Vacation rentals with an EV charger in old nice, Nice

It looks modern and newly renovated free from clutter yet Caroline seems to just know what the guest need regarding facilities and information. The view of course is fantastic and the swimming pool is divine. It is great for a family and privacy. We strongly recommend Caroline's place. You will not be disappointed.

Fabien was an extremely kind and helpful host! This place was very spacious and comfortable. Being on a higher floor, it was quiet even though the streets were busy. It was also very convenient to take trains to Monaco and Italy as the station was just a 5 minute walk away. We had a great stay here and would recommend it.

The apartment is good and clean, there is security, I liked it. Free parkings around the house!

Communication was great, before check in, during stay for our questions and after check out. The apartment was perfect for our family stay. We traveled with small children and they slept well on the sleeper sofa and enjoyed the huge TV. My wife said she had the best nights sleep on the mattress in the bedroom, which also had a TV and ceiling fan. The Air conditioner works GREAT! The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook at home. The balcony was lovely, with an amazing view of the rue de Anglais and the ocean. There are multiple grocery stores close by, and one across the street for all your needs. The Gelato on the corner is amazing, and plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Very walk able area, less then a block to the beach. Thank you so much for having us.

We arrived late because of our plane, Gregory had to change what was planned and his partner greeted us with a smile despite the late hour. The apartment is 5 min walk to the port tram, making access to the airport or city super easy. At the end of September the apartment was quiet and the ideal temperature.

Mary is a very welcoming and flexible host. The accommodation is very convenient and well equipped, I recommend!

The apartment is super big and the two of us live a little wasted hahahahahahaha, but the location is super nice on the main road Nice is very small to walk there Downstairs is the morning market where you can buy vegetables and fruits and fruits, there is a chain of supermarkets in the hotel, so it is very safe to check in and out, and the balcony is very convenient and I love the balcony. I really recommend staying here in France.

Jan’s place was fantastic, it was perfect of our stay. Everything was as described, great location, well furnished, beautifully kept. Jan was super helpful and made sure we were well taken care. He had his team member Jermaine help us with checkin and be available for all questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all friends visiting Nice. Only regret we couldn’t eat at Jan’s restaurant or the bistro.

Olivier came in after we setteled in the house. The door was open at arrival. Everything was as we could wish. The property offered all we needed : privacy, a pool, bbq and just a very short walk to the town where all the restaurants are. This made it for us the perfect stay. The only minus is the “lamps” which are not located pratically so we bumped our head seversl times (but we are quite tall)

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

We went for 3 days and had a great time. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The house is in a quiet place. There is a swimming pool and a beautiful courtyard where you can eat outdoors and have a good time. Recommend. 😊

‘one’ is a beautiful place. There were 7 of us and the place was perfect and comfortable. Each room had its own shower. We rented a van, however, this isn’t necessary as you can Uber everywhere. We went wine tasting at local wineries. We went to the market almost daily and cooked fresh and wonderful meals. We basically lived in the outdoor space and made ourselves completely at home. I cannot say enough about Simon’s and the rest of the ‘One’ team. Always responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house 💕

A successful stay at Jeremy's beautiful home. A very responsive host when we had a small problem with the gate, and very accommodating when at our late arrival time! quality bedding, a very well-equipped kitchen, and the major asset, the very nice outside!

This was our second time staying at Corinne's apartment. Excellent location, amazing views, super clean apartment with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Corinne has a lovely spirit and is very welcoming and friendly. Lots of restaurants to choose from and extensive supermarket opposite, good wine shop nearby and ice cream place with lots of flavours!We had such a wonderful relaxing break and can't to return!

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

The accommodation was clean and the location was really nice ~! When I sent a message to the host, he replied right away, so I was able to quickly solve my questions! And it was so nice to be able to have a cup of tea on the terrace in the morning!

This peaceful little studio was home for 10 weeks and it was perfect for my needs (a long-term stay) in Nice. The location is perfect - a 10 min walk to the station and to the promenade/beach. Theres an abundance of public transport links nearby. In regards to the space - I actually don't think the photos do it justice. The studio is blessed with natural light the whole day in abundance, and it creates a very homey vibe. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you might need. Its not a bare bones airbnb - the place has Marie Annes personality and there are nick nacks scattered around the place but I did not mind this - adds to the charm of the space. The only things perhaps to note (and this is outside of the hosts' control!) as a non-smoker, it seems that many people in the building smoke leaving a bit of stench in the landing that occasionally seeps into the apartments' bathroom. The walls are also very thin so you can hear the neighbours. Marie Anne was a great host!

we have had a lot of experience and this is a real 5 star apartment and a real 5 star host. Michele, a charming lady, showed us around the very well equipped ,bright apartment and gave us some great information about the immediate and surrounding areas. She even drove us to the train station when we left. We felt very welcomed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Great value for money for this place. We were 2 couples staying there. Yara was responsive to our requests. The accommodation was very well located between train station and center. Very nice apartment: clean, freshly decorated, very well equipped (including comfortable very large double bed), and most especially, with a magnificent view. As described in the details, you do need to be quite fit to stay here, but the reward is the view (and the proximity to the old town). It is also well located for public transport links.
