Our stay was truly exceptional, thanks in large part to Louise's outstanding hospitality. She was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable throughout our stay. The property itself was very nice, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quiet—a perfect retreat. The unit is a complete one-bedroom setup that feels cozy and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed the backyard patio, which provided a lovely spot to relax. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Cozy space, well maintained, communicative host. Check in and check out instructions were simple and clear. Easy to get around the city from this spot and plenty to do in the neighborhood as well.

Perfect place for 2 ppl. Easy walk to subway...good parking. Clean and quiet..great bedding. Nice walkout space to have your morning coffee. Lots of privacy. Will book again.

Great host very responsive with some concerns I had when entering, but host was very responsive with replying back on what I had sent. Amazing place to stay can host 4/5 people comfortably. Neighbors were great as well no issues no complains amazing place to stay will definitely book again if needed.

This home is stunning. The neighbourhood is beautiful. Short distance to major roads. Furniture and beds are all comfy and current. Driveway parking was great. An amazing home. Will definitely be requesting it for future trips

this is our second time renting this place. First time we thought it was great, now we think it is amazing.

Vitoria’s place was perfect for our family size - myself, my wife and 3 little kids. It has easy access to York University and was a great location as a temporary accommodation until the University’s accommodation was ready.

Has all the necessary amenities. Place is as described. It was a very affordable place. The place is old, but worth every penny.

Jay was a great host. He was on time with the check in and responded quickly. The place was clean and there a lot of thoughtful amenities. Location wise, it’s close to several event centers, which was convenient for us, close to the main rail station (Union station) and close to downtown (yonge). Lots of great food and shops around

Abhinav’s place is exactly like the photo. The room is clean and neat. If you’re going to any concert at Roger centre it is super close to his place, it’s really a short walk.

Our stay at Ryan’s place was amazing! The view from the room alone should make you want to book a stay here. The place is right by the Rodgers Centre, and in a very safe neighborhood. We walked around a lot at night, and felt completely safe. Also, Ryan’s space was in such close proximity to King’s Street, which had endless options of restaurants. Lastly, if that didn’t convince you….Ryan was an outstanding host that was super helpful, attentive, and gave you space in the shared space. Not to mention, he has adorable dogs that will steal your heart! It was also great being able to park our car safely in the underground garage at an affordable price.

Aside from the confusion of the parking garage and finding the elevator for the building as it is shared with 4 condo buildings, we had a lovely stay. Stuart had all of the essentials we needed and his place is cozy and in a great area.

First time In Toronto for a very quick trip very nice solution for the price . Beautiful views of the city skyline , parks and lake and a cozy room with just as much privacy and space as needed for an individual or couple and a cool common area that would be fun to utilize on a longer trip . Plenty of bars and restaurants a short walk away . Moha was awesomely responsive helpful and kind . I look forward to coming back .

Great condo. Nicely located. The condo is surrounded by an alleyway, making it easier to get keys and garage FOB. The condo is also quiet at night. If you are a coffee drinker there are three types of coffee making devices. Office setup with large monitors were in the alcove ( I think Toronto condo developers call this a +1) . Loved the views from the balcony.

This property was really great! Perfect size for a small group and amazing view of the city. Matthew was really responsive and his instructions were clear and easy to follow. The space was very well organized, furnished, and stocked with useful supplies. I had some friends stop by as well, as it was my birthday, and he was very cooperative about allowing visitors. Overall my friends and I had a really great time and I would definitely recommend, especially since the location is right in the downtown core.
