We had a lovely stay at David and Cristina place. It's very comfortable, with all amenities you can think of, very clean and beautifully furnished. Every part of the house is well maintained and clean. Really one of the best stays in Airbnb, it was a real pleasure to stay in this place and meet such wonderful people as David and Cristina. This is a wonderful cottage. It is SO beautiful. One of the things that I liked most about it was how quiet and peaceful it was. I particularly noticed this one morning when my wife and I were having breakfast, looking across the picturesque view of the valley and landscape. As we watched a flock of birds pass by, probably 1000 yards away, we heard a soft slapping sound. We realized that we were hearing the birds flap their wings. From partway across the valley. At night, you could hear the leaves fall. It is amazing how at peace and calm you feel when there is no background noise. It was magical. The house was beautiful too. It looks exactly like the pictures. I hope we get to return someday. The one downside is that this rental is far from restaurants. If you want to go out to eat in the evenings, there are two pizza places in Guardea (about 10 minutes away) and one restaurant near the train station in Alvianio (about 20 min away). That's it. Other dining options are 30+ min away.

We had an excellent week in the accommodation whose services are really of quality. The environment is sublime, stunning views from the logge and from the pool. Absolute calm, very clean and well-equipped apartment, upon arrival a breakfast basket was provided, as well as a bottle of prosecco. Very nice touches after a long drive. The area is beautiful and the perfect location for visiting the main towns nearby. In addition, Andrea who has taken care of us has always been extremely responsive and enthusiastic. We highly recommend! Perfectly suited for a family.

Maria Francesca's apartment is very comfortable and organized. Maria Francesca is very hospitable, she made us find the Perugina Kisses as a welcome, coffee and herbal teas. The kitchen is equipped with everything. We had a great time.

Wonderful place, ideal for those who want to spend a few days away from the chaos of the city and work. Accurate and helpful host, very attentive to the good life of guests.

Saverio's home is new and very well cared for. It has been designed with every detail. My friend and I were greeted and pampered. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. We were there now, in the winter, and yet we really appreciated it. Saverio was very kind and helpful. Definitely the highest score on every aspect. Thank you Saverio.

This lovely modern apartment has everything for a long or short term stay. Nice comfortable bed & good shower. Good kitchen with coffee machine. and nice accessories. Great location for visiting Assisi & Perugia and surrounding villages. Within walking distance to local bar & gelateria. Host was very welcoming.

This is such a beautiful area! We had a long weekend out of the city and it was perfect. The views are stunning, and the place comes equipped with everything you might need. Elena was responsive and helpful. A hidden gem!

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The view and pool were just breathtaking. It’s a beautiful old building, and the book selection was amazing. Daniele was the perfect host. So responsive and helpful. We ate at his family restaurant up the road laconda almost every night, and the food was delicious. The cooking lesson he arranged for us with Francesca in the house was one of the highlights of our whole Italy trip. Thank you for some beautiful memories.

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well cared for in the beautician and decor. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we could need. Really well above our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring nearby by car. We have a 6-year-old and it was very nice to discover new readings for him, also present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.
