We went here for Christmas! Great place and so beautiful! Very peaceful and private! I’m glad I brought some kitchen supplies because it doesn’t have a lot, but they were clear about that! Mark was very responsive and quick to respond! Would definitely rent again! Thanks for a great stay!

Good deal for a place for family with kids

This I our 3rd or 4th time at this rental and we enjoy it. The fact that we can bring the dog along is fabulous. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it's a short drive to Zion and/or into St George. We love it here and look forward to staying again.

They let us check in a hour early but the house was not cleaned but they sent a cleaning crew out and took care of it in a timely manner and was very responsive its a beautiful home the hot tub was dirty but they had another cleaner come out and took care of it the only negative about the stay the posts about the swimming pool as the main picture it was closed for construction so everyone was disappointed one of the main reasons for the stay was the pool but other than that the house is beautiful and the host is amazing

Loved our stay at Connie’s place!! It was the perfect launchpad for a few days in Zion. They were the best hosts. The kitchen was well stocked, eggs & coffee were a great touch, comfy beds, easy access, all wonderful! Would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay here. Being only 3 minutes away from the lifts was exceptional. The condo was warm and had everything I needed. Being able to sit and have my coffee and look at the window at the magnificent scenery was just killer. I can see another stay before the season ends and who knows, maybe a summer stay as well. This was well worth the price.

Very convenient location just 2 minutes from the slopes and place was clean. If you are someone who is sensitive to scents, I would exercise caution as they have a very strong gingerbread plug-in. We were also a bit cold in the apartment as the heater/fireplace combination took a long time to warm the place.

The condo was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked, easily one of the best I’ve encountered at a vacation rental. The entire space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described and shown in the photos. The wood stove was a standout feature—it heated the space quickly and added a cozy touch. The location couldn’t be better, directly across from The Giant Steps. I highly recommend this property!

Todd’s place is fantastic! Perfect for a family, it’s nicely renovated and loaded with everything you could possibly want for a stay, and Todd is super responsive to any questions. It’s directly across the road from the Giant Steps Lodge area and ski parking, and has a great view of the slopes. Would definitely look to stay here again if we come back to a Brian Head!

The place was perfect for our family's ski trip. The facility has an awesome indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna, as well as plenty of games for kids to keep happy. The actual condo is on the smaller side, but it slept 2 adults and 3 young kids comfortably and had everything we needed. We spent most of our waking time enjoying skiing and the location for this condo can't be beat for skiing for beginners from the Navajo lifts.
