We had again a great visit in this modern studio which feels like a home away from home. The walk-in “rain” shower is luxurious. If you need anything it’s only a short walk to the shops. Great host, too.

Nice communication everything that was written matched. We were there for the Christmas days and the cottage was cozily decorated. Six of us spent a week in Maaike's house and felt like at home. A modern, beautifully decorated house with every comfort in a very quiet location. Particularly noteworthy was Maaike's father, who was responsible for check-in and other matters - he was very friendly and took very nice care of us! Thank you so much for that:-) We would like to recommend the house and would definitely go back.

This was our second stay at Jaap's place and it was as amazing as the last time. Jaap's home is beautiful and Jaap is quick to respond and very clear about everything. 10/10 from us.

We spent two wonderful weeks in the Orangerie of Eveline. The accommodation is above expectations spacious and complete but also nicely decorated. The view of the horse meadow is beautiful and from the B&B you can walk directly into the woods. Many alternative hiking trails are relatively close. Eveline's two sweet dogs were a gift. Occasionally they stopped by for a cuddle or a play moment with our dog. We will definitely come back.

Had a wonderful stay with Jasper and Giselle! Super nice cottage with lovely beds and nice hot tub to enjoy. Nice walk in the area and Jasper was extremely helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend this stay to everyone to relax and enjoy nature and the hot tub and sauna.

We felt very comfortable at Petra. The accommodation is incredibly comfortably furnished. The fireplace, hot tub and sauna invite you to switch off and relax. Everything was clean and superbly equipped. There were even towels and bathrobes. We will come back and have already recommended this piece of jewelry to our families and friends.

A warm welcome by Corrie which made us feel very welcome. We had a family weekend and we enjoyed the lovely house and beautiful surroundings. We lacked nothing, everything was amply present. Very nice that we were able to reschedule the time of check-out. In short, we had a wonderful time, partly thanks to this nice house!!

Very clean and modern cottage behind the main house with all the necessary accommodation and a nice garden/terrace overlooking the Dommel. The cottage is not huge, but comfortable and comfortable for max. 8p.

Very enjoyable stay thank you for everything

This attentive and friendly host has a cozy apartment in the historical center. The apartment has 2 floors. The bedroom in the attic is located, especially for the elderly in the night hours, far away from the toilet that is one floor lower. The beds are fine and the bathroom has luxurious furnishings and a lovely rain shower. All in all, highly recommended!

Bart is a great Host who takes really good care of his visitors. He gave really good recommendations about restaurants, bars etc. We as a Group had a great stay!

Together with a group of friends, we went for a weekend from a church in Amersfoort. We really had a great time, because there is a surprising amount to do in Groesbeek and surroundings. The accommodation was pretty small for all of us, but we were fine on the weekend. In addition, we expected a larger terrace, but it was good. A final question from the boys who slept in 'the closet' is whether better blackout curtains can be looked at. All small things, because after these details, we are very happy that we have been here. Price/quality ratio was really perfect (especially for a group of skier students like us, haha). Ester is a very sweet woman, who is absolutely not difficult and easy in communication. In addition, she also has a great dog that we are all big fans of now. In conclusion, we definitely recommend this accommodation.

Wonderful appartement with all necessities, nice coffee and great location with shops. Very appreciative for the number of bicycles available!

Very nice, well-equipped apartment! We spent three nights at Peter's place and would love to come back! You can hear a little bit of the road at night and the stairs to get there is a little steep, but otherwise everything was spotless and Peter was very welcoming and friendly.
