Barbara's beach house was simply perfect. We were an extended family of four, plus two dogs, and the layout of the house accommodated each of us, giving us our own room and space to relax. The beach house has everything you could possibly need for an amazing holiday: comfortable king and queen beds, quality linen, a fully stocked kitchen with every appliance, including a Nespresso coffee machine, great lounges, spacious bathrooms, and multiple outdoor sitting areas, including a small heated pool. Our two dogs were safely contained within the secure backyard and loved being so close to the dog beach, which is just as fabulous for humans to enjoy! The neighbourhood is friendly, and the house is within walking distance of Point Lonsdale beach and shops. We usually stay on the Mornington Peninsula over the summer break, but after staying here and discovering all the things this part of the coast has to offer, we'll definitely be back! Loved our stay at Kim’s place. Clean and tidy. Dog friendly and park next door was great for my dog. Short drive to town and so many beaches, we visited different ones every day. The hot tub was really excellent as well to wind down at night. Kim was kind, responsive and pro active. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beach house. Julia and Marcus were proactive, responsive and friendly. Instructions were clear from the start. Property was as expected - roomy, comfortable, clean and in a wonderful location. Walking distance to the front beach, surf club, Lon Spa and just across the road from the back beach. So lovely to be able to hear the waves every day and was in a lovely neighborhood. We were very comfortable and all amenities mentioned were provided for. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay again. Highly recommend, thank you Julia and Marcus!

Had a wonderful family weekend thanks to the great home layout and peaceful surrounding. Would thoroughly recommend this venue if you want a quiet spot away from lots of traffic but close enough to a range of facilities.

John was super helpful and quick to respond with his text. He made it easy to check in and out and the place was a very good price for how big and clean it is! Great cooking utensils with big pans and oven for big group dinners!

My partner and I had a wonderful week at this Airbnb! The home was absolutely lovely—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Meredith was an amazing host, providing breakfast condiments, food, and coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The bread was so tasty, and the extra clean, fresh towels and selection of pillows made the stay even more comfortable. There were no issues at all, and everything was well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. We will absolutely be booking again in the future!

This was such a memorable stay. The room is incredibly peaceful and full of homely charm. Liana was so friendly and welcoming and it felt like I was staying with a friend. Rufus was very sprightly and friendly and was a fun character to get to know as well. Close to the beautiful river and very good location

We were extremely comfortable during our stay here. So many little details have been thought of and included by the host. Loved the functional laundry for travelling with kids. The living space is light and bright and opens up to the back patio, garden and bbq - loved it. Thanks Melissa

A beautiful little apartment, only 10 minute walk to the beach. Spotless with everything you need. Olivera was very helpful when we Locked our keycard inside! Quite a steep staircase to enter so worth noting. Also the windows are quite high so no view. We would definitely stay here again though. Very friendly hosts.

This was a very nice and cosy airbnb. We needed a simple and easy place close to the You Yangs, and this was perfect, literally 10 minutes down the road. My friends and I found it comfortable and practical. We also loved saying hello to the horses. Would recommend for a nice chill overnighter

It's my first time looking through airbnb's on my own. I was worried and scared as heck, when i reached out for this place, Wayne was friendly, helpful and always responded quickly. I got to my place easily, the place was AWESOME. I loved the decor, spaciousness, and aesthetic. We were provided with lots of stuff, food, got discounts to the maze cafe, etc. The surroundings of the place was absolutely gorgeous, lots of rabbits, cows, with a cafe right next to our airbnb, and it's simply the best. I will definitely, DEFINITELY, come back here again with more friends. 🩷🩷

Jude and Bill's cottage was immaculate and really well set up for visitors, with everything you need to get by for a quick weekend getaway! The fridge was stocked with bread, eggs, milk and juice, we were gifted a lovely fruit bowl and there was plenty of coffee, tea and chocolate... so much that i didnt end up doing my usual "check in grocery shop" to get by for the first breakfast/snacks! The set up was exactly as described but more private and spacious than i expected. It was perfect for my 4yo daughter and i visiting our mother's group for a long weekend catchup. The place is a 5 min drive to ocean grove surf beach patrolled area and closer if you dont mind the unpatrolled area (which we did on our first day), 8 mins to the river beach in barwon heads. We were graciously afforded an early checkin and with all the supplies on offer, got extra time at the beach on day 1. For a cottage on site with jude and bill, we felt extremely comfortable and private. Definitely worth returning!

We had such a great time here, it was so relaxing, everything we needed was either there or close by. The pool was just perfect! The property and gardens are so nice to explore. The super friendly animals made it so homely and even more enjoyable. We are already planning our next stay! Kate was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay.

the Protea Cottage is amazing! clean, spacious and unique. The host was very responsive and was able to accommodate our requests. The airbnb itself is in Barabool Maze Estate so that’s a plus! Will definitely stay here again!

We spent 6 nights at Phar Lap Tree Cottage and found it to be a relaxing, private , quiet and cosy place to stay. Kevin is a very thoughtful and caring host and welcomed us with chocolate Easter bunnies and a nice bottle of wine. There were also generous breakfast provisions. The queen size bed is probably the most comfortable one we've experienced on our airbnb stays. Looking out over the lovely garden, listening to the birds and watching the sunsets from the verandah was a special highlight. The cottage is in a great position for easy driving access to the Bellarine Peninsula and Great Ocean Road. We plan to stay at Phar Lap Tree Cottage again.
