Beach house vacation rentals in Ocean Beach

This spot is incredible!! Rented it for me, my partner and a few of our friends for my birthday and it was truly a spectacular landing spot!! Robert is very communicative and available about any needs and the view cannot be beat. Will note that while they are pet friendly, they don’t like animals on the furniture and also it is a glitter free space, if you are a sparkly gay like myself, it may not be the space for you!

We really loved staying here. Fantastic location, big patios, comfortable beds. Right by the beach. Grill, spices, speaker system indoor and big portable outdoor speaker. Two bathrooms, skylights... Big dining room table. Awesome spot! Thanks so much for having us.

Beautiful place! I spent a week at Robert's place with my wife, setting up my office and laptops there. I got to watch the bay and swans floating down it while working. I got DoorDash, Amazon, and Total Wine deliveries while I stayed there and all were seamless. The location is easily found. TV was great in the den area. We watched a couple of movies on Prime. Perfect location, outside the craziness of mainland Long Island. I loved it! Would love to stay again.

This lovely home is was exactly like it appeared to be in the photos. It is located steps away from the ferry, delicious restaurants, and the ocean. While the beach is bayside the ocean and public beach is just a short walk down the street. We enjoyed beach combing, the Schooner restaurant, our water taxi to the lighthouse, and our walk to the sunken forest. Luke, the host, was very responsive. His guide to Fire Island was extremely helpful as well. We highly recommend this home for a peaceful getaway.

This house in Point Lookout was lovely. Only steps away from the beach. Provided all the extras - bikes, chairs… Dan was a great host. We’ll definitely stay again!

We stayed here for the 1st time earlier in 24 and it wqas perfect. This last trip was even better. The weather was amazing. The beach is 5 houses away. Many outstanding restaurants in the village. We felt welcome and right at home.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at The Surf Shack. The the house was just right for us with 3 kids with plenty of space inside the house and on the deck the kitchen is very well appointed with everything we needed in for breakfast smoothies, picnics and grilling. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the fact that the house is right by the beach! It’s also a very easy walk in to town for ice cream, iced coffees and supplies. We were all in and out of town multiple times on all the days. Joseph was super friendly, helpful and quickly answered any questions I had about the local community and activities and deliveries to the island. He was very flexible on arrival and check out times and an ideal host. We would love to come back and stay and would recommend it to other visitors to Fire Island.

Five star visit across board. Beautiful home just big enough for six adults. Perfect location, owners easy to get in touch with if anything was needed or a question or two. Highly recommend! Highlights (for me!) were outdoor shower and second toilet :) as well as very comfortable bed in master. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas. 2-3 minute walk to beach, 1 min walk to coffee shop. Will be staying again!

It was a wonderful stay. We appreciated how open, bright and private this home is with a gorgeous pool and beautiful grounds. We enjoyed walking down to the bay and into town where everyone was friendly and helpful. Jamie was responsive when help needed with something in the house. Michael is a wonderful host and the house is beautiful. The perfect location makes it super easy to pop over to tea or to the store without committing to a long walk. Can't wait to visit again! Can't say enough nice things about this experience.

the house was extremely comfortable...quiet yet close to town and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. it's a little small, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but well-appointed. the pool is gorgeous. shawn was extremely responsive to any questions we had .

I cannot describe accurately how lovely and comfortable Jonathons house is It was more than perfect for us in every way! The fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog and we all enjoyed turkeys and deer hanging out. Walking the neighborhood and to the beach with leaves changing It couldn’t have been any better.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bellport, it was extremely clean! The kitchen/baths were well appointed. The yard is gorgeous and the pool was delightful. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms are beautiful. Such a great place!

We had a wonderful time in this home. It is big, and peaceful. The area is quiet, and this house is set way back from the road. The interior was charming and homey, with plenty of books and games for both adults and kids. There were plenty of spaces to sit and talk with friends, and then there were four bedrooms and several bathrooms with full baths to use. There is a huge loft space with lots of sitting room to catch up with people. The kitchen was spacious and equipped. The entire place felt like home. I wish we could’ve come during nicer weather, because the outdoor space and pool looked really nice too. Highly recommend!!

We needed rest and relaxation and Davis Park is the place for it. This beach house is exactly what we wanted. You can see the owners personality all throughout with beach art and driftwood. They love the house. We especially loved the outdoor shower. Kitchen had everything we could ever need. BBQ and Dinner each night on the extra large outdoor table. Jigsaw puzzles and games available. There is a tv but we didn't watch it. Everything was just right. We would go again!!!!

Location was perfect for us- easy to find and close to things that are important to us (family in area, beach, shopping). Fenced yard made bringing our little dog that much easier- especially during the rainy day! Kitchen was well stocked thankfully as we were cooking Thanksgiving dinner (but not well stocked in the casserole dish, baking tin department-- which is usually not an issue for most people!). Decent coffee was supplied with a Keurig. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. I liked that he didn't leave a long list of what we needed to do before leaving as that is often a hardship when trying to leave a house with kids before a long drive. I would definitely stay here again.

Really liked this house - quiet and secluded with the family. Good amenities, lovely back yard, and peaceful surroundings. About 20 mins to the beach by the time you park and walk across. A 10-15 min walk to a little dock with a playground for young kids. Thanks for the stay!

This Airbnb exceeded all expectations and truly had everything we needed and more! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated the space was. The attention to detail in the decor added such a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. The shower was incredibly comfortable, a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. There was plenty of room for rest and relaxation, and every corner seemed thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. This place had everything we could have wanted and more, and we couldn’t recommend it enough. If you’re looking for a spot that combines style, comfort, and a touch of luxury, this is the one! We’d happily stay here again!

We chose an Airbnb due to the fact our stay was for my mom's funeral and there were 4 of us. We didn't want to be confined to a hotel room and this place stood out. We were able to relax and spread out. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. Our host was amazing and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a getaway for any reason.

The space was beautiful and exactly what was envisioned for our bachelorette trip! Super close to Port Jeff and the village. Regina was super responsive and a great host!

What a great house! This house was perfect for my family of 5. There was plenty of space and it was so well kept. The beds were comfortable and the kitchens were great. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to LI!
