Vacation rentals with a pool in Ocean Park, Santurce

Visited from Florida and I have to say this home was very beautiful! The inside looks as listed and everything matched what was written in the description. I had a few questions throughout my stay and the host had no issues answering them with fast responses. Samuel even recommended a few restaurants in the area to eat at! If you’re looking to book this home do not hesitate. As stated, the hosts do reside in a separate area of the home but you will have no run ins with them. Only thing I do recommend is getting a more updated stereo system that allows devices to connect via bluetooth otherwise everything was perfect! There’s quiet hours since the kitchen area is separate from the home but it still works out fine because there’s a microwave plus fridge/freezer in the upstairs area.

This place matched the description. Very clean. Pool area clean and safe for kids, we bring two 4 years old and they enjoy it a lot. They got coolers, beach chairs and a umbrella that way as a guest you can save money when going to visit some places since you have to rent all that. Parking is very important in PR in this AirBNB this is not a problem: Private garage with two spots and if you have more than two cars they can park outside the home without any problems. I would rent this place again👊🏼🇵🇷

One of the best Airbnb experiences!!! We had a big group stay here and we all loved this place, Fernando was amazing and responsive and great communication! Neighborhood was awesome and beach was terrific! Lots of food options around and restaurants that we loved and the recommendations they told us were right on! This is the second time I stayed in this AirBNB with my family. I felt very safe staying in this house. It was very comfortable. Christie was helpful and communicative. The house is exactly what was portrayed in the pictures. It was so clean when we entered. Everything worked well. I will definitely come back when I come to Puerto Rico. I enjoyed my stay.

Had a great stay, Loved the backyard and pool!

The house is beautiful and the gorgeous pool/outdoor area makes you feel like you are at your own private resort. The host was easy to communicate with and a pleasure to deal with. The house was a short drive to area beaches and other attractions and felt very centrally located. (Just be aware that it is in a typical residential neighborhood, and while we felt completely safe the entire time, it certainly appeared from the outside to be the nicest home on the block by a wide margin.) If we return to San Juan we would absolutely book this home again. It was great.

First off I just wanted to say the house was in great shape. Everything listed, was usable and in good condition. The manager did a great job communicating with us, and things went smoothly. I was a little worried about the neighborhood, but like other reviews mention, it was calm and quiet ❤️ The only downfall, and it’s partially my fault for not doing better research is there’s just not a ton of stuff to do super close. So as long as you’re good with a rental car, or taking a Uber, you’ll enjoy the stay at this house.

Pablo was a great host. He was polite, proactive and responsive. He gave us good advice on places to go and checked-in periodically to make sure everything was going well. We were very pleased.

We had a great time! Beds very comfortable! The view is amazing. Great space to hang out. Pool table and a lot of games in the cabinets kept everyone entertained! Easy 1 block walk to beach! We would absolutely come again!!

Perfect spot in Condado with a fantastic view. Apartment itself has everything you will need with all the beach gear plus a full kitchen with supplies for the basics. Tons of walkable restaurants and bars nearby. Host was very responsive.

Tania’s listing was beautiful. My boyfriend and I had the most amazing time celebrating his birthday. Everything was perfect especially the location. We had easy access to the beach. We tried to take a drive to another beach on our second day in PR and honestly we loved the beach right behind the apartment so much better. Sitting on the balcony eating breakfast was so peaceful as well. This was our first time in PR but we will definitely be back. Thank you so much :)

We enjoyed our stay everything was clean and just as pics looked online. Jose was very responsive and respectful we will continue to use him on our trips to Puerto Rico. The price was good also over all I give 5stars!!

Exactly as pictured; although my husband thought it looked smaller than the photos, but I think he has spacial perception issues! We didn’t end up cooking any meals because so many great restaurants were in walking distance, but the kitchen looked well appointed. Bed was comfy, pool was great and the location can’t be beat. Place was very clean! Lizzie was very responsive and helpful for any questions that arose.

Beautiful clean place close to everything and the beach is just a few steps away! This airbnb got everything you need for a beach day. Chairs, towels, beach blankets, cooler , just everything. Will def come back to this airbnb! And the host Milly she is amazing!
