We had a great time in Poncharra. Morgan is an extremely responsive host and the place is spotless, clean, and true to photos and description. We appreciated Morgan's welcome in person and not as often with a secure key with self check-in. We'll be happy to go back.

Virginia’s place was perfect for the 6 of us. We had plenty of space and it was lovely to come back to a nice warm place after a day of skiing. The location is perfect to get to the Eau d’Olle Express, only 5 minutes up the road. There are shops nearby in Allemond and restaurants in Bourg d’Oisans.

We had a great weekend, the house is superb and the location very pleasant. I saw in the comments that some complained about the noise of the creek, as far as we are concerned it absolutely did not bother us on the contrary. We'll be happy to come back, thanks for everything

Have a great stay at Dominique's. The accommodation is very working with a dog and a person who moves with difficulty. The screw is splendid on the lake and snowy mountains. I recommend unlimited...

We had a great welcome from Cathy, in addition to the visit, tips and tricks for visiting the area and cool comforts awaited us (thank you also for the jam). Her house is a cocoon that invites you to travel (better than in the photos). Everything necessary is present. And very well located for visiting Annecy (free shuttle in summer) and Lac du Bourget. We recommend this address.

Lovely, clean, affordable place to stay. Had everything you need and view out deck was beautiful. Truly on the ground floor with zero stairs. Would 100% stay again.

Nice, modern, clean space

We had a great time in this beautiful cozy and bright 'house apartment', with furnished terrace and balcony offering two great mountain views. Beautiful volumes, very nice eighties decor and all the comforts you need between the two bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the functional and charming kitchen. Don't forget the chains because the dead end on which the house is located is not always cleared of snow. Otherwise you will have to park higher up and therefore walk a little! Note that it still takes the car ( 5 minutes) to go to the 1st chairlift that leads to the slopes.

From start to finish, Patrick and Franck have been so helpful for our Xmas 2024 ski trip. We were communicating with them for quite a few months before and they went above and beyond to help us. The apartment itself is really beautiful and exactly as you see on the pictures. I really liked the little touches that you can't see on pictures like the amount of cutlery in the draws and range of pots and pans to use. They have really thought it through to ensure people using the place have everything they need. My middle son smashed a glass by accident and Patrick & Franck were more concerned about his well being as opposed to replacing the glass which speaks volumes about their character. The location of the property is superb for Alpe D'Huez and walking distance to everything. Local amenities and resteraunts are brilliant. I rarely write reviews but felt it was necessary for the two owners. They couldn't have done anymore for us and we will certainly be coming back. Thank you!

cosy and very well located apartment 10 minutes walk from the shopping center, next to the ski slopes, facing south with a magnificent view. Well equipped, functional, good bedding even for the sofa bed. Small bemol on the pool which is in another building (but we knew it) and really not hot but it did not alter the quality of the accommodation and the good communication with Vincent who was flexible on the arrival and departure times.

Very functional apartment, ideally located and as advertised. The host is especially friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would not hesitate to come back with pleasure!

Thank you for this beautiful place that allowed us to have a great time with the family access to the toboggan run, goat shop, plain and pool is a plus for children. Looking forward to returning to Pralo and the apartment which is super nice and well located

Great rental. The listing was as described and in photos. The bedding is of good quality. The residence is very quiet. We enjoyed the proximity to the slopes. Maybe a little far from the center but nothing insurmountable.
