This is a place as beautiful as you see in the photos, very clean and spacious. Eder was always attentive and quick to respond. I highly recommend this space for everyone who wants a rich bed to sleep, a pleasant shower, spacious room and a quiet place to be. I definitely come back

everything was excellent I felt like a home the location of the place is great is close to the super markets shops and pharmacies Hugo was always on top of what we needed overall the accommodation was excellent

Excellent place to rest. The constant sound of a river that runs to the shore of the house keeps you relaxed. Mr. Luis was very attentive and friendly. I recommend this place when you need to disconnect from the world and on foot there is a place with natural waters (uninajab). I would gladly return with my family. Thank you!

Very nice accommodation, spacious, illuminated and with various amenities, very good space in garage, very close to the commercial square, host with very clear instructions and always attentive. 100% recommended for a group of 5-6 people.

A great cabana with a very nice design. Exactly like the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is everything you might need. The biggest plus is Marga and her family: They are lovely hosts and thanks to them, I had an amazing time in Comitán and the region. It is like staying with old friends and being part of a lovely family <3

Simply: the best place to live in the whole Comitan! 1. Karina is an excellent host. She helped with "where to go" and "what to eat." She even met us at the bus station. And she was just a nice person to talk to. 2. The property is fantastic! Designer's house with plenty of unique elements and paintings. 3. The location is pretty close to the center, around 10 minutes walk. 4. There's a beautiful garden; walking there and looking at thousands of orchids is a pleasure by itself. 5. Karina's parents' hospitality is so lovely. We had breakfasts, coffee, and pleasant conversations with them. Overall, I felt the authentic experience - like being home outside of the home. Karina, thanks for this, and please say thanks to your parents!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your space, everything was great, the house was clean, you really appreciate the cleanliness, it seems to me just the price for the space. The house has everything you need to spend a few days in Comitán. When we return, of course we will consider this house again.

Super nice place. We would've loved to have had planned more time to stay and enjoy. We arrived later than expected which was no problem at all and the owner is very nice. We would recommend to spend 2-3 days at least to explore, quite close to the waterfalls (velo de novia, etc.)
