really nice apartment. everything was fresh and clean, the decor was very cozy and a really nice kitchen the🙏🏻 apartment is very well located, close to ica maxi and other shops. Also close to restaurants and the train station. there is a small park with playground for the children as well as outdoor gym just down the street. If I'm in Halmstad again at later time, this is definitely where I book again. 5/5 stars

Recommend the place, nice host!

Nice accommodation, a small apartment. We got tips on parking, by the river only a five minute walk away. The home itself is a street that is somewhat obscured by a wall.

This must have been the best AirBnB I have stayed in so far. My husband mentioned during our stay that Ulf’s flat is almost too cozy; it felt like we stayed at a family’s or a friend’s place. The flat is situated about 10min car ride from Baståd. It is part of a newly build development, with little cute houses divided into flats. Once you step into Ulf’s flat, it feels literally like home! The flat is bright, clean, smells clean, the kitchen invites to cooking…I have never seen such a stocked up kitchen before. The decoration and furnishing is perfect, you know that Ulf has put a lot of effort into this. Ulf left a note and a bottle of sparkling wine for us, sadly we don’t drink alcohol but his gesture is all that counts. He supplies anything you need to make your stay perfect…no worries about shampoo, shower gel, even tin foil he has in his kitchen drawer. Most important to me, linens and towels smell fresh and clean! I hope future guest respect his little paradise. Thank you, Ulf!

Very modern and nicely equipped - location by the sea top - you need a car - has a parking space - were there 2 days and found it very pleasant.

We had a great time! The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. We were five adults and two kids and were very comfortable. Linda was very responsive and helpful with the few questions we had. The house is a short walk from the sea and is located in a very peaceful and beautiful area.

Very stylish and nice house with large areas for a larger group. Perfect to stay in during the holidays, both close to the sea, grocery stores and other shopping.

Well-equipped and nice accommodation with a magical patio where we had both breakfast and dinner. Nice garden with outdoor furniture. Extra bonus that we could bring our dog, nice forest area nearby for dog walks. Easy to communicate with Emelie . We would love to come back!

The place was a lot cooler than the photos would have suggested, we were positively surprised! It was a really upclass, yet cozy house with a big orchard, excellently stocked kitchen, large living area, big sofa with TV, and lots of rooms so that everyone had their own space. The trampoline and whirlpool were of course amazing to have. We biked, which was doable in good weather, and there are some nice spots around the location as well. Check in was easy, and the host got back to us immediately when we had a question. All in all a super pleasant experience and we had an amazing time :-)

We were 3 adults and two teenagers in 4 bedrooms. Everything was perfect except for the big men to duck door frames and a few ceiling beams. But that's because it's a beautifully restored old house where old and new blender beautifully. The location is unique down to the water. I have been to Kullen many times and will definitely come back to this house. The beds are super good and the house has a good indoor climate without noise, so you sleep really well! The kitchen has all the aids and the dining room almost encourages you to cook “at home”, but check with Henrik if there are enough pots and pans in relation to what you want to cook in the kitchen. For example, we were missing 1 extra large pot, but we could have brought it from home. The policy in this house is apparently that guests leave, for example, spices, flour, or coffee that they have not used, and Henrik leaves it for free use. It is a good principle and therefore you can advantageously check into the house first before driving to ICA and shopping.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. The apartment has everything you need and the beach is really close.

Magnus is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious, has all the essentials for a nice stay and the bed in the bedroom is very comfortable. The apartment is close to the center of Halmstad and therefore easy to walk to. Definitely recommendable!

The place matched the pictures very well. Very well disposed and fresh apartment. The only negative was a little thin door out in the tambourine. So a little loud/responsive.

What you see is what you get. Clean, nice, cosy cabin as shown in the pictures. The host is very friendly and responds quickly. Would definitely visit again.
