Jamie and Jessica’s place is beautiful, convenient location and super clean!! very spacious and super comfy!! definitely would come back for a longer stay!! jamie was super helpful and quick to respond! p.s. don’t trust google maps for the “public” parking across the street, not public at all! but there is a very close ez parking lot and/or good good amount of street parking outside & around the corner!

We had a good time at Renaud's place. Renaud left ample instructions (everywhere!), so we had no cause to contact him, but he alerted us to a blown-over swing in the backyard once we checked in--thank you again! There was just the normal amount of suburban traffic around, otherwise it was quiet. It had a lot more bedroom space than what we needed for 4 of us. The house was clean and uncluttered. The kitchen was spotless, large and well-lit, perfect for a family dinner and breakfast. The lean-back armchair in front of the TV turned out to be a big hit and a target of competition. We had some trouble with the remote the second evening, so we moved down to the basement TV room, which was less comfortable but the TV viewing was fine there. There were some signs that the house needs repairs (like many homes this age), but we saw nothing that made it dangerous. There are some pizza places, a new-ish and uniquely themed brewpub, and a hotel restaurant in walking distance.

I loved my 2 month stay at Katharine's home! It's in a great location that is easily walkable to a lot of things in the city. She's a very responsive host and gave clear instructions for everything you would need. Her home is very comfortable and I'd definitely stay here again. Highly recommend :)

The hosts really anticipated the needs of our stay. The house had the most amenities out of any Airbnb I have seen so far. There were shower caps, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, plastic bags, foil, coffee, a coffee maker, and more. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, plates, and almost any utensil you could think of. They took care of the small details. Each room was a good size and each bed was very comfortable. They host really invested in the experience and it shows. I would highly recommend this host.

We are incredibly grateful to have stayed at this wonderful Airbnb! After a disaster at another place we had originally booked, the host graciously accepted us last minute, and we couldn't have been more relieved. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful the space is – it's stylish, clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, and we really appreciate their kindness and understanding. Everything was amazing, and we can't recommend this beautiful home enough. Thank you for making our trip so much better!

The hosts were very friendly and responsive and even allowed us early check in! The provided lots of great things to do and places to eat as well. We were there for hockey playoffs with 4 family's and the home fit all of us very comfortably. Parking was a nightmare and the streets were full of trash but that is no fault of the owners (philly area). We even had a day where one of the smoke detectors was beeping and they sent a handy man right over to replace the battery. Overall, we were very pleased with the home and it's owners and would definitely recommend this home to our friends and family!

Stefne’s place was by far the best Airbnb experience my business partners and I have had amongst numerous stays. If there we an AirBnB level above Super Host this experience proves it , Stefne sets the bar high! We will most definitely request to be guests again and the safety and convenience cleanliness and comfort of the rental is unparalleled. The best choice in Philly!

Beautiful home, lots of space, and super responsive hosts. The microwave stopped working one evening and Richard had a replacement waiting on the doorstep before I even woke up the next morning. Highly recommend it!

Great location and nice accommodations. It’s very close to a number of venues, restaurants, and sites. Courtney was responsive and friendly. Side note for future guests: this is an apartment building so there is a bit of a process to getting the door and garage fobs because access to the building is controlled. The parking spot is for a compact vehicle so getting in and out can be tricky.

I highly recommend a stay at Nick’s place! It was a great deal and so much space - you cannot beat all those balconies and rooftop, such a gorgeous view and great people watching! The space was thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, loved the books available (librarian stamp of approval), and kitchen + laundry made our stay so comfortable. Both my friend and I thought the beds were really comfortable, I slept so deeply! I felt like I was a bit needier than normal on an Airbnb stay, and Nick was so kind and gracious, always responsive communication and made sure we were taken care of. You’re also right on several bus lines; 48, 49, & 61 were our go to’s to explore all of the items on our first time tourist bucket list. They pick/drop off literally right in front of the Airbnb or one short block over, and Google maps has real time tracking. We also had a car for part of the stay and never had an issue with parking. Great space & convenient location. Thank you for a wonderful stay Nick!

I loved this spot for our get away! Just what we needed and the house was just right! It’s more than a hotel and parking was great!!! We had a great weekend and cried leaving! The balcony was everything! It was cold and raining but still! Great weekend and we want to come back!

Had a wonderful stay. Yoseph was always quick to respond and very helpful. The condo building was beautiful and the condo itself was very homey and comfortable. Wonderful location. Easy walk to lots of great shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

So nice! We needed a place to crash next to the convention center and this exceeded expectations. Felt like we were right at home. Also, Christine left out phone chargers and ann umbrella which saved us!

Internet was not working when I arrived for a work trip. Eli promptly fixed it. Clean, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to a grocery store and good Chinese food. Would stay again!

For South Philly, it's a great location. The unit is the upper half of a two unit building. We've stayed there three times now and never had a problem. For an older part of town, the building is up to date and in very good shape. The neighbors have been very quiet. The beds are comfortable. On one occasion there were some minor maintenance issues but Andrea took care of them right away when she was notified. We hope to stay there again in the future. That said, the stools in the kitchen need to be reupholstered and a comfortable chair that one could read in would be appreciated.

Great stay, great location, comfy beds. One thing I would recommend is to add tv’s in the bedrooms and better WiFi.

We had an awesome stay at 1100 Broad St! We felt very safe with a gated garage spot and a 24 hour security guard in addition to cameras surrounding the property. The area felt safe enough that I could send the boys across the street to Target without worry. My husband had a concern about something and the security guard addressed it immediately. My teenage grandsons loved the basketball court! I have mobility issues and was able to navigate the space easily with my walker. We had to travel to other parts of the area and the location was easy to navigate from. The apartment itself felt very homey. COMFORTABLE beds!! I can imagine that no windows may be less than desirable for the spring or summer, but it made for a cozy winter stay. Liz was right on top of two maintenance issues that arose and the maintenance staff at the building were great- polite, friendly, and quick. All of the appliances were clean and in perfect working order. I would highly recommend a stay at 1100 Broad St!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away and to catch a concert at the Fillmore. Overall, our stay was great. It was surprisingly quiet for being in a pretty active and bustling neighborhood. I felt very safe and we walked to and from our show late at night and we did most of our travel around the area by foot. It was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the Nespresso as I require good coffee in the morning and don’t always wanna walk haha. Two things, the water pressure in the bathroom wasn’t great. I was able to get by but it took a while to shower. The parking situation isn’t great either, we were able to park in a public lot but it cost about $30/day. There is definitely opportunity for street parking but many areas had 2-3 hour limits and the spots were incredibly difficult to come by. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Philly. Very comfortable, safe and walkable. Go Birds! 🦅

The condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. The parking was a really nice amenity - being able to park off the road and not worry about the car at all. The place was quiet, clean and exactly what we needed. The check in instructions were very detailed and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!
