Lovely home had heaps of board games for the kids they enjoyed it. Right across from the beach. Lovely neighborhood very quite and peaceful. Definitely recommend Julianne’s place 🙂

Very spacious and well set up Bach / Crib in a wonderful coastal setting. Very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere augmented with a great sense of family history of happy times across generations. We hope to enjoy this very special place again in the future. Craig and Petra.

Very comfortable home. Right on the beach, tastefully decorated, clean and spacious. Loved the access to the bike/hike track. Also easy access to Napier with a car or bike and all it has to offer. A plus was the ability to make a salad out of the garden. Highly highly recommend. Kevin was a gracious host.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicki’s place!! Nicki was very responsive to messages and check in was super easy with clear instructions. The house is gorgeous, beautifully styled, spacious, super comfy and had all the amenities we needed. It rained most of the time we were in Hawke’s Bay, but we enjoyed chilling out for a few days after a busy week and were able to enjoy walks along the beach (stones, so wear shoes) in snatches of clearer weather. Had a lovely time wine tasting at nearby wineries, coffee at Brown Dog Espresso was excellent and lunch at Hygge at Clifton (just up the road) also delicious. A lovely place to stay and would highly recommend.

Beautiful location. Just like the photos! It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids aged 2 and 4. Beach a one minute walk away, playground and shop/cafe (excellent takeaways) a 15 min walk on the beach. Accommodation basic but absolutely fine. Beds comfy and linen etc high quality.

Staying at Marg's was comfortable and exactly what the family needed over the Christmas break. Very homely, private and easy access to the beach. Would happily recommend.

Amazing hosts, we felt like at home and truly enjoyed our conversations. We felt so spoiled with delicious breakfast. We enjoyed the house pool and spa and how comfortable we were made feel. The location is great close to the city and only a short walk to the marina and beach great for evening walks. Thanks Hieke and Peter for making our stay in Napier so special. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Asha’s AirBnb and cannot recommend it highly enough. It was great for a group of us, with multiple entertainment areas and private bedrooms. Amazing back section with a swimming pool which was a treat in summer. Thanks for letting us stay Asha, we had a great time.

A very comfortable and styish place to stay located within easy walking distance to cafes and bars. The living area and deck make it just as lovely to stay in, use the well appointed kitchen and enjoy the ambiance and glass of wine, a bottle if which was provided by our host.

I booked this accommodation on behalf of three of our employees. All of whom enjoyed their stay here. I had to extend their stay one night and Jane was very helpful and responded quickly to our request. Easy instructions which is always helpful - especially if you have to relay the information to others. Would definitely book again.

Vicki’s place is charming and beautiful with an epic view across the bay. It’s such a soothing environment to stay in. We loved staying there it’s so comfortable and peaceful. On the fridge was a flyer for a local restaurant, Casa. We decided to go and it was a fantastic Italian, just superb. We couldn’t recommend staying at Vicki’s enough. Matt

Lovely place felt right at home would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful waterfront property. The location is perfect - the back of the house opens directly onto beautiful turquoise waters, while still being conveniently close to the town center. Brin and Biddy were exceptionally welcoming and shared valuable local tips that enhanced our experience. Their adorable dachshund, Duke, added an extra touch of charm to our stay. The hosts provided a lovely breakfast spread including yogurt, muesli, jam, and fresh bread. The quiet and serene setting made for very restful nights. Having dedicated parking space was also a great convenience. This home offers the perfect blend of tranquil waterfront living with easy access to local attractions. The hosts' hospitality and attention to detail made our stay particularly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in New Zealand.

Such a cute little place in Napier! I booked this place for my sister while she was in town for my wedding and she was blown away by the location and was so happy with everything that was included. The host was amazing with communication and so flexible with dates and check in! Would absolutely book here again.

We had a family event to attend, 4 adults. This property gave us space. All we needed for self catering. It's a great location. Not a lot of traffic. Look out over the bay. This is a spotlessly clean well maintained property with everything you might need. The host lives in the adjacent house. We were shown everything and left to get on with our stay. Perfect for us. Everything is well managed and maintained. Outstanding example.

We stayed at Brents place while visiting Napier for three nights. Our stay exceeded expectations. The view was to die for, the place was spacious and comfortable, as well as completely private. Great amenities and lovely small touches from the hosts (coffee, washing liquid etc.). The jacuzzi was absolutely lovely in the cooler evenings which was waiting for us all hot on arrival 😀. Highly recommend this home and hosts, would definitely be top on list when in Napier again!
