Everything was really perfect. Beautiful house at a quit place. Ana was so kind and friendly to us. The communication was also great. We highly recommend this villa and would always coming back.

The house was very nice and everything you needed was to be found , the parents who received us were friendly and you could communicate well after a week towels and linens were brought fresh, which we found very good . All in all it was a great stay. To get to the adjacent city of Porec, it takes about 15 minutes by car in the village of Labinci itself there are two small shops and a small pharmacy such as two more restaurants is not offered there, which is why you have to do a lot by car even if you want to go to the sea. But the pool in the house was big enough and a daily cooling off . We were very pleased throughout .

The house has been beautifully updated and decorated. It was nice to have three bedrooms with their own ensuite. Our daughter loved the play area under the stairs and was sad to leave. The house felt very cozy and each room had its own heat control which allowed us all to be comfortable. The main living space is a bit small but we managed. The courtyard was lovely and would be nice to use in the warmer months to provide more living space.

Very nice contact person. Always very quick feedback and easy contact to identify key handover. The house was very beautiful and we had a great stay. In the same village there is also a place where you can eat well (only a 2-minute walk away). All in all highly recommended to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the large bed was comfortable. There is a nice area for sitting out in the lower garden. The sea view is somewhat misleading. While it is possible to view the sea it can’t be done from the apartment unless you walk across the lower garden. The seaview shown is essentially from SAs parent apartment on the upper floor. That said the garden is a pleasant place to sit out. As others have stated there is a language issue with SAs father but this was easily got round with hand signals etc. He was waiting for our arrival and showed us round the apartment and was pleasant to deal with. He also brought chocolate pancakes one evening. SA was very quick to respond to my queries prior to arrival and offered us the option to arrive early. Overall this is a pleasant place to stay.

We liked it very much with Milena and Nikola. Both are very warm people who welcomed us nicely and with whom we also liked to sit together in the evening. The accommodation is cozy, homely and super clean. We didn't miss anything. We would love to come back.

We had a really nice time in this vacation home. The house is beautiful, well and cleanly maintained and equipped with all necessities and extras! It is also great to stay by the pool. The cottage is located in a very small, quiet village. So keep in mind that you need the car/bike to go to the bakery/small supermarket and for bustling towns you also have to drive a little further. In return you do stay away from the tourist area and closer to nature. 1 bedroom is located in an outbuilding, a few meters from the main building. We ourselves found this just a little too far to let our young children sleep alone. Bedrooms are well darkened. Our host was very quick to respond to questions and quick to resolve! In summary, I would definitely recommend this home.

A really lovely villa owned by a lovely family. Our trip was exactly as expected.
