Edward was very responsive to all of our inquiries, and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Stephanie’s place was exactly as described and great location—very close to beach and Main Street. We had an issue with the shower at one point and she responded quickly and helped us figure it out.

Joanna’s property manager, Lori and daughter Tiffany were EXCELLENT!! Very hospitable and accommodating. The beach and boardwalk literally right across the street. The outside deck was an extreme extension to the apartment and was very nice to see the fireworks right from the deck patio! My grand children came to visit and it was very easy to travel back and forth to the beach and boardwalk!! Excellent!! Had a wonderful time!!

Perfect for our needs. Walked to the beach, boards and restaurants. Clean. Easy to access. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Amy’s apartment style Airbnb was a delight to stay in. The apartment had every amenity you could need and was spotlessly clean. Additionally, Amy was a wonderful host with great communication and was extremely helpful with whatever you needed!

We were in Asbury for work and Brooke’s place was perfect. Having a bedroom and bathroom on each floor of the duplex gave privacy but the place has a huge living room, nice sized kitchen and dining room as well. It’s walking distance to the beach but we didn’t get there because of work. Street parking was easy and it’s a quiet location but close to restaurants.

Ryan's place was great. Ryan was super responsive and I was recommend his place to anyone that would want to rent in Seaside Heights for the week or weekend! We would 100% rent again from Ryan!

We would certainly stay here again! It is in central Sea Bright, and you can walk everywhere. Nice cafes and restaurants right around the corner. Because it is halfway down the block of a side street, you don't hear noise from Ocean Ave, the main road through town. Having two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower, worked well for a very active family of four. We also had a cousin join us on the sofa in the living room for a few nights. That is not a pull-out sofa, so the unit is not really set up for 5 people, even though a mattress topper is provided to put on the sofa, and there are extra sheets. But it works. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. Also great to have a washer and dryer in the unit! We rented bikes and could lock them outside behind the unit. A parking pass is also provided, which is needed for your car (permit parking only). We don't mind stairs, but you do need to climb up a floor to reach the unit. Many thanks to Eoin for a delightful stay.

Amy’s place was perfect for a relaxing guys weekend. Amy and her husband were very responsive and helpful when we arrived. The condo had everything we needed and was spotless. The location is great, just a few blocks from the boardwalk, some excellent food choices and Heavy Reel brewery has some of the best beers ever! Off street parking is a huge plus and a nearby grocery store has anything you could need. Being the off season it was very quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend Amy’s place for the convenient location, and friendly and helpful host.

This location is perfect! Walkable to the beach and close to places to visit. I was there to visit Monmouth University and that was a nice distance from campus. Loved the place, especially the shower! The details were lovely! Would definitely return to this home!

I stayed here for just about 2 months for a travel assignment. it is about 20-25 minutes from RWJ Rahway. the place was nice and clean, in a safe location, and there was plenty to do just a short drive away. Nerine was an great host with excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Very cute place, host was super responsive. The location of this place is amazing! Pretty much walking distance from everything so we loved that. We enjoyed our stay! Would come here again for sure.

I needed some help finding the unit and getting inside but Ashok had sent me his number, answered right away and got me to the unit and inside. My GPS only got me to the complex. I had trouble seeing the numbers so needed the help. I was only looking for an inexpensive place to sleep overnight and the unit was more than half of the area hotels where I was never going to use what the hotels offered for their price.

We had such a lovely time here the space was just what we needed very clean, not crowded. The hot tub was delightful. We would definitely come back and stay again. The breezy team was very attentive in making sure we had a pleasant stay the game room is a nice touch as well not to mention the use of the washer and dryer

Erica and John are outstanding, sophisticatedly pleasant and thoughtful hosts. In a zany city, the private apartment was a perfect and welcome quiet oasis. In fact, this AirBNB experience very effectively propped up an otherwise high intensity subspecialty mission at St John’s Episcopal Hospital, only 7 minutes away by car. Furthermore, the experience was so good, that the next subspecialist just opted in for the next couple of months. The bed and sheets are very comfortable; the kitchen has a state of the art coffee machine, brand new fridge/freezer, microwave, etc. Water and shower were hot. Air flow and temp adjustable from a modern digital thermostat Air outside was fresh (not far from the beach). Also very walkable 5 minutes to the A Train to Manhattan. Parking on the street - I always had a spot. I never needed anything the 16 days that I was there. Nothing beats the graciousness of the hosts! The neighbors are also very nice. Forget a hotel… this is really better

I had an amazing stay! The apartment has everything you will need and it is very pretty. The location is very good and the neighbourhood is very safe. Just be prepared that you can hear everything that is happening in the apartment above in case you are an early sleeper.
