Waterfront vacation rentals in Ocean View Beach

We were in town for a swim meet. Perfect stay. Short drive to the pool, great sunrise view, able to cook and a washer dryer. Next time I would consider paying the small nominal fee for reserved parking. We found free parking 50 % of the time in the lot. If not we never had to park more than a block away. Will book again if our team returns next year.

We had an amazing time staying here. We had everything we needed, there were no hidden fees or surprises. Everything was communicated well and the price was really reasonable! We will be staying here again!! Thank you Bianka!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here at Sarah’s place. Her place made us feel right at home and we loved everything about it. We definitely want to come back and get this place again. She was very helpful and responded right away about a router my husband needed to work from home.

This place was superb! It was very clean and extremely nice! Loved everything about this place and the area! It was so very peaceful and quiet here and I will be back for sure! We loved our beach getaway because of our accommodation, it was private and peaceful and had everything we needed! Very clean and furniture done in great taste! We spent a whole week and we didn't want to leave. We especially loved the deck with all the beautiful plants and that we could hear the ocean especially at night! A big plus! We are definitely going back! Jules and Scott, the hosts were so welcoming and kind to us and always helpful. The short walk to the beach was beautiful and so easy! What a gem this place is! Kims place is very close to the beach. It had amazing location. The deck downstairs is very comfortable and relaxing. Full kitchen with everything you need to make a meal is a huge plus. Only 2 things we had a problem with: The full size bed is very uncomfortable. The box spring and the mattress bend in the middle. We had to put the mattress in the floor and that made it better. The bathroom doors do not lock, they slide, a part of them stays open. Overall, it was a good experience and I personally would stay again.

This is where you wanna stay especially if it’s not crowded. We went in winter because we were on a special road trip -not that winner is the best time to go, but the view is so beautiful that you feel like you’re somewhere else in paradise. Overall, a great place to stay after the summer season was over. The apartment complex had turned off few of the amenities, but it was manageable.

Are you torn between properties in the area? Forget the others - choose this one. We loved our stay, and the property Hosts were by far the most accommodating AirBnB hosts we’ve ever encountered. We hope to return again in the future and drink a fresh cup of coffee while experiencing that glorious sunrise from the patio.

Dave's place is quiet & well located with beach access. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out & be comfortable...the kitchenette downstairs let the early risers have coffee without waking the others. Everything was neat & clean, Dave communicated well about local food & how to get in. Parking was nice & all the kitchen basics you need are there for cooking.

Responsive even before I booked. As pictured. Accommodated 5 of us very comfortably. Friends stayed one half block up I liked our place much better!

Lots of stairs but otherwise a wonderful home with the most amazing sunset views. Very comfortable and lots of things available that helped us to be comfortable and have a wonderful Christmas holiday with our family of all ages. Would love to stay during the summer months. This is a beautiful spacious home with lots of amenities. We loved the open concept and that most of the house is on one level, so not a lot of stairs. The kids really enjoyed playing outside, the playroom and the night we had s"mores by the fire pit.

This was by FAR our best AirBNB experience! This property had everything a guest could ever need and then some! This home is worth every penny paid. We definitely want to return during the summer months. We flew our family in from multiple cities to celebrate Thanksgiving with our daughter and son in law who live in Norfolk. This was the most memorable Thanksgiving ever. We can’t think of single thing that we wished the home had differently nor could we find anything that was lacking. Communication was quick and very accommodating. You will NOT be disappointed with selecting this home!

It was a great location for our out of town family, here for Christmas. They felt right at home, I would book it again. You can enjoy walking around the canal, use the deck, and grill, all year round. Buckroe Beach is right down the road.

Our stay was perfect and we would love to return for another family celebration! Amenities were abundant, and the home was welcoming, especially for a family gathering.

Hands down - this is one of the best experiences my family and I have ever had in booking an airbnb. Home was beautiful (much larger than the photos depict!). My 3 and 1 year old girls had an absolute blast, and they even had a high chair and pack and play brought in for us ahead of our approved early arrival. My husband is deployed in VA and it made everything so much easier. The view was gorgeous and we had everything we needed. I even got a relaxing bath in the master bathroom! Thank you so much for the quick responses, early check-in and welcoming stay. Truly made my week!

We enjoyed our family vacation very much. We booked with Debbie two years ago, and we had to book again. We plan to return to Debbie’s place in the future! The balcony is so beautiful with a great view of the beach sunrise.

We had a fantastic time staying at Jamie & Crystal’s “Carolina on My Mind” condo at the Sanctuary in Sandbridge. The condo was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, from dishes and cookware to all the essential appliances. The beach was clean and uncrowded during our visit, making it a perfect vacation. We especially enjoyed the foosball table, which provided hours of fun for our family. There were also plenty of play toys and family games to keep everyone occupied. The location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. We would definitely recommend Carolina on My Mind to our family and friends.

My husband and I spent a few days here and loved the ocean views! Most of our trip consisted of walking up and down the beach right in front of the condo or enjoying the sounds of the ocean from the balcony. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby that were all delicious, and we got to see dolphins nearby! Sean and Rebecca were responsive and gave us great recommendations for what to do since we came in off season (January). We would go back many times over!!

Kelly’s place was in the middle of everything and right on the boardwalk! So lovely to be able to sit on the balcony and hear the ocean and see it from one bedroom and the family room. Kelly was very responsive and informative.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was right on the beach and the outdoor pools had small play areas for my youngest children so they were incredibly happy after we spent the mornings at the beach. We would definitely come again!

The unit was as pictured and described. Very clean. Beautiful location and view. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids). Very convenient location to beach, walking / running path and bike riding. Host was easy to contact, friendly and responsive.

Mike and Gwen were phenomenal owners. Our family and dog were right at home at their place :)
