Pure enthusiasm for this beautiful apartment. Ideally located for drivers, quiet, lots of shopping and the corner and by bike only 11 minutes to the train station. The apartment has a large kitchen-living room with all the kitchen utensils your heart desires, the small living room is just right to hang a round in front of the TV in the evening, the bathroom is well and practically furnished and sleeping in one of the two single beds was wonderful. For couples in need of cuddles, separate beds may not be the first choice, but hey: there is still the sofa! The large terrace completes the beautiful apartment. I immediately booked the apartment again for a concert weekend and look forward to the stay!

It was all exactly as described. Our expectations were 100% met. We highly recommend this apartment. The location is perfect. Beautiful, tasteful and simply furnished. You have everything you need.

We felt very well taken care of, were happy about the opportunity to check in as early as 2:30 pm, and were quickly informed by Annegret about the use of the facility. We were happy to use the washer and dryer and were able to save us a small mountain of laundry after our return home. The apartment is really tastefully decorated, with comfortable sofa in the living/dining room and a comfortable bed with good mattress in the bedroom. Kitchen even furnished with quite a complete set of spices, we didn't miss anything. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken during our week. But since we are still quite fit, it was no problem for me to carry the bags up the two stairs. The construction noise due to the renovation of the elevator was amazingly low and almost negligible. A highlight for us on the last evening was the cozy furnished mini terrace with comfortable pillows on stylish wooden furniture, in the evening sun! A nice end!

Very friendly welcome, everything clean and very well equipped. Great location, close to good shopping and also a gas station. Very short walk to the highway. Slept great and recovered the next day to start the journey home. We will stay there again. Accommodation is worth a recommendation.

Everything is fine

It coincided with what was advertised, very good homemade. Totally recommended, we were working in the area and would repeat the stay without hesitation.

The information in advance of arrival was detailed and very good. Unfortunately, the key safe is not close to the apartment, but since you have to drive a little further to the top anyway, the detour is hard to remember. The furnishings of the apartment are good, modern consumer electronics are there. Unfortunately, the tumble dryer described was not there, instead there was a clothes rack that was completely sufficient in the wind on the terrace. Very pleasant: dish soap and everything necessary for rinsing – except drying towels – was available in the kitchen, as was many kitchen appliances. Information about the surroundings hang on the pinboard. From the apartment, within a few minutes you are actually everywhere where you want to go in Friedrichskoog. Currently (March 2025), a lot is being renewed on the dyke and the leisure activities in Friedrichskoog Spitze. You can't go over the nearby dyke to the water at the moment, but the apartment or Philipp can't do anything about it.

I had booked Alexander's apartment for my daughter and son-in-law when they had to pick us up at Hamburg airport one early morning. Instructions were good and the young people enjoyed the stay and there was free parking for the car. Alexander was great at being available if they needed help. Our young people didn't need help with the check in as the directions were fine. It was a good place.

Great place to stay in Flesburg. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The special decor elements have given the apartment a very special charm. Check-in was easy and there was a parking spot in front of the house. We were really comfortable and enjoyed the weekend. We recommend the place in a clear conscience.

We stayed a week in the beautiful and very clean apartment of Konstanze. The amenities are great, nothing was missing. This place offers a lot of peace and the sea view directly from the apartment is very special. You can fully relax here - exactly what we were looking for! By car, you can also get to Glücksburg, Flensburg or Kappeln quickly if you want to do something. Otherwise, there are many walking and hiking trails. Communication with Konstanze and check-in went great. We were also very pleased with the lovely welcome greeting! Thanks for the wonderful time!

The apartment has a great location. Edeka and the beach promenade are almost right outside the front door. The apartment is equipped with everything to make it easy. Really recommended.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. Easy to find and to get into the city. Our host was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment "Mönkestübchen" is really very nice, a multifunctional living, dining and kitchen space, a separate large bedroom and a very modern new bathroom with underfloor heating! Beautiful old wooden floorboards, a modern beautiful furnishings, kitchen with very good facilities. Also nice is the glazed hall/loggia over which you enter the apartment. With bench, wardrobe and plenty of space for shoes, jackets, etc. Top location in Husum: downtown, Husum castle, harbor, all within 10 to 15 min walk. Within husums you don't need a car and your own private parking spot outside the apartment is very comfortable. A real stroke of luck and money for money. So all together: the apartment is a real recommendation!

We were now in the apartment for the 2nd time and it was super super great like last time! The handover was again very friendly and accommodating. The apartment and the equipment is also very good, it has everything you need. Thank you for being there we would come back anytime are absolutely satisfied :)

We were traveling to Flensburg for business and felt at home. The apartment is really nice and leaves nothing to be desired. The contact with the landlord was hassle-free. He contacted me right after booking. Due to the location in the courtyard, it is very quiet. The large bathroom is once again the icing on the cake of the otherwise already fantastic apartment. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful girls weekend in this fantastic house. We felt right at home. Everything was perfect all around, we were totally flashed with the upscale amenities, it was missing and nothing was missing. All was an absolute dream. The sauna in the garden top everything. The apartment is very spacious and modernly furnished. It has everything you need. In the bathroom there is a rain shower as well as a bathtub with jacuzzi function. In the large bedroom, there is an armchair that can be converted into a bed for one person. In the living room, there is a large couch, which can also be pulled out and used for 2 (possibly also 3) people. The location of the apartment is great.. The residential complex is located within walking distance from the center and two minutes walk from the sea, but is still quiet. It has a playground, a swimming pool and sauna in the house 4 . In addition, a parking space belongs to the apartment. All in all, a beautiful vacation home in a great location.

We were 2 adults, 2children and had a good time. The pool was the highlight, right now in winter. The living space was very cozy, the space was sufficient, even in the kitchen. There was everything you needed. Definetly recommend.

Elke and Heinrich are great hosts and have and received very nicely. The place is great and everything is there. In particular, the hot tub and the garden with the play equipment appealed to our children. Thank you very much! We would love to come back.

The stay at Rickmers Hoff was unique! The house had everything you needed and was ideal to relax with a larger group! Absolute recommendation and we will be back!

Timm & Merle were very friendly and available to us at any time. The place impresses with modern & minimalist style, especially the kitchen and bathroom we liked. If you wanted to note something, that would be just the slight darkening in the bedroom from our point of view. It gets light early in summer, which is not quite ideal with a child and throws you out of bed early on vacation - this is, of course, a very individual topic. The great garden with play facilities and all kinds of animals to marvel at makes up for it. Delve itself is a peaceful little village ideal for slowing down from everyday city life. From here you can make great excursions in all directions, especially the beach in St. Peter-Ording was an absolute highlight on sunny Saturday. All in all, we can highly recommend a stay for an extended weekend, especially for the humane price per night, which is no longer often found for these amenities.
