Studio apartment, equipped with everything you need and with a large balcony and beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. Free parking on the grounds of the residential complex.Stefano was always available for questions and always friendly and accommodating.

Nicolò's place was clean and airy, free of clutter, but with lovely art on the walls and great books and magazines too, the right balance of personal touches. Bed linen was brand new, everything was spotless. Lovely view of mountains and a bit of lake to one side and a great location. Suna is cute and quiet and the flat is very close to the lake, right where there's a small beach, plus cafes and restaurants. Nicolò also sent us a great guide of the whole area and let us use his parking spot which, unlike many buildings in the area, was easy to come in and out of, and spacious. There is indeed no wifi, as it says on the listing, but it was not a problem for us. We definitely recommend and will be back. :)

Beautiful apartment very well equipped with ample parking . We particularly loved the kitchen with everything you need to make good dishes, as well as the 2 bathrooms for each large bedroom. We'll be happy to go back!

Correct and accurate in all respects, quick and uncomplicated contact, helpful tips on restaurants and grotti, excursions and other activities for nice and bad weather. We liked the apartment very much, we felt immediately comfortable. The advantage of the apartment is also that it is only a few steps away from the fabulous promenade, so (at least during our stay) very quiet, although very central in the old, beautiful part of Ascona. Distance to parking garage and Coop is also tiptop. The public transport offer is also perfect for many beautiful excursions. Conclusion: The term "Superhost" is absolutely accurate; both the hosts and the place are definitely recommended! We wish you both great guests who appreciate your hospitality and help as well as the tasteful and cozy furnishings:-)

We had a great stay and enjoyed the peacefull sorroundings and close distance to the lake. The appartment and garden was nice, clean, and just is described. The host provided clear information and was responding quickly.

Very nice place, with everything you need, clean and well furnished. Cristina is an exceptional host, always available, present and ready to recommend places to visit, restaurants, shops... The fresh brioche with pistachio that he made us find in the morning for breakfast.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed every day and did a lot. Since it was low season, some restaurants in the area (including the 50m from the property) had closed. Through some research, we were able to find a few (Alberho Paradiso, Pizzeria Concordia). The accommodation itself had everything to offer, communication with the host impeccable.

We felt very comfortable in the middle of the small village of Lesa! Also very suitable with dog, as beautiful walks overlooking the lake can be reached directly from the house. Silvia was a great host!

Very nice stay with the family, the house is very clean, very nice decoration, well equipped, the view of the lake is beautiful, really magical and it's very quiet. Very good communication with Albert, tips for accessing the house and recommendations places and restaurants to discover. A problem on arrival and during the week with the small entrance gate which was capricious to open, after multiple tests. The pool is very clean and very large! Beautiful for swimming. Think about bathing cups, balls, snorkel masks not allowed. Min depth 1.50 meter) We had a lovely week discovering the treasures of the area, Ceresolo nearby (beware of the road if you go there on foot), Laveno Monbello where we ate very good ice cream at the Gelateria L 'imbarcadero, took the ferry boat to go to Intra and access the beautiful borrome islands from Stresa or the very pretty village of Cannobio, or Lake Orta. This little place is just off the main area of stresa, which means it is in a quaint little suburb. The house feels just like home with Simona and Enrico leaving some goodies as required. The only thing is that it seemed that there was a little bit of a party at one of the locals houses, which kept my partner up and the church has a bell tower so no need to set an alarm! Otherwise was exactly what we needed!

Luca was very helpful and approachable. We felt so relaxed with him and could ask anything. The apartment is as described. You do really need to have a car to be able to go places but having the Explora lake access is great for relaxing and water activities. As has been mentioned, the train is really not an issue in terms of noise.

It was amazing 🤩 We had a great time staying at Mary and Marcos's home. Everything is lovingly decorated and so it was not bad that it almost only rained during our stay. We turned on the fireplace and it was so cozy. In good weather, the view is simply picturesque. Thank you for this great time!

Staying at Paola's place was just what my mom and I needed for a lakeside getaway. Paola accepted my request immediately despite few days notice, and although she was away on her business trip, her collaborator helped us check-in while staying in close touch with me for the whole process. The place is as described with a lake-front view of Lago Maggiore from the living room and the bedroom, and the side view of the beautiful garden. It was located on a gated hillside community so it felt safe, secure, and secluded. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a stay from laundry detergent to balsamic vinegar and a bottled water in the fridge. The great care and warm hospitality of Paola shined through on every corner from the choice of well-appointed furnitures to flower patterned toilet rolls. It was so wonderful staying in on one rainy day as we felt right at home reading and sipping tea as we watched the rain fall on the lake. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay in Fiorella’s home! Comfortable and cozy, matched the description. A very quick and easy walk to cafes and restaurants, as well as Lake Maggiore. Fiorella even provided a crib for our baby, which was so helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice and central location with great views of the lake. Very accommodating rental. Spacious apartment and accessible by wheelchair. The only downside was the traffic on the street outside

The apartment is very nicely located directly on the lake shore, but you can hear the busy road. It is well equipped and cozy. Lodana and Lele were great hosts, we felt very welcome.

we were very satisfied. Surroundings are beautiful . The lake outside the front door. Lots of ways to take a trip. Patrizia responded immediately and asked if everything was there. We had some trouble finding the apartment, maybe because of the construction site, which didn't bother us otherwise. Would stay again right away.

Nice spacious accommodation close to train station. Apartment was clean and we appreciated the espresso machine. Highly recommend and a great host too.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Lugano with this as our home base for the week of New Years!! It was easy to walk to everything we needed, including quick access to the train station. There are amazing views of the lake and mountains with a beautiful little porch. It was clean and comfortable with a great kitchen for cooking. The pull out couch was comfortable for my teenage son. It was chilly outside but the apartment was nice and warm. We loved it all! Gea was very helpful and responded immediately with any questions - thank you!!

We visited in Autumn , towards the end of the season . Probably quieter than other times which suited us very well. Tha apartment had everything we needed and is about 10 minutes walk to the Lido ferry terminal . About 20 minutes walk to Stresa central and 15 to the very well stocked Conad supermarket. Favourite activities were the beautiful chestnut walk and the boat trips to Isola Bella and Madre. Would definitely like to revisit.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, with a beautiful view over the golf course. The location allowed us to explore various areas of Ticino during the day, as well as relax during the evening. Looking forward to visiting again!
