The apartment is comfortable, very well decorated and furnished. It has a nice view from the terrace, the condominium has enough security. Doris is a sweetheart!! She welcomed us and gave us the keys in person, very concerned about the details, very kind. I recommend it to disconnect!! :)

The house is very comfortable and we take advantage of the pool and tinaja to the fullest. Safe, quiet and minutes drive to the beach. Viviana is always attentive and available to help with what we needed. Very pleasant stay. I recommend 100%.

My stay was perfect, my kids had a great time. In the place there is a lot to do, it seems that it is a little retired but it is very centrally located and easily accessible... there is a supermarket nearby, Restaurants to choose, entertaining for the children... of everything. A very good place to go with friends, partner or family.

My partner, my dog and I had a beautiful stay of four days in March in this apartment. It is small but SUPER well equipped (with a variety of streaming platforms and good WiFi), with beautiful views of the sea and the city and located in a very nice and quiet area, a few minutes walk away (important stairs via) the Mall Marina and the beach. The hosts were very friendly and attentive, and always responded quickly to all of our queries. Highly recommended. I hope we can come back soon!

Very good accommodation, two blocks from the bus terminal, next to an avenue and micros stops, supermarket below and other shops very close, quiet environment, impeccable conditions, make you want to stay longer. 🧘🏻‍♀️ The view is better, although you do not see the sea as some would like, there is an expeditious view to the city that is worth looking at day and night <3

From the beginning, Carmen was always attentive to respond to any concerns. She greeted us to hand over the apartment and was there when we left. The apartment is impeccable. Super equipped, comfortable and very well aromatized, you can see the care and dedication of Gloria. Everything is in perfect condition, it has protection on the balcony and the parking is in the underground so the vehicle is very protected. The place is ideal for a family with children the private beach has a super safe pool for them and the sand is ideal for them to play after bathing. The older ones can enjoy in the navigable lagoon with different activities. The place is completely recommended and complies with everything offered in the notice. We hope to be back sometime. We really thank Gloria for all her attention.

Comfortable stay, equipped house and very central but in a quiet area, there is shade and a nice pool that we enjoyed with a pet since it is very well fenced, and it has accessibility for elderly people with reduced mobility to the house [flat terrain] and has a bathroom/shower with support bars.

My experience was excellent! I had instructions from the previous days before arriving. It had all the amenities I said! The block is very quiet and we had a super market very close! We stayed on the day of the blackout in Chile and we had recommendations and support for whatever was necessary. A very good experience, the incredible attention!!! Thank you Fanny for your help! Francisco is an excellent host, very attentive, very clear all the information provided for check-in and check-out. The Depto was located very close to the center of Viña del Mar. The building had excellent facilities, well maintained in case one wanted to make use of them. The Depto is the same as the photos, with all the comforts for a great stay, thank you very much.
