We loved our stay at Diana's over Thanksgiving. The house has absolutely everything you could possibly need. It's also in a great spot close to the water, which would be really nice in the summer. We felt right at home and the primary bathroom shower was a dream! The only things I would mention to consider for families with very small children is that the space between the bannister, stair railing and steps did stress me out with a 2 year old. But it was not a problem. And Froggie's live music does go late but nothing a sound machine couldn't cover. I highly recommend this home, would absolutely recommend to a friend or family! we loved it, thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was perfect for our family—everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, and the space felt cozy and welcoming. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, offering quick responses and helpful tips that made our trip even better. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making this a great experience. We’d happily stay here again!

Rachel's house was just as it was advertised and exactly what we wanted for a quick getaway. It was comfortable and clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

A group of 12 of us, 4 different families, from different parts of the country were in town for my daughter's wedding and our original reservation for a place to stay fell through. Chastin was willing and able to accommodate us last minute. The house was clean and kitchen stocked well with kitchenware. The place was perfect for our gathering. While we were not involved in wedding activites, it was the perfect place for us to hang out and reunite with each other. The property is beautiful, and a perfect place for children to explore and adults to hang out in the various indoor and outdoor sitting areas. The house had more than enough room for all of us. We were thankful that our previous reservation did not work out as we feel that staying at Chastin's place was meant to be. I would book again in a heartbeat if we have another opportunity for family gathering in Virginia Beach.

This house was perfect for our family that needed multiple rooms! We relaxed on the front porch with the fan and plenty of seating. Close to all the shops, restaurants, beach, mini golf, and little supermarket. Robin was super helpful every step of the way from reservations to golf cart rentals to check out! We even got flexible check in and check out times! Our family will be back!

This place was a great. Robert answered any and all questions that I had. check in was a breeze. The beach was literally a 3 minute walk away and the house itself was peaceful and quiet. No complaints at all and I'm looking forward to staying here again when the weather warms up!

We enjoyed ourselves. We traveled for our anniversary and had a peaceful relaxing time. We enjoyed sitting under the pergola, despite the cooler ocean breeze- it's November after all- we watched the sunrise and had morning coffee while watching the water. The space was VERY clean and comfortable. Host took care of a beeping smoke detector in another unit for us and informed when there might be noises upstairs. I appreciated that extra communication. Host informed of issue with jacuzzi in advance with his apologies. Again, appreciated!

After being disappinted with the local hotels on several occasions I decided to give Airbnb a try. I found this little gem. I stayed one night. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The community was quiet. It was very convenient to Hampton University, some good restaurants, and the Peninsula Town Center. I would stay there again.

Great space, list of local things to do on the table when you walk in. Comfortable couch and bed. Bathroom was cleaned and stocked with some supplies such as tampons, pads, q-tips

Google maps took us past our parking area, not the renters fault but something to be aware of. We almost parked in the wrong lot. The unit is nice but very small, no big deal if you’re using it just to sleep. Other than that we haven’t any complaints.

It was nice to get to, and my trip was good. Unfortunately the day before I twisted my knee while packing for the trip, and was limping a bit. I was so hapoy to have happened to book on the first floor. There were 4 steps up to the front door and I was parked a bit far away, which I corrected when I was able, but when I arrived, some kind neighbors helped me with my bags up the steps. It was super peaceful and within a few days my knee was better. This was close to my Norfolk event, and it was really awesome to have a quick trip after some late parties. There was not much noise ever and the neighborhood was so sleepy we were surprised to find an event had blocked off and rerouted a few streets. It wasn't difficult to get around as there were lots of alternatives. Next time I hope to get on the ferry....with no injured knee. :) Great job from my host.

I absolutely recommend Steff's studio, it is charming! So many attractive decor touches and super well equipped, including a variety of chargers, cooking materials, extra towels, lots more. And Steff is the most responsive host we have ever experienced, have used Airbnb for years. Above and beyond describes both the apartment and her attention. We happened to arrive right after a crazy snow storm and unexpectedly the whole town was pretty much shut down our first night. Even grocery stores were closed. Thanks to frozen pizzas left for us we had a warm dinner that first night. Top of the line Airbnb experience.

Kims place is very close to the beach. It had amazing location. The deck downstairs is very comfortable and relaxing. Full kitchen with everything you need to make a meal is a huge plus. Only 2 things we had a problem with: The full size bed is very uncomfortable. The box spring and the mattress bend in the middle. We had to put the mattress in the floor and that made it better. The bathroom doors do not lock, they slide, a part of them stays open. Overall, it was a good experience and I personally would stay again.

The place was exactly as described. It was perfect for our small family get away with 2 small grandchildren. Cheryl communicated all details well and continued to check on us. Definitely recommend this place.

We loved our stay here in sandbridge! Bill and Anne were great hosts, with a lovely home that had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had a great time on a cold weekend in December. The beach was quiet; the city was empty. But the apartment was comfortable and clean.

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

Came down for a weekend, had a wonderful time exploring VA beach. Perfect location and excellent accommodations!

We had a fantastic time staying at Jamie & Crystal’s “Carolina on My Mind” condo at the Sanctuary in Sandbridge. The condo was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, from dishes and cookware to all the essential appliances. The beach was clean and uncrowded during our visit, making it a perfect vacation. We especially enjoyed the foosball table, which provided hours of fun for our family. There were also plenty of play toys and family games to keep everyone occupied. The location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. We would definitely recommend Carolina on My Mind to our family and friends.

My husband and I spent a few days here and loved the ocean views! Most of our trip consisted of walking up and down the beach right in front of the condo or enjoying the sounds of the ocean from the balcony. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby that were all delicious, and we got to see dolphins nearby! Sean and Rebecca were responsive and gave us great recommendations for what to do since we came in off season (January). We would go back many times over!!

Kelly’s oceanfront condominium is perfect! It has a wall of windows overlooking the ocean. It was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and immaculate. Kelly was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
