Villa vacation rentals in Old Town

This was the perfect place for my little family. We all had our own space as well as a place to be together. I loved being across the street from a nice park. My son really enjoyed having a family day there. It had a track, a playground, a basketball court and more. It was just right. We enjoyed being able to cook all our own meals and it conveniently had everything available that we needed. The Host Jessica was very responsive when we had questions as well. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood and anyone we came across was very polite. I will be looking forward to staying here my next trip to Gainesville.

Our stay started off a little rough as I did not receive any instructions for self check in code. I reached out to host upon arrival and she provided the code within 20 minutes. Tried the code and lock was not working. Had to reach back out to her. She did call me back quickly and provided a different code to a lockbox on back door that accessed keys to get in house. That process took close to an hour so a bit frustrating however with that said once that was resolved everything else was Good and we had a Great weekend visiting the cedar lake woods botanical garden which was Amazing! I do Appreciate the host taking care of the access issue fairly quickly. The beds were comfortable and the house was nicely decorated inside.

Great place to stay for the money. The unit is a duplex which is new, had a beautiful kitchen and bath, towels were fluffy cozy and there were extra touches throughout the home. The amenities in the kitchen and bath were what we needed and more. If I ever need to stay in Ocala again, I’m definitely staying here!

We were in Gainesville for 2 months and Jen and Ryans home was a treat to stay in. They were very responsive hosts!! The home was homey, clean, kitchen well stocked, the matresses were so comfy, and all around a home away from home.

stayed at Kathleen's place for a week with a group of 8 people. The house is exactly as described and would highly recommend and definitely stay again. The house is roomy, very comfortable and can handle a large group easily. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The pool area was great for relaxing and was clean. Kathleen was extremely responsive to any questions we had and great to deal with. The Pond House was great!

Such an amazing place. Great location with a spacious, welcoming home. Things were a little dirty but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. we ordered groceries for delivery and the cleaner was sweet enough to go ahead and put them in for us. we appreciate all of her help. if you have a large family or group traveling definitely book this place

Johnny and Jose were extremely accommodating and we all had a wonderful time staying here! Definitely recommend.
