Marijana is very reactive, always available to solve any issue. We got the chance to see the Alka traditional contest in Sinj, very interesting to watch…. (Website : alka . hr) In 30 to 40 min of split or Krka falls, places to visit in the area.

Such a lovely stay! Big house with an amazing view. Be prepared to walk up and down the hill/road to go to the city Centre as the apartment is located quite uphill. We had to take an Uber as we were 5 adults and 1 baby so waking was not convenient. The apartment had everything we needed and we had an amazing time eating our dinner in the balcony! We would stay again!

Perfectly situated, near the historical center yet quiet at night, we had great time with our two daughters (5 and 3).

We had a crazy travel schedule and Josip was super patient flexible. Place was awesome! Loved staying inside the palace where everything was vibrant and alive. Definitely in the middle of all the action. Accommodations were great. Awesome AC! I think it's a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Our group of 5 had a great time! The property is clean, large and in an awesome location! The building was tucked away but close enough for a ton of walking to Diocletian’s Palace, the Green Market and the Harbor. It was very clean, had plenty of linens, towels and bathroom essentials and we loved the balconies. Will definitely stay here again and tell everyone to stay here if they are in Split! Dune was responsive, communicative and available for any questions. Check in and check out were easy and there even was a welcome gift of wine and cookies. All the little touches, the cleanliness, the location and having enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone made this place wonderful! Thanks again!!!

Great place to stay! Maria was super friendly and very easy to communicate with. Loved the fact that we had a lot in common when we met! The jacuzzi is a perfect addition to the property, was very nice to come back and relax in it. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Split for a few days. Taxis to the centre were quick and relatively cheap.

Fabulous Villa, was the perfect location for relaxing and popping into Split for sightseeing. Ubers are frequent and reliable, for anytime or advanced booking, even for 6seaters. Despite a slight confusion at check in the host was very attentive and responsive and accommodating. Everything was clean and functional, and we felt comfortable and at home for the entire stay. Big plus was all the towels provided! We loved the views, and the hot tub and pool were perfection. I think it would be a bit tight for 8 adults, but for 5 it was great. The tortoise family were amazing, we loved feeding them in the morning. The surrounding town is also lovely to walk around, with a supermarket and cafe nearby. Antônios was a good restaurant for our last night. The villa is a 20min ride to Klis Fortress and 20-30 to Split. Would recommend Villa Roko again and again, it added to special memories of my milestone birthday trip with friends. Toptip: Bring mosquito deterrent/spray!

Had a great time staying at Jasenka's place. Location is ideal for visiting most of the places by foot. Jasenka and her daughter were very nice, helpful & kind throughout our whole stay. Would definitely visit again :)

Great apartment in a great location

We stayed 2 weeks in the beautiful, small apartment and felt very comfortable. Definitely worth highlighting is the great large terrace overlooking the Mall of Split. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, a small bakery and a pizzeria. A school and a church are also neighbors. 😉 The bus stop to go to Split, for example, is within walking distance - so all in all a clear recommendation. Bozana is very caring, helpful and responds immediately. Thanks again to the father, who provided us with grapes, among other things 😀

It's unforgettable to be inside a historic place! The location between the Bell Tower and you can see the former temple of Jupiter from your window! Everything went perfectly. Thank you very much to the hostess, she arranged everything in the best way. She told me where you can park the car and it was free . We found the room easily according to the detailed instructions with pictures. It took 5 minutes to find It was a very pleasant stay. And living on the territory of the palace is excellent.

We were 4 adult couples and spent the days here over New Year's Eve. The house and garden are great, everything is available, lots of glasses, lots of dishes, even very large pots, pans, etc. The host always responded immediately. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back

We traveled all along the Croatian coast and this was one of our favorite stays. Dragica was so helpful and informative! She gave us all the information and insider tips we needed to see the amazing things the city has to offer from a local perspective. The location was fantastic! It is centrally located to everything and walkable and the apartment is so comfortable! The bedding was incredible and we slept great! I wish I could have stayed longer.

Very nice place to stay! There were ten of us in the place and we had no problems. Up to 4 cars have space on the property and much more. You have plenty of space outside and inside to make yourself comfortable and eat together. Unfortunately, there are only air conditioners in the living rooms, but you can blow the cool air well into the rooms with the strong fan available there. The communication with the landlady was really very pleasant and easy. We really had a lovely holiday. Thank you :)

It is truly a very beautiful, large property with a lovely house and pool. It's easy to quickly feel at home. The hosts are very kind and extremely understanding if there are any delays. It was a great experience, and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to have a wonderful vacation in the Split-Dalmatia region. it is worth every cent.
