Anne-Marie is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Good stay, good quality sofa bed, small refurbished accommodation, well equipped all utensils are in very good condition (pots and pans). We have always found a parking space close to the accommodation(free but regulated blue zone). Good value for money.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is new, impeccable and very nicely decorated. We were with a baby and everything was made for our comfort. Hosts were lovely. We would recommend this listing!

Nice flat in a résidence building behind the Moliets dune. Very good kitchen equipment. As usual in France, there is one shared blanket in double bed. As we stayed there in the after season, it was very calm. Good place for a family of 3-4.

If possible, we would give you a 10. We loved everything. One of the best homes we've been to in. Everything perfect, everything clean, everything ideal. Nothing out of place, free parking and right in front of the building. Large and comfortable elevator. Also a beautiful and very green view, from one of the rooms, you can see the Cathedral of Bayonne. 8 min walk away is the Av de Bayona, where you have a small supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and restaurants. On Sundays and Thursday mornings there is a typical flea market with local products, only 2 minutes walk away. Highly recommended in every way.

Veronique is an exceptional host, from the first moment she was very attentive to our arrival, and we also had a small problem with the washing machine and I fix it quickly. The accommodation is very good, and the area is very quiet. We would definitely go back.

Our stay at Manuelle's was very nice. Her apartment, on the garden level, offers a beautiful view on the park and golf. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the amenities of the entrance to the P&V, as well as 2 swimming pools. The beach is a twenty-minute walk, crossing the pine trees, and the possible bike rental within the residence shortens this time to be able to enjoy it more and at all hours. The apartment has all the essentials for a holiday combining green & aquatic pleasure!

Listing as described. Quiet, easy to access, well equipped, clean. I highly recommend it. Fabienne is attentive and very responsive. We are delighted with our stay and will be back in this area and why not at this place! Family with two children.

The accommodation is well located very close to the beach, in winter the area is particularly quiet and there are very few restaurants open but it is a little more lively in Moliets village 5 minutes away. functional apartment and good value for money, if you are looking for something simple and efficient it is perfect

Our stay is to go perfectly well, Marie and her husband are very caring people and concerned about the well-being of their guests, which is heartwarming! Always available and responsive to our messages, good advice also for what there is to do and see nearby, finally the accommodation and faithful to the listing, very clean and quiet where you feel good there! Parking space and a real asset! We were also able to fully enjoy the area as we are usually between 15 and 30 minutes of everything with the highway right next door, which is still the real plus! We are very satisfied:)

I had a wonderful stay at this flat! It was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and located in a peaceful area. The off-road parking was spacious and easily accessible, which was a great convenience. Although I didn’t use the outdoor terrace, it was lovely to have, and I can imagine it being a fantastic spot in warmer weather. The location was perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the center of Capbreton and about 15 minutes to the beach. Colette, who checked me in and out, was absolutely lovely, and my dog was warmly welcomed. I would Highly recommend this flat and will be returning !

Celine was very welcoming and very accommodating, especially for the arrival time at the accommodation. A little attention was planned upon our arrival, local products to taste during our stay. It's a little extra that always makes you happy. We had a lovely stay, in a very nice and spotless house. Everything is equipped and tastefully furnished inside and out. Absolutely fantastic!! We had a superb experience booking with Philippe, and staying at this house. The house is brilliant - it’s a great layout with lots of internal space, and really lovely outside areas. A super pool area, really lovely decked dining terrace, plus barbecue and table tennis. Inside the house is very well equipped with everything we needed, with large and comfortable bedrooms and a great kitchen and living space. The kitchen is very well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed. Philippe was a great host, providing extras that really helped our stay be the best it could be and really enjoyable, and made a big difference helping us get settled in on our arrival. He is very friendly and was also very helpful before we arrived, giving recommendations on bike hire and answering questions quickly. A really fantastic holiday and 5 Star experience with a lovely house and a great host.

Its a hidden gem. Beautifully located, perfectly clean and adorable mansion with a private swimming pool. Although you can walk to three (!) public beaches, there are even bikes available that offer more flexibility (perfect for teenagers!) Gislaine is very friendly and helpful; her daughter and ex -which live nearby- are very friendly and occasionally come by to ask if everything is OK, but still respect your privacy. This place even has a private garden which offers shadow and some nice small 'retreat' places where you can read a book and/or just relax. Mind you; this place is not available often so grab your chance when possible!

The location is great, the apartment is very nicely decorated and practical. We 100% recommend the place. The only downside is it doesn't have a lockable room.

Nathalie was a fantastic host and it was truly a great experience to stay at her place. I would highly recommend renting her villa if you travel to Biarritz.

We had a lovely two days at Sandie and Pascal's. The space was spotless and matched the photos. We arrived a little late, but this was not a problem for the hosts who received us pleasantly. The accommodation is in a quiet and peaceful environment. A little extra for the pool which is heated and allowed us to swim even in the rain. We look forward to coming back next summer, but this time for a longer period. Thank you very much for your pleasant stay.
