Vacation rentals with beach access in Oceanside City Beach

Steven is a fantastic host! We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful area very much! We even hiked with goats at sunset one day and what a treat! A great adventure and beautiful weather all week!!

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

Lovely updated property, plenty of space and the kitchen had a lot of what we needed to cook. Great appliances. We did have to drive to the nicer sandy beaches, walking wasn’t really easy, with all of our beach stuff. Plenty of parking and just a nice spot. The beds were comfy, however the bedroom next to the kitchen, was loud and the lights shown in- you could hear everything happening in the kitchen, which didn’t allow for sleeping in. My only suggestion would be to have comfy chairs for sitting outside on the front porch area. It’s really a cool spot! Aja was really helpful and responsive. Thank You Aja!

A great stay! We stayed with our small children and were pleased to find a few games and puzzles, the modular kids couch, and a few kids utensils and dishes, high chair, and pack n play. The kitchen was well stocked with basic seasonings and the cookware was better than expected. I cooked almost all of our meals here and wasn’t lacking for much. Thanks!

Everything was great. Plenty of places to walk to. The only downside of the location is that there isn't really any outside space to hang out in that we could see, and the 5 highway was right next to the property so it was very loud outside. Once you were inside, the noise wasn't a problem. The location is near the beach and many restaurants and shops and the hosts are more than happy to provide recommendations, so the lack of outdoor space wasn't really a big deal. The only reason I mention it is that I, personally, like to sit outside and have my coffee in the morning. I would highly recommend the property.

The Seaview Sunset was the perfect spot for our Oceanside stay! Admittedly, the apartment is not brand new, but then, neither are we! It was very clean and comfortable, and you could see the ocean from the landing outside the door, which was an added bonus! Daniel and Christie have provided excellent instructions for parking and necessary details, plus useful suggestions for great places to eat. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I can't recommend Rena and Noah's enough! From the beautiful patio/yard space to the gorgeous bedrooms and excellent shower, we honestly didn't want to leave. It is also a short walk from a handful of great coffee shops and restaurants and only 15 minutes from the beach. Whether you're looking to have a private and cozy getaway or just need a place to sleep while you're spending all day on the beach, you couldn't do better than Rena and Noah's.

"An Unforgettable Beachfront Experience" Staying at "Forty Feet from Pacific Ocean" was an absolute dream! Matthew's hospitality was top-notch—he made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The location is unbeatable; waking up to the sound of waves and being steps away from the beach was a surreal experience The sunsets were magical, and having the beach and ocean as our backyard made this one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating trips we've ever had. A wonderful paradise for anyone looking for an exceptional beachfront getaway!

Our family spent Thanksgiving at Stephanie’s place. The outdoor fireplace was fabulous, as was the community kitchen, and the location is ideal - it’s super easy to grab great coffee nearby or take a short walk to the beach. The beds, living area, and outdoor seating are incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. This spot offers a wonderful balance of comfort and convenience – we loved being there! The only regret was not using the surf boards available in the garage!

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

This home is a perfect location and walking distance to several things in Oceanside. The whole home was nice and clean upon arrival. We loved the decor, outdoor space, and the master bathroom was incredibly cool! We found a few things that we needed help with. Alexandra and Joe were quick to respond and come look into things. They were really responsive and helpful hosts.

Great place to stay in Southern California. I is a perfect size for our vacation as a couple. Our dog loved the yard too. Really, really a nice place! Dan is a great host and always prompt to answer. We will definitely stay there soon again!

Outstanding property with excellent location for all activities and needs. Especially for exercise. Quite close to shops, restaurants and important recreation.

Noel and Linda’s place was perfect for our family. We had Thanksgiving there, and a couple of other family days as well and it was so nice to be so close to the beach and have space to play games and gather inside. I would absolutely stay again, and maybe even rent the upstairs and downstairs at the same time. Thank you Noel and Linda, we had a great time!

Rachel’s place was so great! There was 5 of us with pets and it was absolutely perfect. We had so much fun walking the dogs and exploring each day. The location was close to everything and we found some new favorite places. Also she was very flexible with checking in and responded immediately when I wanted to extend our stay!

Great location, plenty of room and terrific views from rooftop deck. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nicholas’s apartment was the perfect find for my Southwrn California getaway. The apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the view of the ocean from the pool was just what I had hoped for! A perfect spot to relax during the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance, free parking, gracious staff - all around perfect!

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

Our stay at Lauren's place was everything we needed and more. We booked last minute and she was immediately responsive and SO accommodating and easily reachable throughout our stay. The area is BEAUTIFUL, right on the beach, and the condo was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. Highly highly recommend this stay!

Great accommodations in Solana Beach! Perfect for our family of five. Easy beach access and walkable into town. Well stocked and very responsive host. Will definitely be back.

Great space that is close to the beach. The complex is well maintained. Imran communicated well with us and personally walked us through the condo to make sure we were satisfied. Beach chairs, sand toys all provided. Close to Camp Pendleton and some great restaurants. Would book again and highly recommend!

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

This was our third Christmas stay at Abraham’s and we’ve always appreciated our stay. The unit has everything you’d need for meal prep. Layout of two bedrooms with door separating main living area is so nice to keep quiet for little ones early bedtimes. We love sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Extremely easy to walk everywhere in Oceanside. Condo complex is beautiful inside and feels very private despite size. Pool and hot tub are pluses! Love, love, love Oceanside. Low key beach town. Places we’d reco: Mostly EBikes for rentals; Zigzag pizza; Oceanside night market; crossaints at Petit Madeline’s; Parlor Donuts; The Fish Shop (Encinitas). Highly recommend!

This was a convenient location. The condo is decorated nicely. The check in. -and check- out went very smoothly.
