beautiful cottage, nice and spacious. And very clean! Perfect for going to Phantasialand. And we were a little slow in the morning of departure, so we went out of the cottage later than it heard but fortunately Daniel made that no problem:) thanks Daniel!

Hi, I stayed at Jakob's place on the weekend, from the outside it looks pretty inconspicuous, but when you're in, it's quite the same as the pictures! I immediately felt comfortable & went to the warm pool, perfect for relaxing. There is also a large balcony (just not shown in the pictures) I thought it was a pity that there was no kitchen or fridge in the room, would have liked to put a bottle of sparkling wine cold. That's why it's best to bring your own cooler. All in all, great thing! I'd love to come back sometime ☺️

A beautiful apartment in a great location. The pictures showcase the property with honesty. The house is charming with great touches. With it being older and compact the coming and going of neighbours can be noisy due to the wooden floors. Which may be a deterrent for a light sleeper. The ladder to the bed is quite steep, so also bear in mind if you are wary of heights. Bedding (across Germany) needs improvement with a better standard of pillows and filling. Getting to the rooms requires a few trips if you have a lot of luggage. Other than these concerns, overall a great stay for solo travel and would book again!

We had such a pleasant stay her at Overath, the property looked exactly like it did on the pictures, it was lovely and clean and nice and quite, Robby was very helpful with the directions on how to get in and access the property, love there was a space for my car away from the road and where I see it. Overall was a very lovely place and would definitely stay here again.

We were with 9 people for 3 nights in the lovingly renovated house and especially enjoyed the kitchen as a center and the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, all equipped to a high standard. The location in the middle of the Moselle village of Neef as a starting point for hikes in this varied landscape was just right for us - we will definitely come back again, then in summer or autumn, when the vineyards are leafy. Many thanks to Achim and his family as super hosts!

Excellent stay with Heiko who welcomed us very warmly. Comfortable apartment, impeccable, and well heated if needed, nothing to say except our complete satisfaction. We also appreciated the calm of this pretty village and the kindness in general of our host and the locals, as well as the ease of parking and unloading our many luggage. Don't hesitate!

A nice and quiet place. We only stayed here for one night, but it was a perfect stay. Achim and Steffie are quick to respond and do well with this home. We have even made the next booking.

The place was easy to find and the mobile check-in was easy and intuitive. The room was clean and the atmosphere was nice.

Great stay on the beautiful Rhine River! Easily accommodated our family of 7 and was very comfortable. Highly recommend Hans-Lothar’s exquisite place!
