Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Old Town, Dubrovnik

Can really recommend this place!

We had such a wonderful stay at Sanja’s apartment with our 2 young children! Dubrovnik is all hills and stairs so the apartment was mid way down a hill on a stair passageway and clearly numbered so easy to find. We were able to use a parking spot at the top of the hill which was convenient! The apartment is just beautiful with a view to match with a gorgeous patio! Absolutely stunning! Has a secure entry way, good wifi access, comfortable beds, everything inside was modern and clean. Kitchen has necessary cooking items and we picked up coffee, soap/shampoo, and groceries nearby. We could walk to the old town and there were restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, etc within 5-10 mins walking distance to the apartment. Laundry on site was great to have and our kids loved the jacuzzi tub! Highly recommend this stay! Thanks Sanja!

Wonderful hosts and beautiful place to stay! Close to bus stops to get into town easily. Zoran and his daughter Mia were very courteous, quickly responded to questions, and provided recommendations and advice to get us through our stay in the city. Would recommend this place for anyone traveling to the Dubrovnik area!

Awesome place. Had great time and Orsat (the host) seems like a great guy and was very helpful.

We were there in October. Any questions that came up before were answered quickly. We were also in contact during arrival, so we found the house well even in the dark. Matje's father was waiting for us. He showed us around and explained everything great. The pool is not heated, but half of our group was still swimming. But the sea was warmer and everyone was in there. The house is located on a street. You can already hear the cars at night. But by the pool it is totally chill and quiet and very private. Everything is full of olive trees. There are also mandarins and pomegranates. Really great. Also a barbecue is by the pool, which we did not use. From the house you can walk to the sea and to various restaurants. In about 45 minutes on the opposite. Here, too, you can eat well (and have breakfast). Matej has organized a private speed boat tour through a buddy. That was mega! In Dubrovnik we use the parking lot! 25 min away. Great

Marija really facilitated our stay (only one night) We were able to drop off our luggage earlier than the scheduled time for the rental and leave it after checkout. Thanks Marija And well located accommodation to access the old town by bus

Where to start..? We had the most amazing week in Zaton Mali, Vicko was the perfect host, from arranging collection and drop off at Dubrovnik Airport (courtesy of his son Ivo), to fruit picking, a boat trip to see the caves and sharing his wonderful knowledge of the history of this beautiful, picturesque village. The ground floor apartment had everything we needed, it was clean and comfortable. The roof top veranda was fantastic, the perfect spot to sunbathe and relax. Zaton Mali is simple stunning, the walks along the turquoise water’s edge are fabulous, there are lots of opportunities to relax in the sunshine and swim in the Adriatic Sea. We took the bus into Dubrovnik (approx. €3.00 each, one way) and visited the busy old town. We walked the medieval walls and visited many beautiful buildings (making the most of our Dubrovnik Pass), but at the end of the day we were happy to return to the tranquillity and beauty of Zaton Mali. Nene’s place was great - as advertised and a good value. Unfortunately, I didn’t do enough research and from the picture I thought it was overlooking old town. It is still a fine location - a quick Uber away (around 7-9 euros to old town) but I think my group would have enjoyed old town a little bit more. The host was fantastic, very responsive with quick recommendations when asked. Her dad was very sweet and even picked us up at the ferry station and helped us check into the apartment. We felt safe and not too loud for us at all.

Marija is a very friendly host. She provided many little gifts for us, including mandarins grown on the property, and olive oil she had made herself with her family. The apartment was easily big enough for our family of 4, and a short walk down to old town Dubrovnik.

October 2024 I highly recommend Hrvoje as a host, we felt very comfortable with him! Our stay in Dubrovnik was very nice and for that we thank Hrvoje from the heart!❤️🙏

Very good stay at Ivana's, the apartment is clean and well-equipped. The view of the sea from the balcony is very beautiful.

Very pleased with Mara’s place. A short walk just up the road from the old town meant it was nice and quiet. Apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and it was nice to have two bathrooms! Ideal for couples and families visiting Dubrovnik.

Biljana’s place was perfect for our family. The apartment was spacious and in a great location. We would definitely go back.

Ivo was really friendly, responsive and approachable. He provided a welcome platter on arrival which was a lovely surprise. Arrived early and Ivo kindly dropped us off at a local restaurant and picked us up after, really kind, hospitable host. The villa itself was just the same as the pictures, location was very quiet and peaceful, local bakery walking distance and the Verandah restaurant highly recommended. Small supermarket also walking distance away to pick up essentials. Villa only 20 to 25 minutes from old town Dubrovik. Mihaela also arranged day trip tours and airport transfers which all worked out perfectly. Highly recommended

John's villa is beautiful. The views are stunning. The units are well equipped (both with washers and one with a combo washer/dryer). John prepared a delicious meal for us one night, with Sea Bream, Sea Bass and his world-famous spaghetti with lobster. We had two children, ages four and eleven in our group and they especially enjoyed the pool, even in late September. A highlight was swimming with the grandkids at the villa after returning from a full-day outing (Dubrovnik, Elaphiti Island Boat Trip and a journey by our van into Montenegro). The beaches are beautiful, but quite a journey to them, which given our time at the villa, was not as much of a plus, as I had imagined. The pizza restaurant and local market are extremely walkable (uphill), but everything else needs to be driven to. There are a lot of hills, but this is part of the beauty of this coastline! John is a very connected, responsive, kind, and helpful host. He will help with all sorts of arrangements.

Everything about this property is FIRST CLASS - the hosts Boris & Katija have built an amazing place for your Dubrovnik holiday. We were a group of 8 adults and were amazed at how huge the property was, the amenities it had (a sparkling infinity pool, steam, sauna, a well appointed kitchen - you name it). But most importantly the hosts themselves were wonderful - they helped us out in every way possible with the transfers to/from Dubrovnik airport & the daily visits to the Old town. They recommended us a nice speed boat for a full day trip to all the surrounding islands. If you do end up staying here do not miss the almost private beach at your disposal All in all it was an amazing 3 night stay for us all & I am sure we will be coming back here & recommending it to our friends to try it out. What a beautiful home Diana and Mihaela have! We spent a week here with friends (4 kids and 4 adults) and there was plenty of space. The layout is so well designed and the locked gate made it so we never worried about the kids safety. It is just a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and shopping and a 10 minute walk to a rock beach and marina for easy ferry transportation to Cavtat and Old Town. Ubers were aplenty and the home was spotless. 11/10 recommend this place, you will be coming back!

What a lovely way to kick off a holiday with our family - on arrival Diana had prepared some local meats and cake as a welcome. The house is 5 star luxury, the view is stunning, beds are so comfortable, and we loved using the outdoor kitchen by the pool. This is the best stocked airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Diana truely made us welcome and is a fantastic host. She helped us organise dinners and a day out on a boat. So many great memories from our holiday. Thanks Diana you are simply amazing.

We were a large group of girls who enjoyed Ivica's house so much and he made us feel very welcome. He was really quick and helpful to answer questions and fixed great transfers. The house was just like the pictures, nice bedrooms, good social areas and a nice pool house. Walking distance to both swimming and restaurants. Easy to take a taxi to cozy old town. All we can highly recommend Villa Vikor with Ivica as a host!!!
