The apartment is perfect: clean, bright, tastefully furnished, perfectly located (at the foot of the building, a bakery, a butcher, a proxi-delhaize and the shopping street), with side views of the sea and the beach. Everything is perfectly tidy, neat, and maintained. We just wish we could have stayed a little later than 11am because putting an alarm clock on Sunday morning so that everything is emptied by 11am is hard. But next time, we hope no one follows to win 2 hours;o)

We had a great time, so peaceful and as expected. We are delighted to have been able to enjoy two very pleasant nights within the apartment more than wonderful! We had a lovely stay, Agnes' apartment is very nice, we were able to enjoy a quiet environment, With a beautiful view of the church of Notre Dame des Dunes , very nice walks and not to spoil anything we had a very nice sun. The garage is certainly a great advantage. We will definitely come back, and I recommend it without hesitation!

The apartment is in a new residential area. The beach is quickly and easily accessible. You can get to the center of Oostende by ferry, private car or bus. Unfortunately, there is no bakery in the immediate vicinity yet (but one should open soon), the nearest supermarket is within walking distance (about 15 minutes) or by car. Due to the fact that the entire residential area is still partially built, you have to expect construction noise during the week. The apartment is very well equipped and you immediately feel comfortable and at home. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds are new and also the bedrooms were cozy and clean. The shower is new, level and large. The open plan kitchen is rather small but well equipped with everything. There is a lovely balcony. The existing shops and restaurants are upscale. Unfortunately, we only had 4 days, but enjoyed this time very much. We can definitely recommend this apartment.

Lovely place, very good value

Have stayed here before, and will hopefully get the opportunity to again. We are Americans here for cycling and exploring. This is our favorite cycling get away with the classic bergs, endless carriage roads, and safety. Other cyclists and even some pros stay here on camps and around de ronde. This is a cyclist dream. I could not be happier with the experience with Brigitte and great communication. Walking to Centrum is easy. We recommend MonkeyBar, De Priorij van Elsegem, Martiko, and Pizzeria Peppe as great restaurants a close walk by. Just next door, the people at Pink Panther pub were very friendly for a pre-dinner drink. Jone koffiebar and Rogge are great for espresso and a pastry, as well as the Centrum de ronde. The town of Oudenaarde is full of very kind people. Many know English and those who do not have been patient and accommodating. The short drive to Ghent to visit Gravensteen and castle area is also well worth it. Don’t stay home. Too much to see. Get out ther

5* - True 10/10 do not hesitate to book! This is the perfect location to set off to explore Bruges, Ghent and beyond or just for a getaway. It's modern, nicely decorated, clean, fully equipped, very spacious/large, cozy, peaceful and just beautiful. It's an oasis compared to most airbnb's. The pictures really don't do it justice. The host is very responsive and communicates well. There is a wellness area you can also book which looks great. There is also an honesty fridge (wine, beer, drinks etc) in case you need anything.

Had a great stay with Vicky and if we had any questions, we could always contact her. The cottage with the wellness is perfect. Everything close to superette, bakery and restaurants. Very nice region to go hiking and eating. We will definitely come back!

Carine’s house at Beermen was very modern, clean and well appointed, especially the kitchen facilities and comfortably accommodated our party of 10 people. The alpacas were delightful and great amusement for the children and the was sauna excellent. It was really good to have 4 bedrooms Carine and her husband Chris were always available if we needed anything and were excellent hosts who made us feel very welcome. Overall a great experience.

A beautiful and very cosy place. We charged an EV, Patrick only has a mains socket at the front for EVs, so bring an adapter to plug into a household socket.

A very nice accommodation at a central location in Middelburg. Everything is within walking distance. The house is very well appointed, especially the kitchen. A gas fireplace and comfortable sofas make the living room very comfortable.

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at the apartment and would book it again. Super directly on the water, we had up to 60 km/h wind but everything is accordingly consolidated so that we could walk to the strnad. Come back and find the peace and quiet again. We are happy to recommend the apartment.

We had a very nice time in the really perfectly equipped apartment of Pascale and Therry. Both were very concerned for our well-being. We knew we could reach out to them at any time. Thank you very much for the nice time!

The stay here was fantastic. Pure wow. It is a super nice apartment with everything you need and more, communication with Sebastiaan went very smoothly and quickly. The bed was good, perfect location and accessibility, sparkling clean,.. only superlatives. Will definitely come again. Thanks :-)

Perfect place to watch the sea

Andrè was a lovely host, was able to check in early. Answered requests quickly. Were so kind and helpful, even ordering a taxi. I also took a gentle yoga class at their studio. Would recomend, peaceful and beautiful.

Ben is an owner who is attentive to his tenants, always present for the slightest information. His apartment is very functional, close to the beach, close to the shopping street and super bright. I would definitely recommend this apartment +++ and... dogs are allowed! A very big thank you to Ben.
