Kris was very responsive & communicated well throughout our stay. The place was very clean and has everything you need in a kitchen, clean & comfortable beds, with extra towels & linens.

Our stay at the 1861 farmhouse was lovely! The house was just what we needed to relax during a hectic wedding weekend! We loved the cozy space and the stunning porch! Dog and kitty joined us for morning coffee and were diffidently our highlights!

The house is in great condition and meticulously clean. The master bath is lovely! Beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. It's just a little outside of town on a shady road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, visiting the sand dunes and kayaking on Lake Michigan. I highly recommend staying in this house.

Writing this review, with considerable jet lag, I can say the only feedback prompt I paused on was "value." This wasn't a cheap week. But seriously, it shouldn't have be. This is a large, well appointed property in a seriously beautiful lake country setting. Moreover, it's a real house for real people, not a beige/grey generic airbnb-fab unit created for the purpose of a revenue stream. Also- If you are a client with a boat/boat aspirations, don't think twice. This place is awesome.

Alisha was a great host! Things were exactly as described. The location was perfect and plenty of space for the kids to run and have fun. Close to the dunes and Lake Michigan. Alisha responded to messages very quickly and was very friendly! We hope to rent from her again!

Very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed the air hockey table and pool table.

We had a fantastic time. Our winter walk on the beach w/the grandkids will be a lasting memory. We had the whole beach to ourselves. The home's location is very private... no hustle and bustle. It is filled with large windows everywhere and the beauty of the property during winter was amazing! Nothing was spared in our needs. Plenty of linens and towels for a big group. We didn't eat out and cooked each meal in the well appointed kitchen w/all the pots and pans and accessories that you need. Selma was great, was quick to communicate and very welcoming. We plan on booking again!

My now fiancé and I stayed here during what I know now was my engagement vacation. This house is small but a perfect size for 2-3 people (sleeps 2 comfortably), genuinely our only “complaint” was that the hot water doesn’t last super long and it turns cold very fast. So just plan to take shorter showers and you’ll be perfect! Close to the beach and everything we wanted to do on our trip. All things considered like the space, price, and the quality of our stay, we would absolutely stay here again and feel like it’s the best deal a couple could find. The host responds fast and was super nice when we forgot our bedsheets at home on the other side of the state. Genuinely zero complaints and would love to stay here again.

This is probably by far the BEST air bnb I have ever stayed at, it was so clean and so beautiful, I would definitely stay again. Travis was a great host and I would most definitely stay here again. The cleanest, nicest place I have ever stayed at by far. Will definitely be back!

Great stay! Everything in Pentwater was within walking distance or drivable within a few minutes.
