we enjoyed so much the sauna and just being able to relax far from the noisy city.

Location was key to Jay Peak. We had 6 adults, and the space was a little tight with just enough seating for all of us to comfortably sit in the living room. The spiral staircase is extremely tight and narrow- would be important for those with issues going up and downstairs in the middle of the night to the bathroom located on the first floor. The loft bedroom is completely exposed to the living space below. Otherwise, beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen was stocked. The large kitchen table was great for meals. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay at Ricky’s house. The house is beautiful, clean, with all the amenities we needed. Very quiet and peaceful. Ricky was a great host. There was enough room for our kids and another family. We were able to ski/snowboard at Sutton and Bromont. Would gladly stay here again. Thank you!

We had a lovely time at the house! It’s bigger than it looks in the pictures and there are plenty of things to do and areas to hang around. We were there during an extreme cold and the house was warm and toasty throughout. The indoor pool was a hit for the kids and the sauna was appreciated by the adults. Our host was extremely responsive and friendly! Thank you!

A gigantic cottage that can accommodate a large group in comfort. There's nothing better to gather a group of friends for a reunion.

Great location, close to skiing, park, and spas. Cozy and warm accommodations with beautiful surroundings. The hot tub is great. Elaine is very helpful!

Hélène actually switched us to an upgraded space, a house a couple doors down a couple days before our stay. It was amazing! Assuming this review is on the original unit - I can assume a lot of the review is similar and accurate. The place was great, spotless. The beds were comfortable (on the firmer side, which is my preference so I was pleased!). Hot tub was fantastic and clean. Only note is that there weren’t any leftover items like cooking oils, butter, or spices (which is fine) so make sure to grab your own when coming to stay so you have what you need for cooking. We had a slight clog in the tub drain and someone was sent over almost immediately to fix it, which was great! Definitely recommend!

This was our second time staying at Mike's house. It is so close to Jay Peak and is located in a nice neighborhood which invites for walks. The house has everything needed, our favorites are the fireplace and the the beautiful mountain view. We will be back!

We keep coming back to this lovely spot, in part, to John and his staff for being friendly, welcoming & helpful with hints to enjoy our stay. And the view!

The cabin was beautiful. We loved it. Bill was invaluable with instructions on how to get there and with issues. We spent the coldest night in Vermont and were expecting issues with the cold, but Bill helped us through and offered assistance immediately. I'm pleased with our stay, even though we decided at the last minute. Everything was great. We had fun, and we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot for a ski stay at Jay Peak. 10 mins to mountain. Restaurant, bar, store and gas 5 mins away. Exactly as pictured and described. Lots of space to spread out which was appreciated during the storm. Kids enjoyed ping pong and TV. Some lovely dog walks possible with view of mountain right from front door. Thanks for having us Mike!

Phillipe was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Whether it was answering questions or providing recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience! The cottage itself was very well maintained and clean with beautiful views of the lake. Had a very positive experience overall and would highly recommend this place.

This place was perfect for two people. The entry way was clearly marked on where we needed to go and which door was ours. The little kitchen area was just right for quick breakfast and snacks at night. More hooks would be nice but that seems rare at any ski Airbnb. Keeping this place in mind if we come back to Jay. It is perfectly situated for the hill.

If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, secluded little get away this is the place to go. I truly miss it already. Everything was perfect and so much to do. The game room is stocked with more games than I even knew existed, and in the main house so many puzzles, books and more games. The kitchen has everything you need to make a home cooked meal. We stopped at Shaws and Walmart in Newport on our way to the cabin, and I suggest anyone else who visits this amazing cabin does the same because I can promise you once you arrive on holland pond you will not want to leave. The whole cabin is so cozy and welcoming with some of the nicest blankets to cuddle up in. Anthony & Toni’s cabin is truly a gem and the pictures don’t do it justice. You’ll have to go see for yourselves.
