Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ocean City Beach

Would be nice for a family who wants to be near the beach. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Phillip’s for a long weekend and I couldn’t be happier with the time I had. The house was exactly as described. The beach/boardwalk is a short drive but honestly the house is perfectly located if you don’t like the hustle and bustle of Ocean City. I would absolutely stay here again.

Josh is an excellent host! The house was incredibly clean, spacious & perfect for our vacation - it’s close enough to the beach and far enough to be away from the hustle & bustle. There’s lots to do in the area, too! We biked, kayaked, spent a day at the beach & enjoyed our nights at “home” grilling and enjoying the pristine backyard. The home was well-furnished, comfortable & as described - well worth the cost!! Josh was available, if needed, and even checked in once (on the app), to see if we needed anything. 5/5 recommend - we hope to visit again!!

Sharee’s place was a dream. We bought our dogs and infant son and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. There were clean towels and linens in every room, the kitchen was fully stocked (which was important to us because we cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner most days), and bathrooms were spotless. Beds and all furniture were extremely comfortable and sturdy. We traveled to Ocean City and Rehobeth and both locations were really close. It was always nice to come back to a peaceful neighborhood and home. Neighbors were also really friendly, so that’s a plus! We’ll be back and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone interested.

Tabitha’s home was very clean, had everything we needed, she was super responsive and very accommodating! We will definitely be looking into staying here again! 10/10 experience for sure!

John and Holly have a wonderful place. The outdoor living space is incredible. We spent most of our time relaxing outside and enjoying all the amenities. We will be sure to return in the future.

This place is every Dog parents dream come true for a vacation. The fenced in backyard is a huge plus for the Doggies, Also the front deck has 2 sliding doors that open to a fenced in deck for the Doggies to safely sunbathe without you worrying, The beds were very Comfy but those couches.....I need one, The kitchen window gets alota entertaining visitors at the bird feeder. I usually stay in a hotel every spring when I visit the Beach but I'll definitely be coming back to this house. For it being on a city street it's strangely quiet and calm.

We had a great trip to Bayside at Jeffrey and Deb's house. The house is conveniently located in a private peaceful part of the Bayside neighborhood, which has great amenities and is very easy to get around by walking or biking. The house was a perfect size for our family of 5 and was in great condition and we loved the screened in porch area and patio which backed up to woods. Jeffrey was also very responsive and was great to deal with. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Outstanding communication and the stay was 100% as described. Beautiful place and the sites were amazing. I highly recommend Violet and her property! So very welcoming and clean! Just a short walk to the boardwalk and night life, then to be able to come back to have peace and quietness was so satisfying. Don’t hesitate to book this property! It’s a must!!

Felt super comfortable there. Everything was in walking distance beach, great restaurants bars and we even utilized the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Loved the coffee set up and the quite seating area on the water out back. We def would recommend and would love to stay again!

Great spot for the boardwalk and activities. Very walkable. A little awkward since you have to go through one bedroom to get to the kitchen, but there is an outside walk around that made it work for us. Has the essentials and was very comfortable for 4 people.

What a perfect gem! Kaithlyn was a perfect host to us. We did not need for anything as the home was perfectly comfortable and stocked. The view of the water from the balcony was the perfect touch to start and end the day. Highly recommend to enjoy a stay in OC!

The house was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and perfect for a short stay. Everything was very clean and the host had great communication.

This was a great place to stay. It's on the north end of Ocean City, so we'll removed from a lot of the touristy stuff. Really great access to the beach that had lots of open space and absolutely no crowding. The place was well appointed and very comfortable.

Colleen’s place was exactly as described. It’s conveniently located in Bayside. Everything was clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend it to other families.

This was the perfect place for our weekend getaway! Heather was super nice and responsive and her place was so cute and exactly like the pictures. It was walkable from multiple restaurants/bars and the beach and had a nice view of the water from the deck. If you wanted to go to any other restaurants that weren’t walking distance, they were only a short drive/uber away. We had such a great experience and will definitely be reaching back out to Heather when we come back down to visit to stay here again!!

Really have no complaints about Jen’s place!!! There is so much space, it’s very cozy and homie. TVs in every room. The deck is so cute to sit outside and play some games or eat breaker/dinner. You have two parking spots, access to the beach and many restaurants around you. The bus stop to take you to the boardwalk is not a far walk either so you have unlimited access to everything you need. This was my first time back to OC MD in a long time and Jen’s place was the right place. 10/10 and will hopefully be staying again soon 😁

Great location. It’s super warm and cozy. Very easy to get to and local to everything! We walked to the convention center it was super convenient for us. Allison was super responsive and very sweet. We will return!

Jodie has the most perfect Airbnb. It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean and in a perfect location. She’s also very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
