Nice villa with electric car parking 10 min from town

Nice semi-detached house in calm area with nearby forest grove that is still so close to Gothenburg city. Takes 10 minutes by car and 30 minutes by bike or bus. Has its own carport with electric car charger and engine heater. 3 bedrooms upstairs with private toilet& shower. The downstairs has a large kitchen, large sofa and bathroom& laundry room. I live myself but have two daughters at home in the house every two weeks. Then I don't rent it out. They are 6 & 8 years old which means a lot of toys. No hotel right away. When parks and SPAS.

Welcome to guest houses at Mjörn. Perfect lake location for those who like proximity to nature, fishing, swimming, tranquility, pick mushroom and berries, skates/skis by frozen lake. The house is located on our property, free parking and wifi. The house is small but contains everything you need, a small kitchen with fridge, two stovetops, microwave, hot/cold water and bunk bed. Modern newly built bathroom. There is access to barbecue and rowing boat with fishing equipment and life jackets. It takes 45 minutes by car to Gothenburg.

Welcome to the beautiful Ödenäs district! On the child-friendly farm live chickens and a very cuddly Finnish Lap dog, Holly. We even have some sheep and for Easter they are expected lambs. There is a good beach barely 2 km away and there is also the possibility to borrow a canoe. In the farmhouse there is a new wood-burning fireplace to cozy up on cold and rainy days. There is also a new wood heated sauna as well as a playhouse and swings. Mushrooms and berries are in the forest. A few miles away are Alingsås, Borås and Gothenburg.

We had a spot on our land with a view to die for, but too small for raising a house. The solution is this camper with its luxurious amenities and fully serviced: connection to the electric grid, unlimited water, gas, bedwear, cleaning upon departure. It can comfortably fit two adults and two children, with one permanent double bed and one that can be made up in the dining aread at the other end of the camper. Available only between June and September.
