Waterfront vacation rentals in Old Town, Sector 3

Everything was very good!

The apartment is located in the city center, next to a supermarket and a bus stop to the airport. It fully corresponds to the photos, all equipment is in excellent condition.

The host was amazingly helpful with absolutely anything we needed. Responded rapidly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as perfect as it could possible be. The property couldn’t be in a better location and even came with a car parking space which we didn’t get at any other property. I absolutely recommend booking to stay here if in Bucharest.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this flat. It is extremely spacious and has an old times feeling to it, yet it is cozy, clean and modern. Location is fantastic and communication with the host was efficient and pleasant. Parking is a little hassle, as the parking right next to the building is no longer available, so you'd need to park a few minutes away. I'd very much recommend it to friends and would come back.

A very nice location with a very nice view for sunrise . Discreet , clean , quiet , with all the utilities. Own parking and host was very helpful and prompt. I recommend even more that I will definitely come back .

The perfect spot for recreation! Mrs. Andreea is a wonderful woman, a perfect cook and an exceptional host. We enjoyed our taste buds with local products, and the view to the lake, the pool and the atmosphere on the terrace made us pass this place to the top of our favorites. The attention to details, impeccable cleanliness, the amenities of the place, but also the diversity of flora and fauna make Belvedere the perfect place for an outing with the family. I do not recommend wasting your time with cooking, enjoy the delicious food of the host and a dreamy view. Thank you for your hospitality! We can't wait to see you again! 🤗

Ioana was a great host for my mother and I! All instructions were clear and she was very responsive. We had trouble getting the stove lit and she came to help and show us within half an hour! The space was very homey and well equipped, we cooked most of our meals in the Airbnb during our three week stay. Both beds were quite comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets available. We only used the television in the living room, which was cable only, but we still found a few channels in English that we enjoyed watching. It was lovely being so close to the walking path around Lacul Morii, and there is a grocery store close by as well.

Great and quiet place, it was clean and spacious. The park is a few minutes away and it is close to public transportation.

Max was very great, we all liked the location of the apartment, great view of the river, close to everything you need! I think this is a great option for a pleasant and relaxing holiday in the summer, near the house there is a swimming pool, a grill, playgrounds….. In general, it was cool !!!

I and my friend stayed this apartment about two months. I really recommend this place to everybody. it was nice apartment and had great location. Restaurants, Promenada Mall, supermarkets, and Subway station were so close to walk. it was easy to go oldtown. We felt like home. Thanks Alex a lot because he always helped us whenever we request something. 😁👍
