Nadine's house is clean, cozy, open, light, and beautiful! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely re-book if we are back in the area again!

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

We loved this property and felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. It’s in a nice, safe area and it close to anything and everything you could need. Very spacious and had everything we could have needed and then some. We had one question while there and received a response within minutes. I hope we have the opportunity to book this property again if we ever return to the area.

We’ve rented Glenda’s place a handful of times for a baseball team sleepover and birthday party’s. There’s so much to do, the place is clean, the location is great with a large yard and space to be together. Glenda updates the home and works with your needs.

This house was lovingly cared for and the decorations were so interesting. The pictures are accurate! We absolutely fell in love with this neighborhood! If we were moving to the Detroit area this neighborhood would be # 1 choice! I cannot remember when I have seen so many walkers, joggers and friendly neighbors who all had a hello or other kind words for us. Restaurants, grocery stores and a CVS all 1/2 mi from the house. Rent this house, you will not regret it!

My family had a great stay at Melyzza’s place. It’s a very spacious multi-level open plan home which we found to be very comfortable. A cozy living room/media area and an additional flexible use space (exercise, lounging) area added to everyone being comfortable. I give Melyzza’s place very high grades for the open floor plan, comfortable bedding including a very roomy master bedroom. Being close to a variety of restaurants and shopping definitely added to an enjoyable stay. Melyzza was a great host. Responded promptly to a booking jam we were in and took care of us in a first class manner throughout our stay. I highly recommend Melyzza’s place!

Great place, was very cozy. Too bad our schedule didn't allow us more time to spend at Derek's air BNB. Would definitely stay here again and likely for an extra night next time

What a beautiful home set in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything you might need is available which made my time there feel like being at home. Megan was a fabulous host and I certainly appreciated her attention to details and her responsiveness. I would highly recommend this home the next time you visit Royal Oak.

I stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend just to relax and spend time together and this was the perfect place! The home was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything you could possibly need like a true home away from home. We came from Livonia, MI and were unfamiliar with Ferndale, and were so pleased with how extremely safe the community was and how walkable it was even after a snowstorm. Craig was also such a great host, he made everything so easy and always responded in a timely manner. LOVE this place!!! Would absolutely stay again!!

we needed a place that offered walking distance to the big mall and other nearby shops. location was great, with a cozy living room and well-equipped bathroom. plenty of space to stretch out for the four of us: a married couple with two adult kids.

The house is roomy, clean, and located in a quiet safe neighborhood. The backyard is lovely for sitting and observing the birds, squirrels, deer. We had lots of local activities so didn’t get to spend as much time in the house as usual. Our host was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Thank you

I had such an amazing experience with AP Rentals. The host was responsive and kind, very accommodating of my last minute request for a stay. Unexpected snow arrived and they came out to clear the driveway and put down salt. The pictures of the space really dont even do it justice. We only used the main level, not the basement or upstairs, we didn’t even go upstairs but the main level was simply beautiful. Thanks for helping to make my dad’s 90th birthday special!

This is by far our most favorite Air BnB that we’ve stayed at. The house was clean and cozy. We got snowed in and this was the perfect place to have that happen. I had everything I needed there to put together nice meals and the TV in the living room made for great movie nights. The game closet was a fun added bonus! The hot tub was pristine and we enjoyed sitting outside with the snow falling watching the snowmobiles zoom past on the lake. We will definitely be coming back when it warms up and to take advantage of the pontoon rental and enjoy a few days on the water. 10/10 stay!

Alyson's home was super comfy, cozy and very private! I had to bring my dogs last minute and she was very responsive right away. The home is at the end of a cul de sac that backs up to a huge park. My dogs loved running around in the snow. Thank you Alyson for sharing your home with me and my pups!

Absolutely loved this place! The house is very clean and well kept. The host has thought of everything when it comes to amenities. Sam is an AWESOME host, he's a great communicater ,very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely stay again!!!

Alex was so amazing! I had a house fire AND had my car stolen in the same week...he was so accommodating and willing to work with me on just about everything. I stayed here for a couple weeks and would go back 100%!
